Waren schon das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel - sind sehr zufrieden. Personal super nett - Essen spitze und als Hausgast noch 10% Rabatt im Restaurant - unschlagbar. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick für unsere beiden Übernachtungen gebucht - und auch erhalten. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein (kleiner als 10qm) und das Bad ebenso überschaubar. Dennoch erhält das Hotel von uns eine hervorragende Bewertung, denn der Service, das angebotene Essen (Frühstücksbuffet sowie optionales Abend-Menü, das sehr zu empfehlen ist), Pool, Lobby-Bereich, Blick auf den See und deutsch sprechendes Personal sowie freier Eintritt in die in Garda befindliche Therme ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man einen längeren Urlaub in Garda plant, sollte man für die Übernachtungen etwas mehr Geld investieren, um in einem Zimmer mit Seeblick oder zumindest mit Balkon zu wohnen. Die Parkplatzsituation war bei ausgebuchtem Hotel etwas schwierig, wurde aber vom Personal gut gehandhabt.

Angenehm und überraschend ruhig, natürlich nur bei gechlossener Balkontür. Die Lage an der historischen "Piazza delle Erbe" ist einzigartig, die moderne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung des uns eingeräumten geräumigen Zimmers mit durch Glaswände abgetrenntem Bad originell und gerade durch den Kontrast zu dem denkmalgeschützten, an S.Andrea angebauten Altbau geglückt. Kein Lift. Großes Ehebett mit gemeinsamer Bettdecke. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das aus 1 Gebäck und 1 warmen Getränk bestehende Frühstück in der nahen "Bar Venezia". Die 10% Rabatt auf warme Mahlzeiten in der gegenüber liegenden "Osteria delle Erbe", in der gut gekocht wird, versöhnen nicht immer mit den Ungeschicklichkeiten des wenig geschulten dortigen Bedienungspersonals.

Das Receptionspersonal ist kompetent, mehrsprachig,hinterlassene Nachrichten werden zuverlässig ausgerichtet, Telefonate prompt weitergeleitet. Gibt es Probleme, wird sich bemüht, diese sofort zu lösen und es wird nachgefragt, ob der Gast mit der Lösung zufrieden ist oder ob man noch etwas tun könne. DAs Frühstück ist vielfältig, selbst bei Vollbelegung […] ist das Servicepersonal gelassen, aufmerksam und freundlich und man kann in Ruhe frühstücken. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Zimmeraussicht (2. Stock) allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig (Hinterhof, Mülltonen, vergittertes Fenster, vor dem eine Außentreppe läuft, auf der ebenfalls Mülltonnen stehen) (was das Komfortgefühl sehr einschränkt) Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone, vom Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln allerdings unbequem/umständlich zu erreichen. Guter, zuvorkommender Service. Exzellentes Essen, es wird passend zu den Anfangszeiten der Oper serviert.Auch die Bar war nach der Oper noch auf. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Ein super Hotel für Singels und Paare um Verona und die Liebe zu genießen. Die tolle Arena ist gleich um die Ecke.

"Gute Lage"
Angenehmes und komfortables Hotel mitten in der Altstadt (vom Bahnhof ca 25 Minuten zu Fuss), Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, sogar eine kleine Auswahl glutenfreier Produkte.

"Top Class; absolut zentral"
Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im Zentrum von Verona, mit allen Für und Wider. Preis-/Leistung ist O.K.; Hotel sehr sauber; Personal recht freundlich; Frühstück sehr umfangreich ind reichhaltig, auch am späten Vormittag!
Das Hotel Academia ist gut in der Altstadt Verona integriert. Zur Oper ist es sehr nahe. Wie so Stadt-Hotels sind, die Aussicht ist leider nur an den nächsten Häuserblock. Aber das weiss man ja im Voraus. Kann dieses Hotel bestens weiter empfehlen.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and both times were excellent. Great position, friendly and competent staff and the breakfast is great. The rooms are spacious, and quiet - lovely hotel!

Von diesem Hotel sidn alle Wege sehr nahe: Zur Arena an der Piazza Bra etwa fünf Gehminuten, zur Piazza Erbe - also den zwei klassischen Plätzen in Verona - vielleicht sieben Minuten. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ) Dom, Basilika San Zeno oder das römische Theater mit dem Antikenmusseum kann man zu Fuß erreichen - und das auf Straßen udn Gassen […] durch eine wunderbare Stadt. "Erstklassiges Service, zentralste Lage"
HIer funktioniert alles wie am Schnürchen: Erfahrene Mitarbeiter sorgen professionell und freundlich für das Gästewohl. Das Hotel ist in sehr gutem Zusand. Die Klimaanlage ist effizient und so leise, dass man sie auch in der Nacht eingeschalten lassen kann.

"Walking distance to downtown area - great service!"
This hotel got great marks! We told them we were coming for a special getaway weekend, and they upgraded us to one of their nicest rooms because it was available for that night. Beautiful! The only complaint we had was that the room smelled like smoke, but they promptly sent a chambermaid to the room with Fabreeze, and our stay was comfortable after […] that. The hotel's situated in the downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops, and sites (to include Juliet's balcony) nearby. When we had to checkout but still planned to sightsee, the hotel let us keep our bags there and ensured our valuables were in a safer place. Customer service was always outstanding. Free breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Convenient 5 minute (10 euro) taxi ride from the train station. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Mehr
"A very enjoyable stay"
The Accademia is superbly placed and only a few minutes walk to the Piazza Erbe and the Arena. The only improvement would have been tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The reception staff were both friendly & helpful. Good choice at breakfast except for hot items as there was only scrambled egg and frankfurters. "Lovely hotel & staff - aircon poor!"
I only grip I can lay on this hotel was the air conditioning - it didn't work & was very warm and made the room uncomfortable. The hotel staff were aware of the problem but assured me they would turn it off but in facted didn't!

Great location, beds, staff and dining room. Loved the quaintness of the bar which was a little outdated, yet perfectly charming. Buffet breakfast was impressive for an included continental breakfast. Would not stay any where else while in Verona. Perfect.

We picked this hotel because of its location and that is as central as you can get in Verona. However the friendly service at this hotel was also fantastic. The only reason I've given 4 rather than five for cleanliness is that there was a white bit of plastic inside the bathroom door - it had been cleaned away by the next day.

We arrived by train, and a taxi from the station to the hotel was only 10 euros, quick trip. We were a little early and check in was no problem. Our room was nice and clean, with a little view of the street below. It was in a great location for walking around the city. "Great Hotel"
Hotel Accademia is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Verona, very close to all the main tourist sites. The included breakfast is good and the personnel is really nice and helpful. We were there for Christmas and received a Pandoro as a present, very nice and delicious detail !!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My boyfriend and I were traveling though Europe for a month and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at regarding customer service. They had umbrellas for all the guests when it rained, it was very clean, comfortable, and a perfect location. It was right near the market, the stores, everything is 5 mins […] walking. "Perfect location luxurious stay fab beakfast"
We had a large spacious well equipped room only criticism if any - was no tea or coffee making facilities but breakfast more than made up for it. Plentiful buffet with so much choice lovely scrambled eggs with ham/sausage and lare selection of cereals, cheeses, fruit ,cakes, toast and juices and a waiter on hand at all times replenishing coffee/tea […] and constantly replenishing the buffet bar. Hotel was close to everything so nothing ever too far away. 25 minute walk from Verona station but only 10 euros in a cab if you dont want to walk. Verona train station is such a hub only there 5 days but managed to see Venice and Lake Garda too. Perfect. Will definitely go back. : ) Mehr
"Top rate hotel except for the restaurant"
The hotel is clean and efficiently run; quite Germanic in style ( at least in contrast to Firenze where we had just stayed). The only thing that let it down was the restaurant where we ate on the first night - the food was quite disappointing, certainly given the prices charged. Having said that, the breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge choice […] of different foods. Great location and walking distance to all the attractions. Not walking distance to the train station, but taxi is only about 10 Euros. Loved the roomy and updated bathroom. "convenient for all things touristy"
We arrived to verona by train. We took a taxi from train station and it was about 12 euros. It was pretty far from the station, but close to all things touristy- shops and attractons. We arrived and the hotel was clean and everyone was really nice/helpful and spoke english. The hotel bar was comfortable, but closed at midnight. We were allowed to stay […] as long as we liked though. The hotel recommended a restaurant a few blocks away. Obviously a tourist restaurant, but it was good. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Once we had someone show us how to use the air conditioning controls, it worked great. The shower was great, with three heads! The Breakfast spread was huge. They had everything from breads to fruits. Yogurts to hard boiled eggs. Tuna to cookies. Proscuitto to cereal. It was quite elaborate. Mehr

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Accademia in Verona, Italy. We were only able to stay for one night, but enjoyed the hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city and has a great location. The staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel, even with a GPS, since there are many […] small and one way streets in the area. Once we got to the hotel, we were very happy with it and the location. Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff made us most welcome. Single rooms were larger than the norm and were kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. Hotel is well situated for all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was lovely, really central to all the main sites and only a couple of minutes away from the arena and juliets house. The room was spotlessly clean and an honurable mention must go to the breakfast which was great with a wide selection to choose from. My only niggle is that we booked a room for 3 adults sharing and given the price we paid […] for the room we were slightly disappointed to have 2 single beds and a sofa bed - apart from that no cause for complaint. The hotel is located in downtown Verona in an upscale area. The hotel is just off the main strip, giving you easy access to all the local attractions. Verona is a very walkable city, and all of the major sites could be reached within at most 15 minutes. Try to get a room closer to the entry of the hotel as there could be a significant walk to your room […] otherwise. The rooms were well appointed. The daily breakfast was excellent quality. This hotel is located in the middle of everything, in the heart of Verona. The service is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. The only inconvenience is that leaving the elevator you have to walk some stairs and it might be inconvenient for someone with disabilities.
