Wonderful staff and a beautiful hotel.

This hotel stay was a gift to my sister. She is in the military and was on leave for Christmas holidays. She and her husband thoroughly enjoyed the hotel room. Texted me and stated that it was a mini apartment and she loved it. Thanks hotels.com.

Having a sense of humor, I was very pleased to be greeted with a smile every single time I approached the front desk. All the employees were more than helpful with every question I had for them. The room was set up like a suite, complete with a mini wet bar (which was a second sink), microwave and mini fridge, and comfy beds. I can't get over the way […] the staff treated my friends and me. The evening staff was unfriendly and couldn't provide answers to questions. The morning staff was excellent

Big spacious hotel rooms. Free wi-fi. Also good complimentary breakfast. This Hyatt is located in a nice nieghborhood, near Marietta, GA, northwest of Atlanta. All staff were very welcoming and professional. They all had smiles on their faces. Great to see happy employees!

We had problems with our r oom. The closer in the sink would not open. The thermastat was broke where the air would either not turn off or not turn on. Some tv stations did not come in clear. The advertised bar in the hotel was actually a counter in the loby where the reservation people also were the bartenders. And the location of the hotel was not […] exactly as published Mehr

We have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 years and have had great experiences till this year. The maintenance of the wet bar areas in the two rooms that we rented were in need of repair. We had informed the staff twice about loose toilet seat in one of the rooms and it was still not repaired when we checked out. Staff is friendly and normally […] helpful. If there is one small problem, it's the strictness of the hotel's internet service. It's cuts off now and then, and how to properly work through it is a little too complicated. Other than that everything else was top notch. Good quick breakfast items in the lobby. And all the comforts of a "suite-like" room; bed, bath and all.

I was extremely surprised that I was being asked for a sixty dollar fee at check-in, and the hotel referred to this as an incidentals charge. and to tell the truth, I'm not certain I'll get that money back, even though the hotel said I would if the room was left in the condition it was at check-in. that certainly leaves room for too much hearsay, in […] my humble opinion. needless to say, I'll be spending my money with another hotel chain next time. also of note, the front desk personnel were pleasant with their words, but body language told a different "don't bother me" type of story. This hotel is located within a minutes drive of Cumberland Mall and about 12 minutes from downtown Atlanta. It is a clean hotel and the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again during my next trip to Atlanta.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... Stayed for a weekend and enjoyed it. Convenient to interstates,shopping, and dining.

The stay at the Hyatt Place Galleria was more than enjoyable. I really love the comfort and security of this hotel, which are important to me. Room service was excellent for me and my wife. We really enjoyed our stay. There was no eagerness to get out of the hotel to sight see because of the overall quality of our stay. Very nice accomodations. All of the employees were very cheerful and greeted everyone. The staff bent over backwards to help all of the guests.

The room was extremely spacious, the staff helpful and friendly to the point where they seemed more genuine than just employees trying to be nice to guests. The lack of room service is a small niggle, and the equipment in the fitness center could be more and better, but apart from that, it's a great place to stay a couple of nights on work.

Very nice and comfortable. Staff was wonderful! My only complaint was the signal of the tv that kept going out every few minutes! If that can be fixed, it will be a perfect experience!

Best hotel stay ever! Hotel was very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gym is not equipped; only 3 treadmills are in the fitness room. Other than that it's a pretty cool place

After staying in the Buckhead area for a few days, we decided to relocate to this Hyatt Place to avoid traffic issues, and we absolutely did the right thing! Not only was this hotel quiet and comfortable, but it was within walking distance to an italian restaurant, and kid friendly place across the street for the little ones. If that's not enough, the […] nearest mall, which is VERY nice, I might add, was about 5 minutes away! When we return to ATL, we will definitely stay at this location again! Mehr

12:30am, I hear a very loud noise outside of the room. Turns out the air conditioning unit was right outside of the window. I could hear the sound even with a pillow on my head. They were kind enough to move me the second night. Turns out to be a handicap accessible room. I was very uncomfortable in it. They would NOT move me again! That is not 3-star […] service. I would give them a 2-star. Hotel was clean, but their front desk people were not very understanding. Mehr

Completely satisfied with the staff at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating! Did not get exactly what room I asked for thru booking with hotels.com (as they state could happen), but the staff was willing to make it work any way possible, even if it meant finding another hotel close by for us. At check out I had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to tell me she couldn't print me a receipt and that they would be holding my $40 deposit for 10 business days. There were no liners in my trash cans either. Good price for the Atlanta area. Great rooms! Staff was very friendly. Right by a mall so anything you want is around the corner.

SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO OUR TRUCK. WE TOLD THE HOTEL MANAGER AND SHE WAS SO SNOTTY ABOUT IT! COMPLETELY DID NOT CARE.

The hotel room was very attractive but smelled like it was sprayed to hide other bad smells. Our 2 year old who is never sick was coughing terribly after playing on the carpet. By the next morning, the fake smell was gone and the room smelled like feet. The bathroom had pubic hair in the tub when we arrived as well. I am not sure if it is just bad current […] staff or if they do not shampoo the carpet as often as they should or just a freak accident, but I will have a hard time staying in one for a while. Mehr

Great place to stay, but people need to control their kids because i make sure mine do not run up and down the halls and disturb other people who want to relax and enjoy theirself.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The in house vending was awesome. I will definitely make that my hotel of choice.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to doing it again in the next few months. The pillows were so comfortable. I just want to take them with me.

I love this hotel! It was so convenient to where I needed to go. I had to go back and forth to appointments and the ease of getting in and out of the hotel was great! The people who work there were extremely helpful! The rooms have a great set up with the two double beds and a sofa in the other area and desk. I also love the club they set up so I can […] have a 2:00 pm check out and earning the free night stays...what more could anyone ask for! The location is great. Close to the interstate, and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are large enough to work out of and not feel like you are in a box.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our fridge was not working properly, called the front desk and within 10 minutes had a working fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking In The woman at the desk was very rude ,I get to my room forgot to put my lach on cause im not guessing anyone is comeing in , I'm undressed and a guy walks in with a michane to fix things i slammed the door, the guy said ow they sent me to wrong room ( after him seeing me naked ) changing from a long ride, Then I called down front for menu's […] and the guy who answered did not have anyone who delivered to me , WOW ,The night and day that I was there the floor was loud with people painting and doing house keeping all day 1200 to 400 pm thats a long house keeping could not sleep do to the slamming of door's ,and loud ghetto worker's! I was in need of a snack and wnet down stairs paid $500 2 cookies that hard and old WOW!The morning of my check out that was supposed to be at 11 a house keeper came to my door at 945am and banged on my door WOW , No sleep , I complained at the desk and his respeonse was ow well they shouldnt be comeing that early and nothing was done nothing . so over all if u are sleepy and want to rest don't stay here..
