Nettes Ambiente und guter Service. Gut um Toronto zu erkunden. Fitness, Sauna (getrennt M/W) und Schwimmbad waren ganz ok.

Hotel ist im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen. Alles macht einen recht ordentlichen Eindruck und die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir hatten weder Frühstück noch Abendessen im Hotel und können daher darüber nicht schreiben. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden Hotelgarage und Offentliches Parkhaus, allerdings beides Gebührenpflichtig. Die Stadtmitte […] ist mit wenigen schritten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehr

Grundsaetzlixh gutes Hotel. Leider Unfreundlicher check in am 31.Aug. 2011!Das waren wir von anderen Hotels so nicht gewohnt.

Wir konnten in der Tiefgarage mit Verbindung zum Hotel parken, es stand immer ein Taxi vor der Tür. Busbahnhof und Bahnhof in 5 Min. Entfernung. Mehrere Restaurantes gegenüber vom Hotel. Das Hotel fanden wir 43, 47 und 12 echt Super. Frühstück ist nur in der Woche inbegriffen ansonsten zu bezahlen. Wir hatte aber ein sehr gutes Büfett. Werden dort nicht […] das letzte mal gewesen sein. Vor lauter Stress konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen. Liegt mitten in Toronto Altstadt zum CN Tower ca. 20 Minuten gelaufen. Mehr

Das Novotel Toronto Centre liegt, wie schon im Namen enthalten, im Zentrum in der Nähe der "Union Station" (Zug, Bus und Subway) und in unmitttelbarer Nähe der "Wasserfront " des Ontario-See's. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu erreichen, auch zu Fuss (z.B. CN-Tower"). Das Hotel selbst ist bestens ausgestattet, das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig (nur […] die Wurst- und Käseauswahl war etwas einseitig), auch über einen zu "dünnen" Kaffee konnte man nicht meckern. Alles in allem waren wir vom Novotel sehr angetan, würden es jederzeit wieder besuchen und können es mit gutem Gewissen jedem empfehlen. Mehr

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral (Zug, Bus, Subway, Ontario-See, CN-Tower, Hockey Hall of Feme, Rogers Center), sehr freundlich und nette Bedienung, gutes Büfett, Selbstparker Tiefgarage (nicht wie in anderen Hotels -> Auto abgeben und auf verlangen wird es wieder geholt) wir werden es jederzeit wieder besuchen wenn wir in Toronto sind

Das Hotel hat ein gewisses Flair, ist überschaubar und gemühtlich. Der Service ist perfekt. Preis und Leistung stimmen in jedem Fall.

Wir sind vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr freundlich und nett bedient worden und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral zum Beispiel 10 Minuten von dem Bahnhof.

My wife said the bed was the best she had ever slept in at a hotel. The room was very nice and good size. They need to update the TV's to flat screen with better reception. Across the street were some really nice restaurants.easy access from the Lakeshore and very close to St Lawrence Market (well worth a visit), the Sony Centre, and the St Lawrence […] Centre for the Arts.....great location. Breakfast pricey so we ate one block north at Fran's which is a Toronto institution for food.Parking pricey at $23 but it is convenients.You can park next door cheaper but it doesn't look as secure. Excellent location, very convenient, very clean rooms and public areas. I thought the previous reviews were exaggerating the stuffiness of the rooms- they weren't!! AC didn't really do much at all, wouldn't go below 75 and no fan in bathroom so if you shower room is hot and humid for the rest of your stay... also, the second night I was there, there […] was a teenaged party across the hall at 2 am with about 30 kids in the room.... not the hotel's fault, but it took over an hour from the time I called the front desk for the security to show up and get them to quiet down. Good hotel, they need to check with parking about registering license plates of guests so you don't get parking tickets though. Comfortable stay and very close to the ACC, great.

We had a great stay. Love the fact that kids get free breakfast. Rooms were very nice and clean. Very comfortable big rooms.

it was really good but room wasnt ready at 300 had to take a no smoking room just as well would go again close to everything thanks alot

Stayed overnight for a concert at Air Canada Centre at was pleased with how close it was. Less than a 10 min walk. Don't really have any complaints other than it would be nice if there was a microwave in the room. Could have done without the fully stocked, weight sensitive bar fridge and traded it in for an empty useable one instead as well.

Good but was disappointed with the dinner,my steak was so tough and the mushroom sauce was terrible,bread and dessert was good.breakfast buffet was good but plates should be heated as by the time you sit everything is cold.

Lets start with room was not ready ice machine on the floor was broke smoking room with no ashtray and windows would not open for fresh air hotel clerk was rude

The staff and the service at the Novotel were excellent. As it was not busy, we were able to get an earlier check-in and a late check-out the next day. Fantastic location, so much to do, St. Lawrence Market a block away, restaurants, night life - this is the place to go!

Service was poor, not friendly hotel employees.

We were traveling with the family and a quiet hotel is important to us. The hotel was very centrally located, 10 mins walk from the rogers center and 5 mins from the harbourfront.The hotel was nicely decorated, with attentive staff, the wifi was of a good standard and there were computers to use in the lobby if you did not have your own. The hotel was […] a couple of minutes walk from the bus station and a few minutes walk from the train station, we found an underground food court with lots of options just a few minutes walk away that offered good value and tasty dining. W had breakfast included in our stay and that offered a nice selection of good breakfast foods. The pool was small but usually quiet and the spa was lovly and hot. Me and my wife traveled to Toronto for three days in the middle of April. First of all, for those looking for a decent rate while you are sleeping downtown, then consider this one. By nature I am tough to disappoint, I find positive everywhere. Location is the greatest asset of this hotel, being a couple of blocks away from everything you want to find […] downtown TO. And if you need to leave the major attractions to go farter, a subway station is also pretty close to the hotel. However, having said that, even tough my room seemed to be clean (found long hairs in the bath and around the toilet, but that's all), furniture looked old and not in great condition. It was also crazy hot in the room, a sauna really ! When I came down to ask the front desk (my phone was not working !!!) what I could do, they just told me they were sorry, the AC system was not on yet. The guy even told me to stop the automatic fan for 15 minutes and then start it back. When I asked him why I'd do that, he just told me the AC was off....he realized that he was going nowhere and finally said he was sorry...Also, be ready to pay big bucks for their parking. I found it was probably the most expensive rate in the city ! Mehr

Loved the hotel, very updated, staff is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the area for interesting food choices and proximity to hotel.

I visit Toronto a number of times during the year. I've now stayed at the Novotel on 3 different occasions. The staff has always been quite helpful, the rooms are excellent and its location downtown is a huge plus for me.

I alwaus ask for this hotel when I go to Toronto on a business trip...so convenient. Lovely staff, lovely rooms, great bed. Never disappointed!

Excellent in every aspect plus many great restaurants in a one block area, nice and easy underground parking . . staff excellent . . . can't say enough !!

I have stayed at this hotel previously and the room was clean and comfortable. This particular stay was disappointing. The hotel elected to replace/service the air conditioning during this time (mid April). As a result the rooms were stiflingly hot. There was no cooling options and my thermostat read 82. (stale air as windows don't open) This is not […] acceptable. A basic function of a room should have a bed and the ability to control the temperature. I did not sleep and was tired and irritable during my workdays on the subsequent days. The room while not filthy was shabby. Stains on tile and floor grout, the carpet were apparent. The television was an old tube model with a dirty remote. The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. They tried to make my stay as comfortable as they could under the circumstances, but unfortunately changing rooms and trying to source fans (none available) didn't help. Mehr

Stayed for three nights. The location is great - there are Telus bike stations for renting bikes throughout the city and there's one right across the street from the hotel. The weather was pleasant enough to explore the city on bike,and we took advantage of this even though we had a car. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Did not eat breakfast […] there, they charge $17.95 for all inclusive buffet breakfast. They also have an ala carte menu. We were able to park our car in garage for $23 a night and the elevator brings you right to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again. Mehr

Appart from the non working toilet that I had to flush 3 times to work properly and the room cleaning that took place at 5:30PM (when I got to my room) the stay was perfect: quiet and extremely convenient location, friendly staff, well equipped room... I would love to stay there again!

Other than the various construction around the hotel, it is a great place to stay. Great restaurants right across the street, wonderful staff, easy parking, location to city sights, etc. created a very pleasant stay. It was kind of a shame that we only could stay one night and not enjoy more of the hotel's accommodations...

The room was very hot and the temperature control did not help to cool the room down

Great proximity to St. Lawrence Market, a range of restaurants, ACC, Union Station, and Hockey Hall of Fame. The room was great; clean and comfortable is all I expect. The only complaint I have is that the reception area seemed to be understaffed most of the time.

This hotel was a very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to downtown Toronto was perfect. Easy walking to everywhere... Restaurants nearby was very handing... will stay there again.

It was a good quality hotel however the room was too hot. Could not control the thermostat.
