Hotel room was nice, television kinda small. Breakfast - okay same thing two days in a row - more like frozen french toast sticks & microwaveable sausage- but it was better than just donuts. Room was a little pricey for what it was. Staff was great. didn't find many restaurants close by.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this location and the Hotel is clean and quite - Rooms clean and roomy love the fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast every morning hot and delicious - We Will Stay here again any time in town!

I have used this hotel several times and have never been sorry that I selceted them. Nice staff that cares about your needs. Good value.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were nice and comfy and the hotel was clean. I have two small children and was concern about the cleanliness of the hotel, I am also very picky about were we stay, and often times choose, 5 star hotels. This hotel was very good, I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, very clean~large spacious room with king size, very comfortable bed. Coffee maker had enough coffee and variety of coffee's for several people. Bathroom was pristine. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.

Lobby WiFi was unavailble due to keyboard missing. On my earlier visit, the previous Monday, Wlobby WiFi service was questionable; kept on dropping out. Everything else was perfect!

I was moved to this hotel after the hotel I originally reserved was overbooked. The room was less than impressive. Exposed concrete under the radiator, mismatched paint on the ceiling and walls, wrinkles in carpet and worn bedding. Would never stay again.

This is the cleanest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff was very helpful. The complementary breakfast was excellent. In addition, the hotel is very convenient to several expressways. It is a 30-45 minute drive to the downtown area. We visit the Chicago area regularly, and this is now the hotel we will always choose.

somehow mixed up that I had reserved and paid for two single beds - they put me in a room with one single king size bed. Not cool. When pointed out to the desk the response was "Oh sorry we ran out of rooms with two single beds" So appears not an error but intentional but they failed to communicate this when I checked in. My daughter and I stayed for one night. We had dinner at the William Tell restaurant that is across the parking lot, attached to Holiday Inn. It was a little pricey but better than eating fast food. Our room was clean and spacious. There was no outside noise, which was nice! My only complaint is that the bed wasn't very comfortable for us.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Best Western and we couldn't have been more pleased with the courteous staff, great amenities, and overall value. I am one of those people who like to get a bargain because let's face it when your out of town you are only looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep! I was so impressed with the front desk worker who greeted me by name upon entering the hotel on the second day. WOW! Out of all the people that stay here she remembered my name. Upon entering the room we were given complimentary snacks and water. Having a refigerator and microwave in the room is a definite plus as I am an avid water drinker and I prefer mine cold versus room temperature. Considering the reviews that I've read on a lot of Chicago area hotels, this one exceeded my expectations. The room was a decent size and had plenty of amenities. I stayed here while I was in Chicago for Lollapalooza. It's a few minute drive from the closest Metra/Amtrak stations. The only bad thing that I will say is that on here the room was listed […] as smoking and it was actually a non-smoking room (which was preferable anyway). Just a bit confusing, and I had a rollaway bed for one of the people I was staying with and it took them a while to find one to get it to us. It seemed that they didn't keep close track of where they were even though they charge you for using them. Overall a pretty pleasant experience. Mehr

This was a very nice chain hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Will definately stay here again.

We had 3 rooms, all the rooms were nice, didn't like the full beds and 2 of the 3 rooms A/C didn't work very well.

Staff was pleasant and accomodating and rooms were very clean and comfortable

Very nice hotel, but the street sign for the hotel is placed in a weird spot, so I drove right past it at first. Otherwise, very clean and accommodating.

Our stay at this Best Western in Countryside was very enjoyable. The location was very convenient, the surrounding area was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice complimentary breakfast to start the day.

The hotel was nice and clean. They had a nice free breakfast buffet and 24 hour coffee as well as free popcorn. You have access to the Holiday Inn pool next door. The room was a little small but clean. The staff was very nice. The only downside was it took them a while to figure out how to check us in since we used hotels.com.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. No complaints! I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff and how helpfull they were. We will stay here again when we come back.

I was pleasantly surprised by their service. They not only provided us with shuttle service from airport to hotel but also from hotel to train station so that we could get to downtown. This, by far was the best hotel experience ever as far as the service goes.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The bed was remarkably comfortable. The hot breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was very helpful when I wanted to use the computer. We had no complaints! We'll stay again when we make our annual trip to the Chicago area.

Very clean, updated rooms, comfortable beds, good location....only a 15 minute trip to the City. We will stay here again. Great breakfast too!

Great hotel for the price. Staff was professional and always willing to help. Train station was only a couple of miles away and easy to board and only 20 min from Union Station.

Clean, comfortable place. Descent continental breakfast. Location was 1 mile from forest park reserve which is nice for a walk in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly,courteous and satisfied my every request. The room was comfortable and clean.The hotel was central to downtown and the airport.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with great access to shopping and dining.

Best Westerns are normally where I stay because I am sure I will be satisfied with the place for the price. As always I left very satisfied!

The room was fine. Very clean and comfortable. There was a herd of high school students that monopolized the eating area during the entire time we had available for a breakfast. What little food we could find had to be taken back to our room. We had to resort to "plan B" for nourishment that morning. Desk person showed no concern what so ever to the […] situation. I am very picky about the hotels I stay in & tend to be overly critical but I was very pleased & extremely satisfied with the Best Western Chicagoland - Countryside. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the best western in countryside. The hospitality was outstanding. The people who worked there where very polite and wonderful.

Checking in was hassle-free. The room was in great condition, even better than what I expected. Its a small cozy cute hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I didnt like was that the t.v was a bit old and the picture kept coming out of focus, we purchased a movie and I found 13 bucks to be a bit too pricey for […] it.. But ofcourse its entirely up to u if u purchase it. Other than that... Our room was very clean, good size, cozy, and they have free breakfast from 6 to 10 am. Well worth the price :)) Mehr

Right around the corner from where my Mom and Dad live so it was perfect for us when we spent most of our time with them. The staff was superb and was available for our every request! Staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the house keepers. Loved the free cookies, coffee, hot chocolate and fruit. And, they even provided free snacks and two bottles of water in the room.
