12:30am, I hear a very loud noise outside of the room. Turns out the air conditioning unit was right outside of the window. I could hear the sound even with a pillow on my head. They were kind enough to move me the second night. Turns out to be a handicap accessible room. I was very uncomfortable in it. They would NOT move me again! That is not 3-star […] service. I would give them a 2-star. Hotel was clean, but their front desk people were not very understanding. Mehr

Completely satisfied with the staff at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating! Did not get exactly what room I asked for thru booking with hotels.com (as they state could happen), but the staff was willing to make it work any way possible, even if it meant finding another hotel close by for us. At check out I had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to tell me she couldn't print me a receipt and that they would be holding my $40 deposit for 10 business days. There were no liners in my trash cans either. Not a horrible experience, but not the usual experience I have had in other hotels in this area (I travel to this area regularly on business). […] I will stay somewhere else next trip. Mehr

Very friendly staff, great shuttle service. Very impressed! Going back for the next trade show coming up.

Good price for the Atlanta area. Great rooms! Staff was very friendly. Right by a mall so anything you want is around the corner.

This was a VERY clean and nice room that we had. Great location to the mall and sixflags!!!

Very safe and quiet. Friendly helpful staff! Perfect location--can walk to restaurants and just a mile away from shopping. I will always look for Hyatts from now on when traveling. Wonderful hotel.

SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO OUR TRUCK. WE TOLD THE HOTEL MANAGER AND SHE WAS SO SNOTTY ABOUT IT! COMPLETELY DID NOT CARE.

The hotel room was very attractive but smelled like it was sprayed to hide other bad smells. Our 2 year old who is never sick was coughing terribly after playing on the carpet. By the next morning, the fake smell was gone and the room smelled like feet. The bathroom had pubic hair in the tub when we arrived as well. I am not sure if it is just bad current […] staff or if they do not shampoo the carpet as often as they should or just a freak accident, but I will have a hard time staying in one for a while. Mehr

Great place to stay, but people need to control their kids because i make sure mine do not run up and down the halls and disturb other people who want to relax and enjoy theirself.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The in house vending was awesome. I will definitely make that my hotel of choice.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to doing it again in the next few months. The pillows were so comfortable. I just want to take them with me.

I love this hotel! It was so convenient to where I needed to go. I had to go back and forth to appointments and the ease of getting in and out of the hotel was great! The people who work there were extremely helpful! The rooms have a great set up with the two double beds and a sofa in the other area and desk. I also love the club they set up so I can […] have a 2:00 pm check out and earning the free night stays...what more could anyone ask for! The location is great. Close to the interstate, and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are large enough to work out of and not feel like you are in a box.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our fridge was not working properly, called the front desk and within 10 minutes had a working fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Checking In The woman at the desk was very rude ,I get to my room forgot to put my lach on cause im not guessing anyone is comeing in , I'm undressed and a guy walks in with a michane to fix things i slammed the door, the guy said ow they sent me to wrong room ( after him seeing me naked ) changing from a long ride, Then I called down front for menu's […] and the guy who answered did not have anyone who delivered to me , WOW ,The night and day that I was there the floor was loud with people painting and doing house keeping all day 1200 to 400 pm thats a long house keeping could not sleep do to the slamming of door's ,and loud ghetto worker's! I was in need of a snack and wnet down stairs paid $500 2 cookies that hard and old WOW!The morning of my check out that was supposed to be at 11 a house keeper came to my door at 945am and banged on my door WOW , No sleep , I complained at the desk and his respeonse was ow well they shouldnt be comeing that early and nothing was done nothing . so over all if u are sleepy and want to rest don't stay here.. This will be our first choice when booking the the ATL area... Convenient to everything we need to be close to when there... Superior amenities and comfort for the price... have stayed here 5-6 times and never been disappointed...

I would reccommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful duing my stay. The one area of improvement I would suggest was more choices of items on the complimentary breakfast. Less bread type items and some eggs or meat or cheese for some protein. We stayed here and attended the opera at the Cobb Center. We were very happy that Carraba's delivered to the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and CLEAN! I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. It's my hotel of choice when I am in the area.

Ok lager closet space and drawers and a microwave oven in the room.

Overall my stay was enjoyable the only issue were the beds. They were a little too firm for my taste. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful.

Overall great for the price and different for a Hyatt.This was a nice boutique hotel,all amenities.The only negative i"s if you wanted more than a continental breakfast you have to self order and wait on it to come".A little misleading when you see pictures displaying bacon/eggsand orange juice everywhere as though it is available in the self service […] continental pantry.But, their are plenty of restaurants, stores and eateries in the area.Close to both I-75/285 and 20 mins, from downtown ATL. Also, asked for a early checkin/late check out with both being accomodated...."Thanks for a nice stay" Mehr

Exceptionally nice hotel for the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff and clean, upscale rooms. Good location, close to Cobb Galleria and Cumberland mall plus plenty of restaurants.

I have travelled to Atlanta quite a bit, this hotel was a huge surprise ! Great value. Very, very clean. Staff was extremely professional. My family and I were happy freshness of the free breakfast.

This hotel is a great deal. It was cheap and very nice. It had a nice modern lobby with self-service kiosks, a bar/restaurant, and good continental breakfast. The rooms were very nice and spacious for the price. Overall, I would recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay there again.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price. Our room was extremely clean, had a very comfortable bed, and had a 46 in HD TV. The entire service staff went out of their way to make sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction.

Great bargin for the price & location. Loved the 50 inch HDTV in the room.

Downtown is just 10 mins drive. Lots of restaurants nearby and ample parking space.

I enjoy everything about the hotel except its continental breakfast and having to pay an additional cost if you want eggs and sausage, etc.

Loved this Hyatt Hotel, staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were decorated beautifully, very up to date and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean hotel with very comfortable bed and huge flat panel TV (50"?). Also liked that wifi is free unlike some of the nearby hotels. The only minor issue I had was the sink was outside the bathroom.

This was a very nice hotel room. For the money it would be hard to get a nicer room. The bed was actually comfortable which is more than I can say for most hotels. The continental breakfast was not bad and their were many restaurants nearby.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Walter was kind enough to bring me my pumpkin latte to the fitness center. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Everything was fine except the airconditioning did not work well... otherwise room was great for the price.. the location was industrial and off our path of us75 we ask for but worth the price..

Great bargain in great location

Its a great deal. The room was nice and spacious. the Cobb energy is very close and conveneint and its in a great location. I will give it an "A"
