a small great hotel. we were very very pleased. got a room in which we could open windows at night and not hear we were in the center of a huge city. a very nice breakfast is served in the small intimate restaurant ..all with elegance and human touch. Will be back

Room was small and smelled of blocked drains. However hotel staff very helpful- specifically Michele(manager) who did hid best to help. I had stayed earlier and had a more comfortable and larger room- which is the reason I decided to go back with my daughter. I understand the hotel was very full due to to the tennis championship( French Open)

Would absolutely recommend Hotel Baltimore to anyone. Location was excellent ... about 3-4 blocks, tops, to the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff couldn't have been nicer! It is an absolute myth that Parisians are not friendly to Americans ... it is not true! We were treated so extremely well, staff was friendly, smiling and couldn't […] do enough for us. The hotel took extremely good care of us, making sure our bags were taken care of, getting us taxi's, recommending places to eat, and providing directions to the sites we were interested in seeing. All the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. There are 2 metro stops with a few minutes and the Guimet Museum is up the road.

Fantastic hotel, just blocks from the Trucadero and the Eiffel Tower. My wife and I stayed here for two nights and the staff were so attentive. Some friends of mine in Paris came by to go to dinner and were blown away by how nice the place looked and where it was located. STAY HERE and you will have the time of your life.

I recently stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Baltimore in Paris. The staff spoke English and were helpful. Two of the concierges went out of their way to explain the metro and bus system to me and to help make reservations within the city. The room was clean and comfortable though starting to show some wear. The bathroom had a few loose tiles and the toilet […] ran constantly for the first few nights. This was eventually fixed. The neighborhood was residential, safe, and had several very good and reasonable brasseries in the area. As far as location, it was great for the Eiffel Tower, but a little far from the museums and Notre Dame. The metro station is within a block though so transportation is not a problem once you figure out the system. The breakfast is overpriced. However, you should know that you can get more value by asking for cooked eggs or omelets---the staff won't offer the choice, you have to ask. The one real concern I had was the noise coming from the suite next to me. It may have been that the children's voices were high and whiny, but I heard them loud and clear as late as 2:30 am and as early as 7 am. I do not know if noise is a problem with other rooms or if it is a result of the configuration of the suite next to mine. Overall, I would probably stay there again. Mehr

Super Customer Service

This hotel is fantastic. I was skeptical of reveiws until I expereined the hotel for myself. The staff at reception, the conceirges, the wait people, were all warm, friendly, helpful and very nice! Not like any other Paris hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was fantastic. Two metro stations within a block. I took the metro from the train station […] after a day ride in from Zurich and the metro easy to do when tired. The Trocadero minutes by foot, and then across bridge to Eiffel Tower. The best Sicialian restuarant around the corner on Boissiere and Victor Hugo Blvd. The greatest designer shope on Viictor Hugo Blvd. From the hotel about a 10minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. Short 10 minute ride to Laffayete Gallery for amazing shopping experience. Only one little tiny thing, my comfortable bed slanted just slightly. But it was comfortable, and my room comfortable. Loved the hardwood dark floors in the bath. And the air conditioning in my room worked great, while I over heard one person at the desk complain he did not have any. Breakfast wonderful. Hotel Baltimore surpassed our expectations! The staff was friendly and helped us every time we needed instructions on the metro. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger, but we were fine. There is a parking garage directly across the street if you are driving, […] and the metro station (which was incredibly easy to use, and I highly recommend it) is caddy-corner from the hotel. Also, the neighborhood is very nice with cafes and bakeries moments from the front doors. The streets and buildings are clean and well-kept in the area. We had a great time and would stay in Hotel Baltimore again if ever returning to Paris! Mehr

This hotel was, without doubt, the highlight of our two week tour of England and France. The location is superb right across from a metro stop, the neighborhood had marvelous restaurants, the staff, from concierge Pierre to Agathe, behind the desk, to the bellmen were enthusiastic English speakers and French teachers and a delight to know. Of course […] the bedrooms were smallish, this is Paris we are talking about, but the bed so comfortable and OK for the two of us; the bath was generous in size, and the water plentiful and hot. I could not recommend with more enthusiasm! We loved the place. Tres bien, merci! Mehr

I've been to Paris a dozen times on business and this was my first visit for pleasure. Hotel was better than some high-end business stays and the location is so convenient. Clean on the outside, lobby and rooms. Great breakfast. Clearly lives up to its 4 star rating. I will be recommending to others who plan trips to Paris.

We highly recommend this hotel. The room was nice and very clean. The hotel staff were outstanding. They were friendly and very helpful in booking tours and such. We will certainly stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Not sure if there is AC but we at least had cool evenings. The bed is reasonably comfortable. The bathroom is smallish but there is a full size tub. The decor is beautiful - hip and modern.

You can't beat the location of the Hotel Baltimore -- it's right near the Boissiere Metro stop (1/2 block) and a short walk to the Troccadero to watch the evening light shows from the Eiffel Tower. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area from which to choose. The bed and pillows were wonderful!!! Ours was a rather small room, and had no view, […] but who goes to Paris to sit in their room? Internet is not included, but since we brought our laptop for business-related purposes, we purchased a 24-hour package that was very reasonable, allowing us to keep in touch with family at home. We would stay at the Hotel Baltimore again in a heartbeat. Mehr

Var i Paris tors-sön under soliga Oktober. Bodde i ett av de finare rummen som var helt underbart, ffa sängen! Utsikten var sämre men spelade inte så stor roll. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam med allt. Gratis och snabbt Wifi. Tyvärr ingår inte frukost och den kostar en del.. Hotellet ligger perfekt mellan Triumfbågen och Eiffeltornet. Nära tunnelbana […] så det är smidigt att ta sig överallt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! Mehr

Var nylig på en romantisk langhelg med kjæresten og baltimore var midt i blinken! vi hadde ikke frokost, men kjøpte bakevarer rett rundt hjørnet :) Koselig stemning, stort sett forretningsreisende, men gjennomgående god service. Anbefales varmt!!

Et hotell som kunne vært bra å benytte - men som gav oss en romopplevelse utenom det vanlige: aircondituion som produserte vann (!) som samlet seg i stopre dammer på gulvet. Og ikke minst et bad med et dusjavløp som slapp opp sterk kloaklukt. Denne spredde seg i hele rommet og gjorde to netter til et mareritt. Selv med parfyfemering fra personalet. […] Siste natten ble vi etter sterkt påtrykk i to dager gitt et nytt rom. Skandaløs mangel på handlekraft og serviceinnstilling fra resepsjonspersonaletr. Om man ønsker et tørt rom uten sterkt sjenerende lukt av kloak - styr unna Hotel Boltimore i Paris. Om du likevel skulle ta inn her - vær forberedt på en betjening som ikke er i stand til å håndtere det mest enkle av krav fra gjestene. Paris er full av gode hoteller - Baltimore er ikke et valg du bør ta. Mehr

Sentral beliggenhet, elskverdig og hjelpsomt personale. Nydelig madrasser og herlig sengetøy. T-bane rett i nærheten.

Par med toåring. Vi ble oppgradert til "juniorsuite", som var nokså stort dobbeltrom med en ekstra sofa. Deilig, stor dobbeltseng. Godt med skapplass. Vindu mot sidegate til Avenue Kleber, men lite støy. Fint hotell. Hjelpsomt personell. Låsen på rommet sviktet, og det tok tid før personalet skjønte at det trengtes batteri til døråpneren. Små heiser. […] Først siste dagen kom personalet med barnestol til frokosten; vi trodde ikke de hadde. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i 16. arr. med tre minutters gange til Triumfbuen og fem minutter til Eiffeltårnet. Flere restauranter i området; noen av dem på Avenue Kleber er "turistfeller"; ta av til bakgatene. Supermarked rundt hjørnet. Mehr

Great hotel on perfect location in an area with a lot to offer including good dining possibilities. Our room was very small but clean and with a fully renovated bathroom. There is two bottles of water for free every day. However they forget to refill two of the five days we stayed and then they wanted to charge us for the water when checking out. Elegant hotell med god standard. Hotellet ligger sentralt i aksen mellom Triumfbuen og Eiffeltårnet, like ved Metro-stasjonen Boissiere. Svært hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening med gode engelskkunnskaper. Gode anbefalinger både til restauranter og shopping. Relativt rolig og ordentlig område med flere restauranter og barer. Lekkert bad, mens selve […] rommet har bra standard og er godt utstyrt. Mehr
