"Comfortable hotel for business travel"
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and the room was very clean. There is also a very nice full breakfast.

"Not up to Hampton Inn Quality"
This particular hotel was not up to Hampton Inn's normal quality. It was okay and clean, but nothing to write home to Mother about, especially when considering the price. We usually, stay in the Hampton Inn in the area where we travel, because we can count on the quality of our room. Not this time!!!

Older hotel. Rooms were very small & the hall smelled of smoke. The bathroom smelled like sewer. We stuck out the first night but ended up switching hotels the next day.

We chose this hotel without knowing anything about the Wichita area. Traveling with 4 kids under the age of 10, we were concerned about cleanliness of the rooms. It was immaculate. You could tell the staff take pride in their work. The property is well maintained and although it was years older than the brand new Hampton we stayed in in Texas, it ranked […] right up there with furnishings and room decor. I normally never review hotels but the Hampton Wichita East has been a great place to stay for our family. The rates are reasonable, it's clean, the pool/hot tub is good, the included breakfast is better than usual, and the staff are friendly. It's also located right off the interstate and near the biggest mall in Wichita as well as lots of restaurants. "Clean and convenient location"
We got there early in the afternoon and the room was ready and perfectly made and cleaned. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and free and the pool looked very inviting although we did not have time to use it. This is right off the highway and close to the airport, mall, aquatic center, and lots of restaurants.

This was a real treat; the room was exceptionally clean and the personnel were friendly and willing to take time to engage in conversation. As I told the breakfast attendant, THIS HOTEL HAD WHAT I CONSIDER THE BEST BREAKFAST of any I have had in the past several years.
Very convenient to the Turnpike and East Wichita. Clean, comfortable, friendly. Will definitely stay again.

"Great Customer Service!"
This hotel has outstanding customer service. Anything we needed, they were very accomodating. I visit Wichita often and have tried multiple hotels. Though it is a little bit out of the way for where we go, it is worth it.

"Hampton Inn East Wichita, Ks"
I was very happy with our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in East Wichita, Ks. It took just a few minutes to check in at the front desk upon our arrival. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were large and very comfortable. We needed a crib for our 7 month old and all it took was a call to the front desk. They brought up a very nice […] pack and play for us. The room was clean and the a/c kept us cool all night. In the morning we had a buffet breakfast of fruit, yogurt, cereal, donuts, waffles, toast, eggs, sausage, french toast, juice, coffee, milk etc. The buffet was continually kept clean as patrons helped themselves. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn East Wichita, Ks. Thank you to all who made our stay safe and enjoyable. PS They also have a pool but we did not use it this trip. Receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Room seemed smaller than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Ice bucket had not been cleaned out and had water standing in it.
"Cozy Non-Smoking Room"
As soon as we entered the room, we could tell a prior guest or two had smoked in the room. We sprayed sanitizer to kill the odor, but could still smell it hours later upon our return back from our family reunion. The breakfast was average, but what can you expect for a give away. Otherwise, hotel was clean and employees were nice. Good location around […] other hotel chains off 35 in East Wichita. Beds were very cozy and the AC worked very well. Mehr

we were in town for a wedding. hampton inn was a fabulous place to stay. the best bed I ever slept in at a hotel. super breakfast also.
"you get what you pay for"
In the firtst place every room should have a tlephone book-----one in the whole hotel is rediculous..front destk person said it was a GREEN DECISION BY MANAGEMENT-if they were so green how come they use al paper plates, plastic utensils and paper cups for breakfast. the breakfast attendant was soooooo slow/ nothing was stocked at 9 am..just water in […] the jiuce machine--no eggs, one sausage patty. Things could have been much better. won't stay there again.The pool and spa were so crowded-couldn't get in. Mehr
Wichita is very easy to get around in, but this motel was literally 3 blocks from I-35 from which we were traveling. Room was very nice, new flat screen TV, good breakfast, quiet air conditioner, and clean.

Everything about our stay at HamptonEast in Wichita was excellent. The staff and commendations were great. Will stay there again. Bed were comfortable, room clean, great staff and decent breakfast.

I wasn't sure about the location because it was near a area that was not located near much and by a liquor store. However that was me being a mother as well, because i did have children with me....The hotel though was very clean and very quiet on our stay. We brought our dog with us and they were very nice about it. We didn't have any problems with […] that either. I liked it because we left our dog in the hotel in a dog kennel for a few hours and he only barks if some one knocks on the door and they didn't mind that he was being protective for our room. You really can't hear anything in the other rooms either.. Nice and quiet and very friendly people that work their as well.. I really enjoyed my stay and will go back again in the future... Pretty good for the money. Good bed and pillows; decent breakfast. No work-out facility, but access to another facility 4 miles aways; not very convenient. Would have expected flat-screen TV.

"The Hampton In of Wichita East"
We needed a place for the night and had called ahead for a reservation. Everything was as it should be, maybe even better than alot of motels I have stayed in. No this was actually pristine perfect. It was close to alot of restraurants but not in the heavy traffic. Slept easily and when we got up and ready to go there was a beautiful breakfast ready […] with no shortage of any items. "Nice for the money."
Reasonably priced hotel given the amenities. Very good breakfast made the price very reasonable ... though the breakfast staff was a bit surley. Room was clean ... but ... a bit on the small side. All in all a better than average hotel for a reasonable price. I'd have no problem staying there again.

"Local favorite for us"
We live locally and sometimes get away for a night together. (We care for my elderly mother.) After trying several nice hotels in town, we most regularly go to this Hampton Inn. Whlle the neighborhood isn't much to look at (business park feeling) it's easy to get everywhere else. We choose it, however, because the staff is always friendly and helpful, […] the rooms always decent, and as with virtually all Hampton Inns I've ever stayed in, the beds are GREAT. They are close to the Marriott which has a great breakfast brunch and good food generally. This hotel is quiet and pleasant and a simple, pleasant getaway when we need recharging!
