This hotel was very overpriced for the service we received. We had to make 2 separate requests for room luggage racks when at least one should have been in the room to start with. We couldn't watch TV at all our first night since the remote control didn't work and it was too late to have it fixed. This should have been noticed when our room was prepared, […] but it obviously wasn't. Next time I'll stay at a different hotel. Mehr

Nice location. Privacy. Away from crowd but still on a busy and nice high end area. Good combination between privacy and business area with shops, restaurants etc. you will enjoy your L.A trip and get a feeling of Beverly hills life.

We flew in from Australia early that morning and a room was ready for us at 9.00am. We stayed 3 nights and found the Rodeo Drive location perfect. Only down side, we could hear the cleaners above us, as we did sleep some during the day. At night, it was perfectly quiet. Staff were always helpful and quick to assist. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the stores on Rodeo are at your door step which is so convenient. The friendliness of the staff was much to be desired. We werent treated very well upon arrival, the staff were very posh and intimidating. We were waiting for our valet service out the back, when my partner turned around and found the front desk […] staff talking and laughing at us. Very unprofessional. Will never stay at this hotel again. We live very comfortably, however unless you own a bentley or are someone of importance, they dont care. I think they forget that they work in a hotel. Dont bother with this hotel. If you want to stay near Rodeo, stay at the Wiltshire down the street. Better value for money. Mehr

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. For the most part the staff are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a "hiccup" on this occasion with the hot water service and they appeared to do everything possible to remedy the problem. However, we have experienced tepid water on other visits, but this was a different problem. An annoying […] problem arose when we had been given an extension of time from 11.00 a.m. departure to l.00 p.m. We could not access our floor or room after 11.0 a.m. as the computer automatically cancelled access. That is o.k. but it would have been appreciated if Reception had advised in advance to avoid having to return to have the key "activated". Because of various issues etc. Management very kindly allowed us to remain in the room until 4.0 p.m. due to our late flight departure. They also provided sandwiches etc. We did however, have to pursue our various issues but eventually were happy with the response. Mehr

Would never go back. The room was very small, dirty carpet, and air conditioning that didn't work. Spoke with management and they didn't care. Paid a lot of money per night and could have stayed elsewhere much more comfortably. Mainly chose this hotel because of being on Rodeo drive. This hotel desperately needs updating!!!!

The biggest complaint was the thin walls and how well you could hear the noise from the rooms above you - it was pretty bad. Also, I did not like that the bathroom door would not stay open but was rigged to always swing closed - very annoying. We stayed at the Luxe for 3 nights to do near by attractions before heading to Anaheim. We had a car and by LA standards found the Luxe well located to get to attractions such as Universal Studious, Hollywood, Santa Monica & Getty Centre. Rodeo Drive location is great - we did not pick it for the shopping but that it was in a clean and safe neighborhood […] which it certailny was. With 2 kids we felt comfortable walking around and found some very good and reasonably priced restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hotel has a nice boutique feel to it and all staff were very friendly. Rooms were well appointed although small but we expected this given location. Only real negative was air conditioner was very loud, which made it hard when trying to sleep. Overall was very happy in choosing the Luxe for our LA stay. Mehr

The only good thing about the Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills is the location, as it sits right on Rodeo Drive. Convenient if you are there to shop or have appts. and can walk everywhere. The hotel room was horrible and we did not get any rest at all!! The room itself was very small with old single pane sliding windows from the sixties. Our window looked […] directly on to other rooms, making it impossible to leave the windows and blinds open. The air conditioner unit was old, extremely loud and didn't work, even though the weather was very very hot. The mattress was covered in a plastic sheet, adding to the discomfort. We could hear all the sounds from the other rooms, finally complaining around 3:00am about someone jumping around all night above us. Although there was a T.V. there was minimal chanels to pick from. The bathroom was dirty and small. We were not told what time check-out would be but we sat up all night counting the minutes until we could leave. This was more like a Motel 6 experience. When leaving, no one was interested in listening to anything we had to say cutting our complaint off with "Bye Bye". We will definatly not be going back to the Luxe and will return to the Thompson which is the same price and 20 times the hotel. Their location is just as conveient as well. We travel to Beverly Hills at least once a month for business reasons and want a hotel that is clean, comfortable, quiet, with a friendly staff that makes our stay enjoyable. Mehr

I would have given all 5's to my review except for one thing: we were put in a room facing Rodeo Drive (yes, we asked for it in advance), but no one told us that at 9:00 a.m., the LA Times Taste of LA Rodeo Drive was starting - the music was loud! I had made reservations, well in advance of my arrival in order to secure a room close to the Book launch party that I had been invited to attend. The Luxe Rodeo Drive was a block from what turned out to be a great party! Unfortunately, the room was the smallest most cramped, I had ever experienced in a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was larger than the […] bedroom. However, the shower did not work properly. This should have been fixed. The people at the front desk don't talk to each other, so someone says they are going to do something and no one else has heard about it after they have gone home. Also we were awakened at 8:30 AM on a Friday morning from things being slammed on the floor above us, which they said must have been the residents in the room moving furniture around, but […] then when I said they must have brought their own vacuum to vacuum, they finally conceded that maybe it was their people doing maintenance. Also the front desk gentleman didn't know where the Ahmanson Theatre was to tell the LUXE driver to take us to our play, so when we got in the car he was upset because he did not charge us the right amount. This driver is very unhappy with his job, he said he started the department 1 year ago and I said so you must really like it and he said he hated it, and it showed when he drove. We went thru all kinds of neighborhoods instead of the main drag, but it seemed to still take us awhile to get where we were going. He complained that he was so busy he didn't know what time he would be back to pick us up, so he gave us his card so we could call him when we were ready. They need to get a driver who is pleasant to speak to. Mehr

We enjoyed the Luxe Hotel on Rodeo. The location is fantastic and we got a good value for our room on hotels.com. The room was a little cramped with 2 double beds. The beds were VERY comfortable. The valet/bellman service was slow and sometimes they were no where to be found. Maybe understaffed? We found the same with the wait staff on the patio. Room was well appointed and reasonable rate. However, room is small and a bit cramped. Location is best ever! Walk out and shop, shop, shop. Valet parking overnight is friendly but expensive.

The Luxe hotel is the most convenient to browse famed Rodeo Drive as it stands right in the middle. I prefer it to more luxurious places as I find more intimate. Don't expect the same luxury as the Hilton but it is very cosy.

Luxe Hotel Rodeo Drive is a great hotel! I would totally stay there again. The service was great, the room was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the location is amazing! とにかく、ロケーションが最高で、ロデオドライブのど真ん中に位置して、両となりにお店が並んでいて、シャネル・カルティエ・グッチその他のお店がすぐそこにあり、ゆっくり吟味することができました。また、すぐにバーニーズNYがあり、ロデオドライブの路面店では在庫切れの物などが、あったり日本では高いLAのカジュアルブランドがあったりして、重宝しました。また、ここにはよく有名人も出没するとのこと。 部屋はシングルだたせいか、以外と狭くホテルライフを楽しむという感じではなかった
