Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Das Hotel bietet sich an, um einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe von St Louis zu machen. Mit dem Auto sind es 15 min bis nach St Louis (Gateway Arch...). Frühstück in Ordnung (in der Lobby). Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Arch und es war wirklich toll. Ein Blick zum Baseball Stadium wäre auch tolle gewesen besonders wenn ein Spiel stattfindet. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings sollte man sich bei Dunkelheit von dem Hotel nicht weit entfernen, denn bei Dunkelheit ändert sich das Publikum. Der Pool und das Fintess Center waren gut und der Zimmerservice auch. Allerdings waren gerade Bauarbeiten im Hotel und es ging morgens schon früh mit dem Bohren los.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung entspricht sehr hohen europäischen Standards. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Motto des Hotels ist der Weltraum - Mond und Astronauten sind fast überall present und perfekt ins Design integriert. Es wurde viel Liebe zum Detail angewendet und die Möbel sowie die Farbgestaltung sind einmalig! Im 8. Stock befindet sich die Hotel-eigene Bar, welche den Gesamteindruck stilvoll abrundet. Das Moonrise Hotel liegt an einer der 10 berühmtesten Strassen (Delmar Loop) von Amerika mit trendigen Shops und In-Lokalen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert - würde jederzeit wieder hin!

"Would Stay again!!!"
For just an over night to a Bowling event we liked being close the Mall and Cheasdterfield square!!! Enjoyable room except for the Electric box and coax cable you could see in the Bathroom Light fixture grid when you shaved.

"Very Low Water Pressure"
The only complain I have is that there was very very low water pressure in the shower. It almost felt like begging water to come through the shower head. Very unpleasant to take a shower with water being sprayed through the shower head...
"Hampton Inn Chesterfield"
This was our second stay here. It's easy to get to, and clean. Breakfast is pretty good for a free one, and it's hard to beat this hotel for the price! I'm sure we will stay again when we are in the area.

Stayed for one night, room was clean. Had no problems, would definitely reccommend this hotel.

This was an outstanding hotel experience. I have been in fancier and more expensive hotels that didn't even begin to compare to this one. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to take care of people. The rooms were spotless and very nice. The food was amazing, a complete breakfast with pretty much a complete menu! Coffee and fruit available […] all day. Breakfast to go bags available for those who have to rush out in the morning. Bottled water was offered upon arrival. What more can anyone ask for? Mehr

"Very Quality"
This hotel was great for the price. The hotel staff were all very nice, the breakfast was outstanding and the pool was great. We stayed when it was 20 degrees outside and although the pool was a little cold for my taste, my two toddlers still loved it and weren't too cold to stay in it. There was mud on the tiles near the indoor hot tub the first night. The second night, the mud was still there. I wondered, if they don't ever mop the floors, how well do they maintain the hot tub?

The hotel was clean and the room was a good value for the price. It's close to the freeway and easy to find. My only dissatisfaction was with the desk clerk. I was traveling with my dog and had specifically called to ask if the hotel allowed dogs, as stated on the listing. Having confirmed this, I thought everything would be fine. However, the clerk […] was pretty crabby about it and said she hadn't been told in advance. It took her a whiile to lose the crabbiness and regain her composure. Nice room, animal friendly and great breakfast buffet it in the moning.
The room was nice except there was not a comfortable chair in the room. There were 2 straight chairs and they were NOT comfortable. We really wanted a handecap room with 2 beds as there were 3 of us. I am recuperating from a broken knee cap and had a terrible time getting off of the bathroom stool. It was too low. I acturally went down to the public […] bathroom to use the stool. My great niece loved the swimming. It was nice because it was close to restaurants and shopping. Mehr

The pool was supposed to be heated and it was But nobody wanted to swim in it because the water was still to cold. I spoke with the front desk and they They gave us a free movie $16.99 for the trouble but ended up charging my room for it. After seeing the area there are better hotels to stay At. My little girl was looking forward to swimming So much […] but was such a disappointment when we Could not swim because it the water temperature. Mehr

The Hampton Inn was close to the highway allowing us immediate access to mall shopping and downtown St. Louis. Very easy to navigate to local attractions. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the near future.

This was a very comfortable hotel. The bed and pillows were "just right" for firmness and softness. The room was very clean and up to date. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The pool looked nice but this was one time when we didn't have the time to use it.

I am not one to write reviews on hotels, but am one that relies on other people's reveiws to help me make decisions. I was so impressed with the Hampton Inn in Chesterfield and I decided it'd be worth my time to write a quick review. The rooms were spacious (stayed in the king with the sofabed), rates were the cheapest in Chesterfield, bathrooms large […] and I just felt like I was staying in a hotel for twice the price. Breakfast served a different buffet every morning, but included eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, and three different types of coffee. Pool was larger than some hotels with a hot tub which is always a plus. I would recommend this hotel! Mehr

"Hampton Inn Chesterfield"
Overall the hotel was great. However, the water pressure was so weak that it was nearly impossible to take a good shower. Staff was wonderful though and room was nice. Only complaint was the water and we dealt with it, just a little bit of an inconvience.

"The Hampton Inn in Chesterfield, MO"
This hotel was a little hard to get to off of I-44 but aftera couple turn arounds we finally found it. The stay was very nice. We had a very comfertable bed and a clean rom. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We decided the next time we take a trip down there we were deffidently staying there again.

"Family Vacation"
We stayed here for our family vacation this year. We were approximately 20 quick minutes from everything- The Arch, the Zoo, City Museum, etc. The neighborhood was great and was close to gas stations and shopping also. We had stayed at this hotel previously and had a good experinence, it was quite different this time. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk.Twenty minutes later we saw another person staying at the hotel who said she saw the clerk sitting outside in her car. My husband went out to find the desk clerk sitting in her car talking on her phone […] smoking a cigarette. She came in and did not apologize for our having to wait. A couple of hours later we were in the lobby and again someone was waiting to check in and the clerk was nowhere to be found. The maid took our do not disturb sign right out of the door where we had placed it. When I asked her why she did this she said I have to clean your room unless you sign this form. ???? I attempted to call the manager upon my return home and left her messages. I have yet to recieve a return phone call. This is not the worst place I have ever stayed but I cannot say that I would reccomend it after my last stay. I wont be staying there again anytime soon. Mehr

"Perfect place for family with small children"
Our 18 month slept like a rock and we were able to enjoy the pool. There were several older kids in the pool so we didn't stay long, but it was still nice to cool off after a hot day spent visiting the Arch. "Good hotel"
Clean, very comfortable, internet worked fine. Rooms just need a fridge and microwave.
The hotel staff was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Anything you need they would get it or find it for you. Room was always clean and fresh when my wife and i retuned to the hotel each day. The breakfast offered is excellent and recommended for all guests. All in all very relaxing stay. pool and spa relaxing and always clean.
