Great deal! Room was very comfortable and clean!

Nice room and great price. The cab was only 5 dollars per person to the hard rock downtown.

Overall a very nice hotel for the price, however there were bugs in the water in the exercise room, and the treadmill did not function properly. The walls were paper thin, but overall the room was very clean and comfortable. The woman working at the desk was very kind and helpful.

We were passing through town and needed a cost effective place to crash for the night. This was a great value and the was right off the highway. The service was also a plus....a very friendly front desk clerk checked us in and we filled our bellies with continental breakfast in the morning.

Everything went well, but the last day of our stay we called to request a late check out due to illness, and the front desk assured me that it was okay. I got out of bed a couple of minutes later to go to the bathroom, and a maid knocked on the door. It was only 8:15AM. I forgave that disturbance because I had just called, but was still wondering why […] they were wanting to clean room so early when check out is 11:AM. My husband was in bed sleeping and I was unable to go to the door. The maids opened door, my husband undressed on top of the sheets and also not prepared to answer the door. He had to yell to the maids "No". I ran to the door in a panic explaining to the two hispanic speaking maids in Spanish that I had called the front desk requesting to check our at 12:00. It was real early, only 8:30 On a Sunday morning. I crawled back in bed, forgiving the disturbance, but it happened three more times. We were sick with the flu, and did not put the disturbance sign up. We had assumed that the front desk would have communicated this with the janitorial personnel. We checked out at noon, requested to speak to the manager on duty. There was not a manager on duty. Left my contact info for the manager to call. To this day, I have not received a call. It has been 8 days since our stay. I feel that I should be given at least a free two nights stay for the numberbof times of disturbance and the fact that the manager never contacted me. Mehr

Everything was good except, although we had a nonsmoking room, several times through the night the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. We looked out to see if someone outside the room was smoking but it must have been coming from next door or from the floor below. Staff very friendly and helpful

If you are passing through town and need a quick place to stay and there are two or less people in your group, then this facility would serve the purpose - provided you get it at a large discount price. We had 4 people in our room, very cramped. Bathroom was only a shower and stool, vanity and sink were outside bathroom (in the room). Breakfast was […] below average. I was surprised at the hotel reception where receptionist asked me swpie my credit card for $20. When I informed that I have booked online and made all the payments. She told, it's kind of security deposit which will be transferred back to your account, if there is no damage or something like that. It was never mentioned while booking using hotel.com. […] You should have your customers/users informed of this. Moreover, Hotel has not returned those $20 yet. What should I understand out of this? Sorry to say that but , I will think twice before using Hotel.com... Mehr

Was well pleased with our stay. Area seemed very safe and front desk was exceptional. Had all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. Continental breakfast area was clean. Would definitely stay again

Althought once we got there they told us they were booked up for the rm we had paid for they upgraded us to a suite which I had no complaints with except for the fact that one of the bathrooms trash was still full. It immediate made me question the cleanliness hence the rate I gave them for cleanliness.

Smoke detector was chirping but hotel staff said there was no one to fix it (which was just to replace the battery). Coffee pot but no coffee provided in room. HD tv was frequently blury. Room had musty smell. Price was very reasonable but lacked several items promised. It did have good wi-fi. Conveniently located near I-40 and Percy Priest Lake recreation […] area. Mehr

The only bad thing is on the weekend the hotel ran out of milk and some items for breakfast.

This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed at! It was renovated in 2011 so the room was updated and stylish. The bed was comfortable and everything appeared very clean. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!

It was a great place to stay for a great price and easy to reach from downtown Nashville! Awesome!

We had two rooms, one room's toilet didn't work and in the other room, the tub didn't drain right and the arm of the chair was torn. I would not recommend this hotel.

I would certainly stay there again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept. Easy parking and close to the airport or downtown.

This was the WORST stay I have ever had.The trash cans in the rooms did not have bags in them. I had to go back to the front office to get them cause there was only one person working and she couldnt leave the front desk. We asked for an extra pillow, they said there were none, we asked for extra towels cause there was 3 of us staying in one room and […] we had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. The Bar in the Shower that helps you stand up (which was VERY important to us) was barley hanging in the shower so we were afraid to touch it. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. It was not a nice stay and we will NOT be back. It was not the girl working up fronts fault cause she was the only one on duty. It is managements fault. Mehr

My daughter and I stood the night to get to a surgery I had early next morning.1st-flooding and rocks falling from mountain right behind hotel and with the rainstorm that hit that night, I didnt know if my car would still be there in the morning and the carpet by the front door was soaked. The air conditioner made so much noise that between that and […] the airplanes passing and the thunderstorm maade it the worst night, not to mention you get no cell phone reception, we never made it to the hospitsl on time clocks went out , cedlls had no reception to wake us up with the alarm....it was a terrible night, and the room had the aweful smell of old food in it, you could smell it in the towels, carpet blankets and sheets. There are severasl others around this hotel, that look more comfortable and secure. Mehr

I was surprised and a little hesitant after reading reviews prior to booking. We found - great daily room service, proficient and personalble personnel, facility well maintained. Kept trying to get a hot breakfast even offering to buy groceries but to no avial. We made do with the toaster waffles, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal, bananas, oatmeal, hot chocolate, […] coffee and juice. Would definately stay again. Actually had to stay another night and were pleased enough to not move to another property. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay, all service was good, the hotel is very nice looking inside and out and the price was satisfactory. I would like to suggest having a fridge, microwave and tv channel guide in the room. Thanks for a nice stay.

we stayed at the baymount in nashville tn. the first room we had the tolit was brook. the secound room the phone was massed up. and did not work right.the beds where very hard. the shower didn't drain good.,and every time we wint back to the room i started to fell sick. the only saving grace was the night mgr. clarisa.

Discovered a small roach crawling on the night stand next to the bed. Took pictures. Reported to the management.

The staff graciously allowed us to check out at noon, due to an extended interview for employment at a local employer, which I drove in from out of town to complete.

I didn't realize the rooms opened to the outside and I could not park my car in front of my room. I perfer to stay in hotels with rooms opening to inside hallways. It's quieter and safer. Clean, up-to-date room and friendly staff. Good value.

I was just looking for a cheap, clean and safe hotel near the Nashville Airport. This hotel was perfect. It's 5 minutes from the airport in a safe neighborhood. It's an older hotel and the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. So...if you are just looking for a place to lay your head before flying out then this is the place. Hotel was comfortable. I booked this for my daughter, who was traveling with a 2-year old. She arrived at almost midnight, and some guy in a windsuit was just walking around the property, so she didn't feel extremely safe. She did report that it was pretty clean, but there were holes in the wall from a former TV mount and that the comforter had a rip […] in it on the back side, which you did not see until you got into bed. Overall, her report was that it was good for the price, but not sure she would pick it again if traveling alone with a 2 year old. Mehr

I suggest that you stay in a Red Roof instead for the money. They are basically the same.

If you're looking for a cheap room, close to the airport, this is a fine place. There's nothing fancy abuot it, but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. 5 or 10 minutes to the airport was a big plus. Waffle House right next door.
