Nichts aufregendes : Ruhige Lage in der 7 Etage, kleine Zimmer, sehr alte Fernsehtechnik, die Reinigungskräfte kamen erst nach 16Uhr, kein Resturant im Hotel, Frühstück war gut! Schnelles ein und auschecken! Einfach nur Zweckmässig, Vortei ist das es Zentral gelegen ist ( U-Bahn 4MIn. Marienplatz 10Min zu Fuss entfernt. Wir waren weitgehend zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Was uns gestört hat, dass wir nicht informiert wurden, dass wir in einem "behindertengerechten" Zimmer untergebracht werden - Türklinken, Lichtschalter und Garderobe ganz weit unten - Probleme mit Alarminstallationen. Entgeld für Parkhaus unter dem Hotel horrent !

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt gehen und kommt am Deutschen Museum vorbei - ein absolutes Highlight für Jung und Alt, besonders bei schlechtem Wetter. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist zu teuer.

At around 8am, a service technician entered our room while we were still sleeping. He left quickly when he saw somebody is still in the room. Then he started working in the room next to use, with drill and hammer. We could not sleep anymore. As we complained to the hotel, they did not care much. Not acceptable for a Holiday Inn.

Das Hotel ist ideal um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich,besonders die Kollegen an der Bar. Einziger Wermutstropfen,das Houskeepingpersonal ist ziemlich früh ziemlich laut zu unterwegs,Villeicht nur auf unserer Etage? Wir waren über Ostern dort,da kann es abends mal später werden und morgens will mann doch etwas länger liegen bleiben. Sonst […] ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Mehr

Nett, sauber, freundlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien und auch für Geschäftsreisende. Es liegt sehr zentral im Süden der Innenstadt, beim deutschen Museum, und selbst für gehbehinderte Menschen kommt man mittels S-Bahn (im selben Gebäude!) gut in die Stadt, zum Flughafen oder zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Ladenpassage zwischen Hotel und S-Bahn Station lädt zum Verweilen […] oder Shoppen ein. In einem der Stockwerke des Hotels befindet sich ein Pool, der kostenlos zum Schwimmen genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl (waren 3 Tage dort), und wenn wir wieder nach München fahren, und die Preise immernoch so gut sind für die Übernachtungen, dann werden wir wieder ins Holiday-Inn City Center gehen. :-) Mehr

Das Hotel befindet sich nur 2 S -Bahn Stationen von der Innenstadt entfernt ,also ideal für Münchenbesucher gelegen.Der Preis ist absolut unschlagbar und vermutlich einzigartig für Münchener Verhältnisse. Der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft war einzigartig gut! Leider war die Lüftung im Bereich des Swimmingpools ausgefallen,dieser war daher von der […] Benutzung ausgeschlossen,(kann ja mal passieren)aber auch hier wurde uns angeboten das nahegelegene Schwimmbad auf Kosten des Hotels zu nutzen.Weiterhin kann man für einen kleinen Aufpreis pay - TV nutzen (grins)oder den Abend an der gemütlichen Hotelbar ausklingen lassen. Wichtig !!!!!!!! Versäumen Sie nicht den Ausblick auf das wunderschöne Alpenpanorama -einfach mit den Fahrstuhl in die 11 Etage und los gehts! Mehr

Kann das Hotel empfehlen, liegt sehr zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Eine kleine Störung des Kühlschrankes war in 5 Minuten behoben. Alles sauber und nett. Badezimmer sauber und ordentlich. Danke!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum.

I will forever stay at this hotel; the location is central to any and everything. The hotel is easily reached by train from the airport (Rosenheimer Platz) - when exiting the train, follow the signs for the Hilton, and along the way you will find directions to the Holiday Inn. You may remain in the same building as you exited the train, never going […] outside, and reach the hotel. The lobby is very modern and the reception desk incredibly helpful....with excellent English. There is a supermarket and many restaurants in the same building for easy access. There is also a gas station adjacent to the hotel for late night purchases. Marienplatz is just a few minutes away by train. The room was clean, smoke free, and well lit (which I find uncommon in most Euro hotels). Also, the bathroom was immaculate! The cleanest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. I do not usually stay in a Holiday Inn whilst Stateside, but would absolutely frequent Holiday Inn Munich again. Mehr

Wi-Fi at 9.5euro for 1 hour or 24euro for 24hours at these rates I can figure out where the profits are coming from ! Out of 16 rooms that I saw booked in 9 were wrong, no smoking means you won't be smoking, but someone may have been earlier. Double means twin, or even single (the gentleman had no idea where his wife was going to sleep) if it suits […] them poor check-in staff have to deal with all the rubbish, expect queues but very polite staff. Hotel was better than expected. Went before xmas with husband and friends and everyone of us could not fault this hotel. Good value, excellent atmosphere in lounge/bar area, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfy. Would definitely go back.

The Holiday Inn Munich City Center was the perfect place to stay for us. It was easy to find, and it is located on top of a shopping center, with a subway stop attached. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and their English was fantastic. The parking surcharge was very affordable, with plenty of parking. Hop on the train at the airport and get of at the station in the hotel complex - arrive in your room without ever stepping outdoors. - Cant get better than that. If you you do want a stroll it s10 minutes walk to city center. I would recommend booking a queen size bed.

Located atop a station with trains to and from the airport, and only two stops to the city centre. It's very convenient. The bathroom is clean and sparkling.

I was very happy with this hotel, which we stayed in for Oktoberfest. It was clean and modern and offered amenities less common in European chains such as a twin option and rollaway beds. It's very convenient to the S-Bahn (with attached entry tunnel) and also grocery stores and cleaners. If you are driving to this hotel do not park directly in the front ,instead park in the garage underneath the hotel.There is an elevator to conveniently take you up to the hotel lobby.My experience w/ the hotel clerk was that he was not helpful an indifferent.The rooms are neat ,clean,comfortable and reasonably priced.Don't eat in the hotel.To expensive.Take […] the elevator to the under ground small shopping mall and you will be able to acess a good pastry shop and a couple little restaurants for an inexpensive breakfast.. I thought this hotel was extremely clean and rooms were comfortable. Wished it was closer to down town Munich but everything was within walking distance. Gave you a chance to see more of the city.

I have stayed here many times. The location right at the Rosenheimer Platz S-bahn is very convenient for transportation access. The mall below the hotel makes getting snacks very easy. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Hotel location was good, just 2 stops from City Centre. Room was alright but the towels smelled BAD, like soaked in Vinegar. Couldn't really use them because the stench was unbearable. Room wasn't cleaned even at 3PM, when we came back to freshen up. Expect 4 tour buses everyday and holding up the elevators so that no one else can use them. No free […] Wi-Fi. No safe in the room for Passports. Breakfast was alright. Staff at the breakfast buffet need to learn to be more courteous. Always bumping into customers. Overall, Will not recommend this hotel.Will advice to spend a little more and stay at the Hilton which is just a couple of minutes away. Both hotels have subway access directly. Mehr

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn - Munich City Centre and I must say, it's the perfect location. We arrived at the airport and were told to get the S-Bahn (S8) to the Rosenheimer Platz, it took around 30 minutes and then there is an underground connection to the lobby of the hotel so it's incredibly easy to find. The room was very clean and the housekeeping came every day to make the bed/change the towels etc. There are easy connections on the subway to get around but everything is also within walking distance. We thoroughlly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff were very pleasant and most accomodating. For people with a tablet however, there is only a LAN connection in the room and the wireless access does cost extra, available on the main floor. We stayed at Holiday Inn munich city center for 6 nights during spring break, good service, clean room, reception try to help and give information, very expensive breakfast 21 euro per person, over charge for using internet , you can go around the hotel corner and find internet cafe that cost less. Hotel in good location , train station undergroud , […] you can ride S8 train to and from airport take about 45 minutes to hotel. Undergroud have variety shop , bakery, sandwich shop, asian restaurant , grocery store ect. Hofbrau kellar restuarant /beer garten nearby good food and reasonable price. Booking with hotel.com was good no problem at hotel , we got what we reserved and will recommend other to do the same. Mehr

Every thing about the hotel was very good except the beds. Beds were hard as a rock!

The holiday Inn in Munich is conveniently located and is quite comfortable. We booked a standard double room and got a twin room. When we raised this issue we were told that a standard double room can mean a queen bed or two singles. This information wasn't provided at booking and it wasn't provided as an option. Excellent location and immaculately clean. During the week it is major business hotel, so the lobby is geared to business meetings. As leisure travelers we felt a little out of place, but, when asked, the staff was very helpful. The hotel breakfast is very expensive, geared to business accounts, but there are bakeries and a supermarket in the underground […] plaza - as well as a Metro station which will take you to the city center in two stops - also a walkable distance. Excellent . Stayed here a few times now .Central location, very convenient and within walking distance to center. about 1 mile to marienplatz. Train stop to city and also to the airport is almost under the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice Clean Rooms.

I needed to check-in for my flight. Staff there directed me to a facebook signup terminal. Finally, I had to purchase a 3 Euro password for 15 minutes of internet time on one of 4 terminals. Both passwords didn't work-they ended up having to credit me the money. A hotel this nice without complimentary airline check-in??? What a hassle!

Отель на твердую 4+. Очень удобно добираться из арэропорта без пересадок и не выходя на улицу. Близко к центральным улицам в пешей доступности. Отличные завтраки, ежедневная уборка. Однока номера небольшие, нет тапочек и халатов (чтобы хотелось иметь в гостинице 4 звезды). Фен находится в очень неудобном месте.

なかなか大きなホテルで、ロビーのバーの食事はおいしかったです。フロントの応対もよく、英語での説明や朝食の案内など丁寧でした。部屋も清潔でした。
