Sehr schönes Hotel, immer hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Da ohne Frühstück gebucht, sind hierzu keine Aussagen möglich. Können dieses Hotel aber ohne Vorbehalt weiter empfehlen. Nice Hotel, staff a very friendly. Booked without breakfast, we can't say anything to this. Otherwise a recommendable hotel.

The staff was friendly and informative at the front desk. The room was the basic king size bed room, no frills, but very comfortable and clean. Even close to the highway the room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Didn't use the hotel's restaurant or other perks but the overall appearance of the hotel was classy and inviting.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was huge. It also had great hours of opperation giving us more time to do other things outside the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the all the construction traffic through the outside parking next to our car. Hotel was remodeling many of its rooms, but it was done in such a methodical way, that we didn't feel disrupted or annoyed in any way. Hotel was huge and we had to walk quite a distance to our room after getting off the elevator. Our room had recently been remodeled. Had to get a replacement bulb for one of the lamps. We were originally booked at another hotel for the night, but there was an error and the hotel was full, so we went to the Doubletree...best choice of the day! We all LOVED the warm cookies upon check in, room was clean and beautiful, loved the pool and spa tub, and staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful! Also got a great "last minute" rate. The warm chocolate chip cookies were the best!!!

Our room was very nice, however, there is remodeling going. There was no noise. We just knew this because of the 6 large trailers in the parking lot and the small portion of ceiling "popcorn" that was shaved off in our room, leaving the drywall exposed. No messes. I don't know if our room had been remodeled yet. The bed was wonderful but the furniture […] seemed dated. We will stay there again if needed. Very satisfied. Mehr

It was a very clean, well maintained motel with great amenities. The fitness room and pool where very nice and the staff was very friendly. Will most definately stay again.

My stay was wonderful at this hotel. Very friendly service, wonderful location, and great rooms. What more could I ask for except... cookies! Freshly baked cookies awaited my arrival and sweetened my first night, setting the pace for the rest of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed at the Colorado Springs Doubletree Hotel to attend an event at the World Arena. The airport shuttle made checkin a breeze, and the driver offered to do runs to the arena if it got too cold. There were some renovations being done in the hotel, and my first room was right under it - but they moved me immediately. Room was extremely comfortable, […] was grateful for the 24 hour business center, everyone was extremely friendly. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for the quality of food, but they asked me at the end if I wanted to take any beverages to go, which was nice. I would definitely stay at a Doubletree again! As the title says, it was a beautiful entry\lounge area and the cookies can't be beat, however the rooms were sub-standard (albeit clean) in comparison to the rest of hotel ambience. The indoor swimming pool was awesome. It was much larger (and heated) than 95% of the hotels you'll stay in within this price range.

We really enjoyed our stay (and the free cookies!) Excellent service and very accommodating to our needs / interests while on vacation in Colorado Springs. Highly recommended. Great on site amenities, lounge, EXCELLENT gym, and great pool.

how can you not have hot water. the hot tub was luke warm and the pool was 69 degrees. was a horrible place to take your kids to swim. they offered us free breakfast which got me and my 3 kids sick. I paid all that money for nothing basically.

Room service was terrible the food was cold and dry and very tasteless the bathtub didnt drain nor did the sink!! The bed was terrible very uncomfortable the ceiling in the pool area was neglected and falling down! AND you have to pay for any internet access which most hotels offer for free!!! definaly wont be coming here again. was so disappointed […] this isnt dbl tree quality!! Mehr

Had a dirty room when I checked in, but they moved me proomptly. Had a room facing the freeway and had road noise, but the surrounding stores and restaurants outweighed the noise. Good, safe and comfortable. Good value for the money too.

This hotel was very nice and quiet although we were only there for 1 night. Our spacious room had a small refrigerator & microwave which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. They have recently updated the rooms & are supposed to have free WiFi but we did not try it. Shopping & restaurants are within walking distance and easy access to the freeway. […] They have music & dancing Thurs-Sat in the lounge & seemed to be quite popular. I could hear & watch from my balcony but none of it was loud & rowdy and could not hear it inside room. Had trouble at first as had requested a room with balcony, which hotel looks like 90% of rooms have balconies but it took 3 tries to finally get a room with balcony overlooking the courtyard but then it had 2 queen beds instead of our requested 1 but we could live with that. I don't know if the problem was because of our booking thru Hotels.com & they only have certain rooms because I could see that most of the room with courtyard balconies were unoccupied. Mehr

Really enjoyed my stay.. My friend and I stayed with our daughter's (9 & 11).. We picked the hotel mostly for the pool so it was a bit of a bummer that the water was pretty chilly.. its a nice big pool and had a nice big hot tub.. but BURRR... The hotel rooms were nice.. beds very decent.. only little complaint was they should re caulk the tubs cause […] it was very soap scummy.. The hotel bar was fabulous.. great little band.. somewhat decent price for a drink.. friendly staff.. etc.. overall we had a great time and the fitness center was great! If the pool was warmer I would stay again.. but because we went for the girls to swim in the winter.. we'll pick a different one next time.. OH.. and they need a free breakfast.. Mehr

Every thing was perfect from hot tub to gym and the comfort of our room. If I had to change one thing it would be to have the pool at a comfortable temp. It was too cold for me to venture.

Bath tub drained slowly. I called downstairs and they fixed it immediately. Will definitely stay there again

This hotel is great. It has a fantastic workout facility, is located in the midst of restaurants and targets for forgotten travel needs, food and more. It is minutes away from the Garden of the Gods and the US Olympic Training center. The hotel staff is both informative with regard to the area and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, near restaurants and stores. Pool and fitness room a definite plus. Rooms were great. Big bathrooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in Colorado Springs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice.

The beds are horrible even my kids had trouble sleeping. Smelled funny, tub didn't drain. Pool was so cold their lips turned blue, inside pool, hot tub had so much chlorine burned eyes just sitting near it. Breakfast was over priced and would have been better anywhere.

Facilities are q bit old school. Could benefit from a makeover. Doors are worn, locks are flaky.... No fridge or security box, Furniture from the 60s. My balcony was full of cigarette butts, found a couple of used toothpicks on the desk.... Ah. No wireless Internet yet on the rooms... Just wired..... Tell that to an IPad :) Staff is great, lobby is […] decent. Most of the visitors average retired age. Mehr

Stayed two nights, thurs and friday. In town for sightseeing. Good location near restaurants and movie theatre. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Enjoyed indoor pool and whirlpool. Indoor pool was not heated but warmer than outside!

Overall the room and hotel had excellent accommodations. Very large workout room with nice equipment.

We stayed there only one night. We came to check in and waited 40 minutes to check in just standing in line. There was only two other people in front us. The hotel was very clean, our room was very nice. Breakfast the next morning the food was great but again the service lacked. waited about 35 minutes after we were done eating to get the check. I know […] there is an ihop two blocks away might be a good choice for breakfast. Mehr

We just stayed one night but the staff was very friendly (they gave us chocolate chip cookies at check in...what's not to love?!) and the room was great. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Pity there was no wifi although there is a sign saying it is being installed.

This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Not a double tree standard at all. It is very very old and I would not stay there again and I would not recomand it to anybody even if it is for free.

The hotel was very comfortable and had very nice amenities. It was in the perfect location and was a very affordable price.

Clean and neat. Professional staff. Exercise room and pool very good. My trip related to USAFA so there was a little more driving involved. Internet problems entire weekend.

This hotel was awful! It seems like they spent the majority of their profits on updating the hotel lobby and the fountain out back. The rooms were old and deparately needed an update. The smell in the halls had a musty smell. The elevator also looked like something from the 70s. I will not go back here again and I am a little disappointed that I paid […] as much as I did to stay here. Mehr

Very nice hotel, and close to the interstate, and local attractions. The balcony was a plus. Would definitely recommend this property.
