Die umgebung ist nicht wirklich schön aber der Weg zur Metro dauert nur 3 min. Innerhalb von 15 min ist man im Centrum z. B. Opera. Das Hotel ist gut, die Zimmer zweckmässig nur das Frühstück ist nicht so umwerfend. Praktische Lage mit Parkhaus und kurzem Weg zur Metro

3 Tage lang war die Heizung abgeschaltet. Info an die Rezeption, aber keine Reaktion.

check-in grundsätzlich ok, erster eindruck der lobby ok, rest des gebäudes leider alt und nicht saniert, zimmer eine katastrophe, vor allem aber nicht sauber, bad fiel auseinander, türen verdreckt, wc 30 jahre alt.... frühstück in nebenzimmer, da restaurant neben eingangsbereich für piloten-crew und andere wichtige leute reserviert war -> gefühl von […] menschen zweiter klasse nicht zu vermeiden!! bedienstete an lobby bemüht und tlw. sehr freundlich!! leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!! Super Rezeption, günstige Lage zur Metrostation "Bagnolet". Beim Frühstück sollte man die "künstlichen" scrambled Eggs meiden, sonst aber durchaus empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war für 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder völlig ausreichend, sauber und bequem.

Hotel liegt ideal für Paris-Besucher. Metro praktisch vor der Türe. Auch sonst alles ok, wenn man eine private Reise tätigt, preislich interessant, wenn es ein spezielles Angebot gibt!

Das Hotel sieht äusserlich und innen gut aus, doch die Zimmer sind alt und renovationsbedürftig für ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Obwohl ich ein Nichtraucherzimmer reserviert habe, bekam ich doch ein Raucherzimmer und dies finde ich in der heutigen Zeit doch eher schlecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbare Nähe der U-Bahn. Ideal auch mit Kindern. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen - empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten Metrostation entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris entdecken zu können.

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel für Seminare. Für mich passt diesbezüglich der Ort. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, kommt aber langsam in die Jahre und bräuchte etwas Auffrischung. So wackeln die Toilettensitze, ist der Duschknopf nur mit äusserster Kraftanstrengung zu bewegen. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig neben der Métro, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist jedoch dürftig (Eierspeise aus dem Packerl!), kein Frischkäse, kein Müsli...

Overall it was good. The hotel is huge and the rooms are big compared to the other hotels in Paris.There was a mini bar in the room but nothing was in it. It was empty. The hotel was too far from the city centre but one positive thing was that there was near the metro station.

It is a nice place to stay. The room was clean, and the service was not so bad. People at the restaurant were really nice. People in the all were not efficient at all. No will indicate you were to go, you will have to find out by yourself. Except that point everything was fine. But be careful it is not in the centre of Paris so there is nothing to […] visit around. you will have to take the Metro which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Novotel hotel is a very nice located hotel , near to metro station and eurolines bus station. Breakfast is great a lot of choices . I recommend it

My family and I stayed at the Novotel Paris Est. This hotel is just outside of Paris in Bagnolet. We took a taxi from the Gare de Lyon train station to the hotel and I was worried the hotel was too far outside of Paris and the neighborhood may not be the best area to stay. I stayed at the Novotel Est in Paris for two nights. Hotel location is quite good, close to a subway station. Restaurant is ok, simple standard foods. However, I need to raise my anger about the apparently green-culture of the hotel. There is a big sign inside the bathroom that for every 4 towels guests agree to re-use, the hotel will plant a tree. […] As I always do, I put back my used towel on the rack, but -as also in 99% of the hotels- the next day the towel was replaced with a new fresh one!! This really drives me crazy; especially in this case because the hotel seems to be soooooo green they even want to plant trees instead of washing!! I will for sure not stay there anymore, that's how upset I still am. How difficult is it to implement such a rule with the housekeeping, if the hotel management really stands behind such a campaign?? Also, I have left a customer feedback paper in my room, but until now the hotel did not contact me for my feedback! Mehr

The hotel was conveniently located on the outskirts of Paris with a metro station which was a couple of minutes away, enabling you to travel to the centre of Paris easily. It was also convenient to have local shops within the vicinity. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a modern feel although our room could have been a bit bigger. Only a few minutes walk from the Metro and a shopping centre (next to the Metro) with a big supermarket inside. The hotel is located in a much convenient location than we thought, however, the neighbourhood is not very clean. Travel by Metro, only need to change once from Gard Du Nod train station. We (2 adults and 2 child) stayed in a room with a double […] and a sofa bed, pretty comfortable. It did not provide shower hat, so make sure you bring your own. Mehr

Book Novotel Paris Est only if you have spare money. Although it is written explicitly in "hotels.com" order that he payment including taxes they obliged me to pay taxes cash for two days. When I returned home I found that they have also charged my credit card in the same price. I have never left a hotel mad before until I stayed at the Novotel Paris Est. Overall the stay was ok despite the hotel having some major systems issues. But the woman who checked me out was rude and really made me mad. I was shocked at how she handled the check out. Not even an itemized bill or a thanks for staying here...nothing and then on to the […] next guest. I even asked her if she was finished with me and got no response as she proceed to check out the next guest. I wish I had got her name! Mehr

If you are traveling with your family to Paris, then can consider this hotel. It close to the metro, although requires 25-35 minutes in each direction to get to the city centre. It is close to a small mall where you can equip with food, snacks and water in low prices, and the hotel itself is fair enough.

Very good hotel service, the hygiene of the hotel was top class. The area was not very good as it was on a highway road. Also there was not enough space for parking and there was only a one way road and I became confused where to go. Although it was at least 20minutes from the Eiffel Tower it was worthwhile staying at the hotel.

the hotel is in a bad location for people who are interested to see Paris and the service is very bad... Do not recommend!

The hotel was fine but the air conditioner & TV control had to be repaired - a bit frustrating but things happen & they fixed them without fuss.

We stayed here for two nights , sandwiching a visit to Eurodisney. The rooms on the two nights were similar, the only difference being the sofa bed. The first night it was a double sofa bed, the second there were 2 single beds (which were more comfortable). Note that the windows in the room only extend to a third of the width of the room, so the rooms […] can be quite dark. There were no baths in the bathroom. Good to have free wi-fi in the rooms. Service was adequate. The welcoming receptionist was appreciated by the children (particularly when they received a soft toy gift.) Breakfast was included, but the hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages) were of a budget variety and were almost inedible. Thankfully there was a small selection of bread rolls and cold meats. Dinner at the hotel was very limited at 10.00 at night - only pasta was available, and the servings were small. It would have been nice to have received a small token of apology (a free drink or something?), but the waitress was not in a generous mood... Mehr

I enjoyed the location of the hotel because it was close to the Metro and the shopping centre. It is not in the centre of Paris so you can to interact with the locals and daily life in Paris. It is very easy to get around with the Metro service especially when you want to go sight seeing. this hotel was not near the Paris sights but was around the corner from a Metro Stop, which made it very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were great for our family of four -- a pull out sofa made a great bed for our teenagers. Loved having internet service, the hotel even sold us an adapter/converter after ours bit the dust.

good location, 5 min from Metro station for Line 3

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel but in an awful area.

The hotel was very good, clean and modern decorated. On the other hand, the neighborhood wasn,t.good It was not clean. There was trash everywhere. The convenience was that there was a metro station near. In the overall I'll recomend it. Excellent for the price

The Hotel Staff was very pleasant. They spoke very good english which is good because my French is so-so. The room was very spacious. The only reason this Hotel did not get a full 5 star rating from me is that the air conditioning was not working in our room, this would not have been a problem if the windows were able to open. I went to the Reception […] Desk several times about this, was told they were working on it to give it an hour, if it still wasn't working they would provide us with a fan. Needless to say, the air conditioner failed to work during our stay, they would not move us to a different room, so we had to sweat it out. Other than having to sweat and take several cold showers while we were in the room, to include waking during the night, it was a comfortable Hotel. Mehr

It was terrible because I have reserved non smoking room from 1and half month earlier but at first night they gave me a smoking room which I had much problem there.

This hotel presents quite well at check in and the rooms are adequate but after a couple of days we were appalled at the terrible level of service. We had dinner once in the restaurant and tried one breakfast, neither of which we were game to repeat. The bar service was the worst either of us had ever seen taking half an hour to get a drink when we […] were the only patrons in the bar. The bartender looked at us looking expectantly at him then looked away. This was after he had given us the wrong drinks the first time round. When we complained to the front desk we got served what we had originally asked for. It was easier for the bartender to serve us something else instead of what we ordered. We were disappointed in the maid housecleaning as well, we had a cup of tea and it took 2 days for them to clear away the dirty cups. We were there with our two kids in a quad room and every day they replaced only three towels resulting in an early morning raid on the housecleaning trolley. My recommendation is to pay a few extra dollars and stay soemwhere else! Mehr

Stopping off in Paris en route from Toulouse to Calais, this hotel provided all that I was looking for - reasonable pricing, comfortable room (for two adults, two children), convenient to major arterial route (Peripherique). We hadden een 4-persoons niet-rokers kamer geboekt. Wat meteen opviel was de luchtverfrissersgeur toen we binnenkwamen; later werd me duidelijk waarom. Dat was om de rokerslucht te camoufleren. Er kon ook geen raam open. Voor de kinderen was weliswaar een extra slaapbank bijgeplaatst, maar de kamer was daarvoor veel te klein: er bleef geen bewegingsruimte. […] Ook bij de koffie- en theefaciliteiten en de handdoeken was rekening gehouden met 2 personen i.p.v. 4. Prijs voor ontbijt is niet verhouding tot wat je krijgt. Voordelen: lobby is mooi en met spelcomputers leuk uitgerust voor de kids. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de metro-ingang is om de hoek. Mehr
