Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas modriger Geruch. Frühstück war gut, "Buffet" gut aufgeräumt.

Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Die Stadt Mesa ist bekannt für ihr Nachtleben. Einheimische besuchen die Hauptstraßen rund um die Fiesta Mall - darunter Alma School Road, Baseline Road, Dobson Road und Southern Avenue - um etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Das Baseball Spring Training findet im Hohokam Stadion statt, einer bekannten Sportstätte der Cactus League. Im Mesa Arts Center ist sowohl die darstellende als auch die bildende Kunst vertreten. Eine umfangreiche Ausstellung von Dinosaurier-Fossilien ist im Arizona Museum of Natural History zu sehen.

"Great location. Friendly staff."
Great place to stay. The only negative would be housekeeping. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and each day the room was not replenished with coffee or towels.

"Moved to Hyett mesa"
Very disappointed in room view is major highway. Noise from cars woke me. Room without soap etc.very dated. Hotel must be from early 80's. Switch to Hyett- spacious suite includes breakfast. 3 year hotel, very accommodating staff, costs 20% a day less. I hope hotels . Com cancelled the remaining 3 days charged on my credit card.
"April 7th stay"
Everything was exactly as we expected for a Hilton. We had paid for the Breakfast, the girl that checked us in told us where to go for this (unfortunately it was wrong). When we went for breakfast at the buffet they then asked us for our coupons. Of course we did not have any. When we told the waitress she said that the free breakfast was at the other […] side of the hotel. So I went ahead and had the bill charged to my room. When I went to the front desk and asked about this. They apolized about the mix up and they credited this off our bill, without me even asking. This is what I call excellent customer services. "Hilton, Mesa"
We were there for a family wedding. Everything was perfect. The staff was so helpful and on-the-ball. Check-in was quick and helpful in getting all the rooms together. Check-out was a breeze. Food in the restaurant was very good. Pool was nice and clean. Bartenders were great! Would go back there anytime!

Was surprised when I arrived at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa. Went for a political convention during the Mesa GOP debate, so I had a chance to experience the whole enchilada. Lobby is decent, and they have a cool atrium bar. Very expensive food at the restaurant, considering it's like a cafeteria. Room was terrible. I spent over $225 for a Jr. Suite. […] Walked in to a stained carpet, little room with a couch that had tears in it... looked like they found it out back in the garbage. No pull-out sleeper, like they advertised. TV's were small. Bathroom was old and nasty, and small. It was really like staying in a Motel 6. For that price... I expected a lot better. Very disappointed in the Hilton, and will never stay with them again. The conference rooms were nice. Staff was cool. For business, this might be a fine place... just don't sleep there. Mehr

"nice hotel and great location."
Not a whole lot of businesses open in the area, but a mall and Target were right next door. The hotel location was great and all the other attractions we were there for were not far away. Only complaint would be to make sure you get all your breakfast tickets when you check-in, a hassle to be questioned about them when the proper amount wasn't there […] to begin with. "Excellent Staff but showing signs of aging..."
We were very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was quiet, always a bonus~never heard a noise either above or below us on the 3rd floor. Absolutely no freeway noise, but it was convenient being so close to one. On the downside, 1 of the queen beds was very uncomfortable, we suspected broken springs and though it was clean, the […] bathtub drain was slow and would backup when we used the shower. Mehr

"Close to the freeway"
This hotel is in a great location - right next to the freeway. The freeway was VERY loud. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is pretty nice, but it is next to impossible to find out what time the pool closes. The Executive Lounge was pretty sweet with hot hor de'ourves at night and continental breakfast in the morning. "Excellece in every category!"
I cannot say enough positive input about this amazing Hilton Hotel! EVERYONE was incredibly friendly, service impeccably quick, breakfast buffet THE BEST EVER! Patti and her assistant were incredible every morning serving us. We were greeted by them by name and they remembered our preferred beverages. Fantastic VIP lounge with lovely people and delicious […] appetizers. Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunset from the deck of the VIP room while sipping on a glass of wine. Rooms incredibly spacious. We had 6 people in a Jr. Suite with plenty of room to roam. Pool and spas most relaxing with optional food & drinks, plenty of big, beach towels. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy your hospitality! Oh, and the location is superb! Just off Hwy 60 short drive to ASU where we just moved in our freshman son. Mehr

If you are expecting a luxury resort, this is not it. The valet parked both our bmw's and both were broken into and personal property was stolen. The hotel nor the valet showed much concern or any desire to take responsibility for the damage to our vehicles. "Not worth the name Hilton"
The tub, when taking a shower, filled up about 2 inches with water. Speaking with a fellow guest it was happening in their room as well. The in room coffee maker had standing water in it from who knows when. it was there both mornings. The housekeeping staff did nothing to even clean the coffee maker. I had requested a room with two beds but was given […] a room with only one bed. If this is standard at all Hiltons I will never stay at one again. Mehr

The room needs to be updated The lounge chair had a frayed arm. The shower ceiling was peeling.The air conditioner was very noisy every time it came on. The pool area was small and the decking in need of repair. The staff was very polite and efficient.

I was placed in the wrong bed sized room, which also smelled musty; however, they corrected the error immediately. I had a King bed which was horribly uncomfortable. The room service from the Zuni Bar and Grill was atrocious. I had nachos which all stuck together as if it where one big nacho because the cheese was dried and hard. I took two bites and […] it cost me $40. I was so disappointed in my stay that I did not even complain, which normally I do, because I will never go back there. My overall view of the appearance was great. Beds were very comfortable. On site restaurant and nearby places to eat was a plus! However the charge for wifi was disappointing due to the fact that it only covered a period of 24 hours. I needed access from my room the day I was to check out and sure enough it had expired then it prompted me to the Hilton […] wifi webesite...not good. I was then forced to make or shall I say squeeze my way into the business center where I was greeted by 3 other users on each of the computer stations. Aside from my little mishap with the wifi, I would definitely time my wifi usage wisely. Or look for a place with free wifi. Mehr
