Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Overall the room was comfortable. The condition of the Hotel was good. Housekeeping could use some pointers on the cleanliness of the room in the bathroom floor department. Although I am sure they sweep, you could tell that they do not mop as often, if at all. One of the 8/days I noticed that the towels were not fixed neatly at all. With the Hotels […] going green they ask you to reuse your towel if at all possible. That's not a problem, however re-fold or re-organize the towels, it's all I am saying... I picked this hotel because of its proximity to lovefield and downtown. My overall experience was lacking. First they messed up our reservation. And the staff member I dealt with had attitude when i went to get it fixed. Then on the second night of our stay we Inquired about the heater. They sent maintenance up to check on it and got it turned on. But […] then we couldnt turn it off. I spent all Night fighting with it. Getting no sleep. At one point in time my mother called down to the front desk for help and they sent hotel security because maintenance had gone home. He got it to go off. But soon after he left it came back on. At one point it was 95 degrees in the room. Very miserable. Talked to the front desk the next morning. Went out for the day thinking they would fix it. They did not. I really liked it The hotel is 2 minutes from Love Field on the Shuttle which is the real deal--no reservations, runs every half on the dot, etc. Not like those fake shuttles that no longer exist when you get to a hotel or have very limited hours or reliability. Hot tea at check-in, nice clean big room, NS, beds as promised, view of planes, nice but […] not too pricey full service restaurant open till 12. Very pleasant night clerk and taxi driver hanging to talk politics with. I dropped my teen daughter off at 8 to go to bed & then returned my rental car. Only there one night but was very pleased. Location was extremely convenient to Love Field and rental car area. Room was very clean and quiet considering proximity to airport. This is my second stay here. The (I forget what his official title is) helped me with all my bags to the room. Followed me back to Hertz to drop the car. Even offered to take me to another restaurant if I wanted dinner some place else besides the airport. the AC unit in our room was really noisy loved the bathroom with big walk in shower instead of a tub..... bed pillows were all large and extra firm!!! ( a little variety would have been nice) obviously by its proximity to the airport, there was some plane noise which is expected. "Toilet repairs = sleepless night"

"Early August 2012 Stay"
I like the promptness of the staff at this hotel. When I arrived at the airport and called the front desk the driver of the Shuttle Van was already pulling into the Shuttle Van Parking area. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Dallas because if you need to just get some rest and relaxation it's a great place to stay. Even though it's […] close to the airport I did not hear one plane while I was there. Also this hotel has mostly anything you would need and I enjoyed that as well. "Makes flying Love Field my favorite way to travel!"
My wife and I stayed the night before an early flight out of Love Field and couldn't be more impressed! The staff is professional and courteous. The hotel overall was clean and sharply decorated throughout. Rooms are clean and well appointed, and the location is perfect for anyone traveling out of Love Field. The only thing better than all that I mentioned […] so far was their lightning fast shuttle service to and from the hotel to Love Field, even early in the morning and late at night.
