not a very clean bathroom. urine stain on base of toilet. toilet ran and bathtub dripped which was very annoying. bedroom part appeared very clean and bed was comfortable.

$20 charge for I don't yet know what.

Definitely a little out of the way, but loved the hotel. Staff was courteous rooms were clean and nice and restaurants food was great. Really cant wat it for the price.

The hotel itself had too many problems with a hole being in the shower, shower water not getting hot enough, not being able to control the temperature in the room and the ice machine not working but the staff remained friendly

Not very clean for a Hilton. I took the stairs on one occasion and the stairwell was very dirty.

My stay at this location was positive from all angles for my visit to attend the Hinkle Regional in Indianapolis. I would recommend this facility to anyone for personal or business decisions. The employees were congenial, the room was clean, neat and affordable. The location at I-59 was splendid!

I had no problem with anyone or anything at this hotel. I was nervous with taking my 4 and 5 yr olds there, thinking that they may be antsy and roudy but the indoor pool and the convient hours took care of that:)

Ahhhh.....loved the Hilton Indianapolis North. Would definitely stay here again! Clean, Comfy AND THOSE PILLOWS AND COMFORTER! HAD to see who makes them and got home and will order those pillows and comforter for myself at home. Just stayed at the Days Inn in Girard, Ohio - absolutely no comparison. Though we had a non-smoking room, the halls STUNK […] wil smoke where guests stood in the halls and smoked. Terrible and bad for my asthma. I kid with my guy who wants to take me camping, I say, "Sure I'll go. I know a wonderful campsite - 'Camp HIlton'!" Beautiful hotel, clean, comfy, staff wonderful. Loved the fresh ice water with fresh fruit cut up in the glass decanters that were in the reception area. Tasty and fresh. Loved the paper that was at our door when we didn't ask for one. Classy. Excellent hotel, great service from the front desk to the hotel restaurant to room service! I travel to all parts Indy and surrounding towns regularly for business and this hotel is on the top of my short list of favorites! This recent trip to Indy was for about 5 days. The first couple days were booked at another hotel in Indy by another staff member […] at our company. Needless to say, the other hotel was in such poor condition, I sought out another local hotel, luckily finding the Hilton with a good (great) rate for a very beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel! Stayed with my preschool children. They loved the pool which was warm...very important. Room was smaller than most with the bathroom below average in size as well. Everything you would expect though.

I come to town for business at least twice a month. The Hilton is in a great spot if you are looking to stay in the Castleton area. The pros: Great area Ok Staff The cons: $10 bucks a day for the internet No free breakfast and that is just the beginning. The food at their restraunt is by far the worst hotel food I've ever tasted and can get pretty […] expensive. We tried 3 things on the menu including simple buffalo wings and I would have to give them a 0 out of 10. Not to mention during the numerous times I've stayed there they have never had carts available at the front door - You have to ask. I would only recommend this hotel if you were staying for just a night. Hotels in the area I can reccommend are The Drury Inn & Suites across the street which is an excellent hotel or the Hyatt Place near the Fashion Mall. Free Internet and a wonderful free breakfast is offered at each! Mehr

very nice hotel

This is a nice hotel, it used to be an Omni several years ago. Back then I only visited the resturant, which was excellent, one of the reasons I picked it. Very close to the freeway and Castleton mall. The location is the best feature. Negative aspects are minor, but I'll list them out: No hot tub. We were really looking forward to one. My girls complained […] that the pool tasted salty, not good. The alarm clock in the room was off by several hours and minutes, spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to set it and gave up. Used the cell phone alarm instead. No exaust fan in the bath room, had a vent though, steamed up easily. No comforter or beadspread, just an extra sheet on top of the blanket? very strange. Extra charge for both breakfast and wireless internet? I expect free internet these days. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to get the free TV menu to show up. Only 28 channels, and most sucked. Lots of pay per view options though. Mehr

Solid hotel, very well run operation.

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location right off of the highway. Pet friendly, but the fee in on the higher side. Only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again.

Got a great last minute rate on this hotel that made it a steal. All in all it was ok for my purposes. Pretty good food in the bar restaurant.

My family and I stayed one night and enjoyed the atmosphere of the NW side of Indianapolis. The hotel was very nice and my children loved the large indoor pool. I enjoyed the fitness area and the friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the big screen television. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant options. Bathroom was fairly small but clean as was the rest of the room. Only problem was the room was too warm and we couldn't get heating unit to cool down properly. Otherwise, this room was a great value.

Our stay was on Xmas night and a very quiet one. We don't generally stay at Hilton's because they're usually way overpriced but at such a deal we couldn't pass it up! Yes we would return if the price were right and the gals at the front desk were right on!

Fantastic service at the front desk at check in and check out. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the server did an excellent job at meeting all of my needs. I could not adjust the temperature in my room for comfort when it became cold but overall this was an excellent stay.

I was very impressed by the service at the Hilton Indianapolis North. Since it was Christmas Day, I expected the service to be inadequate because I was sure there would only be a skeleton crew working. The service was impeccable and I felt very appreciated when the front desk called and asked me if my room was okay. We spent Christmas with family, but […] we were only minutes away from my nephew's home. I come to Indianapolis to do a girls weekend at least twice a year and I'm going to put the Hilton on my list of hotels to stay. Mehr

Very clean and quiet hotel. Easy access to Castelton area of Indianapolis. I would stay here again!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Shower was a touch underpowered but not terrible by any means. The staff were fantastic--very curtious. My only disappointment is that there was no free wi-fi and no free breakfast. Both of which seem to be the norm in most hotels today.

I thought when I booked a Hilton Room that I would have a very nice Hilton Room. The only difference between the Hilton Room and the LaQuinta Room that we stayed at was the LaQuinta was actually NICER. The tv was still a tube style tv, the carpet was not clean, the mirror in the bathroom was not clean. The first night was fine, we slept fine. The second […] night was awful, being on the second floor we got the bump from the wedding reception under us until around midnight. Then drunk jerks next door were screaming and slamming doors ( I realize this is no fault of the Hilton, but it made a bad night worse). This hotel was not worth the money spent, I should've spent 30 bucks less a night and gotten a free breakfast across the street! Mehr

Very very clean. Very very professional staff. We requested to bring our small dog and the room was very clean. Our dog is fully trained and mostly stays in a crate. He did not feel compelled to "mark" his territory. The beds were comfortable but we would have preferred 1 King or Queen instead of 2 doubles. Also would have preferred a small refrigerator […] in room. Wifi service in rooms were an additional daily fee. Location was convenient although a little confusing at first because of current road construction which made our end directions incorrect. Mehr

The Hotel was great. My family, including my 20 month old son had a great time. For having a full hotel the week we stayed, the staff was ontop of everything. I will say that we are happy that we found a discount and booked onlne. With not having a free continental breakfast at the price they were charging. WOW! thats all I can say for that. staff was friendly & helpful; most areas of hotel clean & neat; only area lacking was exercise room (saw several bugs in there) & 1 machine inoperable stay was very pleasant; would not hesitate to stay there again & also will definitely recommend to friends

We liked the location of this hotel, just outside of the city, but close to a major highway with easy access. Only complaint about the hotel was that the air conditioning was working a little too well in the pool area. It was so cold that our kids couldn't stand it, so we decided to head back to the room. Too bad. I think that's what they looked forward […] to the most about the whole trip. Would definitely stay here again though. Mehr

The Hotel was very clean with great staff. The hallways and floors were also meticulous as I expected, however the rooms were just a touch to small for this brand hotel. Otherwise, an excellent stay!

This hotel was very nice and clean the staff were friendly, but two things. The internet connection was horrible!! Kept going off through out the entire stay. Also me and my husband came back for lunch and asked the staff to come back at a later time to clean, and she never came back. By the time we got back in it was late, so we couldn't call anyone. […] We didn't have clean towels for the next day. Don't they have a chart to keep track of this? Anyways other than that it was in a nice area, lots of restaurants and fun things. Mehr
