Hotel has gone down beds not comfortable coaches are terrible place has gone to wolves. Don't take the family there. Too much traffic in parking lots they really need to remodel it again

IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. TOO MANY YOUNG ADULTS WHERE STAYING THERE MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE. YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO ENJOY THE NIGHT. THE SOFA NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IT WAS OLD, DIRTY, STAINED, AND FADED. I WOULD NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

We were put in a room with a broken toilet and an unhelpful front desk staff. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt on the floor behind the door. The front desk attendant refused to give us enough towels for the number of people in our reservation. The mattresses were very bumpy on the bed and the sofa bed. I thought the kitchen would be fully stocked […] with flatware, cookware, and dinner ware, as it has been in the past, but there was nothing. The front desk personnel was not professional. The parking lot needs to be repaired. The first room I went to there was blood on the bedding and the bed was worn out.The couch needed to be tossed. I recently moved out of state so i was coming back for a visit. First i didnt know there was a deposit before you check in, we had to switch rooms because the tv was nothing but static, the remote was gone and Wi-Fi was messing up. Once to the new room it was better besides a mystery brown stain on the couch and no comforter for the bed but the room […] had heat and it wasnt too cold so we delt with it. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The service was horrible, the sofa bed had springs coming out if it and the surrounding neighbourhood was not nice. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are very outdated and poorly cleaned: dirty floors, walls, bathtub, toilet, even dirty towels were hanging on the towel racks. There are large potholes all throughout the parking lot. Terrible hotel from start to finish.

Hotel was very run down. Bed in couch was not usable. Could not sit only on one side of couch. Oven did not work well. No coffee pot or dished. Breakfast was not good.

The service was ok however I was upset that we did not have room service,nor was the coach bed that my son has to sleep on up to date they place a family with small kids above my room and they made noise all thru the night with us having to call front desk several times which lead us to another room

For two days the hotel was without face clothes and towels and then the house keeping staff removed the towels that were in my room leaving me without any towels.

I was really disappointed. I had several guests come here from out of town. 1 of my guests just changed rooms and dealt with it. He went and got some cleaner to clean the tub himself after driving to Michigan from Florida. The other guests got refunds and went to stay at the Baymont Inn. Unfortunately, I will not stay there nor refer anyone else.

As inappropriate as this may sound, DO NOT bring your wife or significant other to this particular Hawthorne Suites. The word threadbare would adequately describe my suite. Sofa had cigarette burns and a ripped cushion. Although coffee was available there was no pot for the coffee maker and no cups. The front desk may have had those items but I didn't […] bother to ask. During my stay of 3 nights I had maid service once. Good part? It was the cheapest best option for a last minute reservation. Room was large with a kitchen area and counter top perfect for laptop use. TV was not a flat screen so there's that but for $50 it served its purpose. Just don't bring your squeeze. If you do, you will never hear the end of it or worse yet she ( or he) will refuse to stay there and you'll be out the dough you paid on line to reserve this dump. Mehr

I HATE IT, THE SERVICE WAS HORRIABLE. NEVER HAD CLEAN TOWELS, I STAYED FOR A WEEK AND A HALF ROOM GOT CLEANED ONCE. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY DIDNT CARE.

Dirty, broken furniture, no iron or ironing board, sloppy bed, terrible mattress, no dishes or silverware, television about 15 yea rs old. Room keys had to be validated 5 times. Hotel was awful, most unclean, unsafe, seedy place Ive ever seen. Resembles an apartment complex, not a hotel. Garbage everywhere, including used condoms, Room was disgusting, filthy. Did not see a cleaning person the entire week I was there.

The room is not up to date. Stains on walls and carpet. I couldn't get fresh towels until after 6:30pm. Noise every night. I was told by staff that people live in the hotel. Thugs were out at night.

Everything in the hotel was falling apart and filthy. Neighborhood on the weekend wasn't the best. They offer a kitchen without a plate glass or utensil in sight. When I asked for them, they brought me dirty fishes and some dish soap. Never stay here

for me to have stayed at this hotel for a week housekeeping never came once to clean up. They customer service representatives were rude and didn't talk with curtesy and so much more. The end result is I will never stay here again.

This is a "non-smoking" hotel, but my first room smelled like an ashtray. The second room didn't smell like smoke, but smelled like rancid dirty shoes. Nasty carpet. mushy bed, cheap pillows, disgustingly dirty sofa, dingy curtains. These are suites, and clearly house some long-term guests who are nasty. My first expierence was much better. It was quiet and the flat screen was a good one and the phones worked and the bed was soft. This time the tv was very out dated, the phones did not work, the shower water was hard, the other guests were loud and I noticed some people trappin from a room across from mine.

We're staying for extended stay, there are no pots, pans, dishes as advertised, no cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays as advertised, couches let you fall to the floor since cushions and springs are gone and front desk says all the rooms are that way, cleaning supervisor is always making excuses for why the room isn't cleaned on schedule, won't let me […] borrow a vacuum to clean myself due to 'liabilities', have to beg to get new towels and linens changed, and then they are stained, bought my own vacuum and sucked up about 2 cups of crud - STAY AWAY!!!
