Hotel was very dirty, floor was wet very disapointing. Would never stay there again.

Did not get the room that we had reserved. The floor in the room was wet and filthy. Really felt like leaviing and going to another hotel. I thought la Quinta was much better than that. Will not stay there again.

The hotel is in West Knoxville at a very convenient location. Room was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was fine.

Great economy hotel great price clean room great location. Not a Hilton but you get a great room for a great value. We have used this hotel on multiple occasions and will continue too in the future

The hotel staff was very couteous. The room was dirty. The carpet was stained and the comforter had dog hair on it. This hotel lacks in the cleaniness department. I will not stay there again.

The Breakfast could use some improvement-items were sparse and without variety on Thurs AM. Much better the prvious Sun.!!

I live in the South and know how tenaciuos black mold can be . You need to have the maids spray the shower tile and cracks everytime with bleach!!

This hotel while it may not be the greatest looking from the outside was in very nice shape inside. It was pet friendly and very clean with an area to walk dogs, complete with a bag dispenser. From the front desk to the maintenance people we met walking around everyone was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

I was just passing thru on my way to Atlanta. Everything was better than i expected. I have stayed at several La Quinta's and they have always exceeded my expections.

Hotel was very run down. Staff was not very friendly. Also the blanket on our bed was covered in pet hair!!!! Gross! Who knows if they even cleaned the room.

Typical La Quinta Inn, reasonable cost for reasonable room and reasonable breakfast. This hotel is very close to shopping & restaurants, many of which appear to be new. This is located in a booming area of west Knoxville, off of I-40 / I-75 near Cedar Bluff exit, Campbell Station exit , and Kingston Pike. You better book early if you are going ot be there while a Univ. of Tenn football game is going on....it fills up early. But the staff handled the large crowd very nicely. Mehr

Our room was fairly clean, but the rest of the hotel was rather dingy. We arrived at 1:20 and were told that we couldn't check in early. (Checkin was at 2pm). Came back at 2:45pm and our room still wasn't ready because the maid didn't do her job. We got put into a handicapped room instead. We had a room on the interstate side and it was very noisy and hard to sleep. Couldn't get the A/C unit to run fan only to drown out the noise. Did not get a good nights rest. Other than that the hotel was ok. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping and i felt safe.

Hotel room was clean, personnel very nice but outside hotel was scary and road noise from I40 was unbearable.

Our Stay was very pleasant and met all of our needs. The young lady at the desk during check-in was very very courteous and helpful

Great stay.

The king bed room was large and great- the beds were soft, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. I was not too keen on the doors being outside instead of on an inside hallway but the area seemed safe after we got there and it was well lit. The room was moderately clean. There were no trash bags in the cans and the carpets could use a good cleaning. The floor in the elevator was so sticky it almost pulled my shoe off. The lobby staff was not friendly. They were not rude or unkind, just not friendly. It was almost like they didnt want to be there. A good stay for the money. Even though it is close to the freeway, very little of the noise filtered into the room. A nice place if you have a pet. No extra charge for one and readily accepted by other guests. A microwave and or a refrigerator would be nice in the room. Our room did not have either. I would stay there again.

I have been traveling worldwide for the past 32 years and this is the nicest Motel I have ever stayed at. It was a large clean room. The bath area was clean and roomy. My only complaint is the mattresses need to be firmer. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Location is great if traveling on route 40. I missed the breakfast, because I was tried and […] slept late. There are slot of nice restaurants in the area to eat at. I stayed at a Four star Hilton for 5 days prior to staying here for twice the price. This Motel was just as nice. Well, I was trying to save a buck and I guess I got what I paid for. The room was not clean, there was a white sticky substances all accross the rug. There was mold on the shower curtain and even though we were right by the highway, the air-conditioner was so loud, you couldn't even hear the traffic. And it didn't work. They say it was non-smoking, […] but what they really mean is open the door while you smoke your cigaretts in the room, because it reeked of smoke. Mehr

Stayed overnight here on a road trip. Pretty good for the price. Located conveniently off the freeway & a lot of stores in the area. Breakfast wasn't bad, although I wished the bananas were not so green. Overall would consider staying again.

Place is ok, but very noisy and the noise goes well into the night. Lots of contractors, and construction crews. Shady things going on in the parking lot... The management does not care of the noise... Reminded me of staying in a college dorm...

Friendly staff and very spacious rooms. We make it a point to stay here as we travel through. Having lived in the humid south for over 30 years I understand how diificult bathroom mold can be. However bleach to the grout does wonders. Also the carpets looked clean but my feet got black.

Good value - average breakfast - quiet and dark room for sleeping!

1. The place smelled bad. 2. The breakfast was only so-so (unless you like boiled eggs and eggos). 3. The coffee was horrible. Would not stay there again.

the power was out all night due to the storm. hotel is located right below highway, too much of noise to sleep well. manager was nice enough to give us refund for the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lacking and space was limited, but all not a bad choice for the money,

Morning receptionist had lousy attitude towards my accomadations, other than that, the breakfast was decent and it was comfy.

the staff was great, the facilities great, access to highway was easy, near a pretty good selection of restaurants

Everything was ok, but would have liked to have a hot breakfast.

The Hotel was easy access from and back onto the interstate. When the reservation was made, questions were asked about handicap parking and room accessibility. Assurances were made that these were not an issue. At check in it was learned the room was first floor, adjacent to the requested parking area. And check in,,, the easiest I've encountered in […] a long time. All that was required was a signature on the already established and printed registration form. Can you sleep well there? Yes, like a baby. There was absolutly no noise from adjacent rooms or the room above. Would I stay there again? Yes!. Mehr

Great location off hwy for those traveling. Near ddress and shops. Free b-fast was nice. Room was comfortable but did have stains on carpet. New widescreen tv's being installed the day we were there- should be nice!
