Das Familienzimmer war sehr gut, groß genug für 4 Personen. Das Hallenbad ist zwar klein, aber für die Kinder eine tolle Abwechslung nach einem Kultur Tag. Eltern können in der Sauna und im Dampfbad entspannen. Sehr zentrale Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Spitzenmäßiges Frühstücksbuffet!! Ist auf jeden Fall den Preis wert.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet (!), freundliche Mitarbeiter - ein gelungener Aufenthalt in München. Besonders schön sind die großzügigen Suiten, so dass wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) ausreichend Platz hatten und dennoch zusammen waren. Nicht ganz günstig, ich denke aber, dass ist das Münchner Niveau.

Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend.Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut,leider kein kostenloser Hotelparkplatz ( 10€ ).Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Das 1890 erbaute traditionsreiche Eden Hotel Wolff liegt im Zentrum Münchens gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof mit Anschluss an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und den Shuttlebus vom und zum Flughafen.

Die westlich der Altstadt gelegene Gegend um den Hauptbahnhof herum ist vollgepackt mit Hotels und Fußgängerzonen voller Geschäfte. Weiter nördlich befinden sich das Museumsviertel der Stadt, in dem die Alte und Neue Pinakothek, die Pinakothek der Moderne, die restaurierte Glypothek und das Antiquitätenmuseum untergebracht sind, sowie das Lenbachhaus, in dem das Werk des bayerischen Malers Franz von Lenbach ausgestellt ist.

Eden Wolff ist an und für sich ein sehr gutes Hotel, gemütlich , geschmackvoll und mit sehr guter Küche! Leider verpatzt das Personal so einiges .Dazu möchte ich sagen ,dass das junge Personal bedeutend freundlicher ist , als das ältere.Der diensthabende ältere Rezeptionist am Samstag morgen 22.10.hat es nicht für nötig befunden mir zB. Schade. als […] älteren Single beim Aus -checken etwa einen Guten Morgen zu wünschen.. Beim Zimmer habe ich zu bemängeln, dass leider im Badezimmer ein penedranter Urin- Geruch vorherrscht , der durch mangelnde gründliche Reinigung des Klosettes verursacht wird. Mehr

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, tolles Frühstück und nettes Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt: etwas hellhörig zum Hotelflur hin.

"Cityhotel an guter Ausgangslage"
Wir haben ein Komfortzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und leider war nur ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten verfügbar als wir einchecken wollten. Der Herr an der Reception hat uns dann ein Standartzimmer mit Doppelbett angeboten, jedoch ohne einen Preisnachlass; dies war nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Wir haben dann vorgeschlagen, dass das Frühstück am kommenden […] Morgen dafür aufs Haus geht, womit sich der Herr dann einverstanden erklärt hat, konnte es aber nicht unterlassen uns darauf hinzuweisen, dass dies pro Person 17 Euro kostet. Der Umzug ins Komfortzimmer am Folgetag hat dann problemlos geklappt. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Mehr

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch etwas ringhörig. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist.

"Hotel Eden beim Bahnhof"
Das Hotel ist für Bahnreisende ideal gelegen. Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer, das nicht sehr einladen war, aber nach Rückfrage bekamen wir ein anderes, mit besserer Atmosphäre. Die Rezeption war freundlich, allerdings konnte uns ein Mitarbeiter nicht sagen, wie wir zur Pinakothek kommen, da er das Museum offensichtlich nicht kannte.

"Das Hotel liegt direkt beim Hauptbahnhof"
Die Qualität und Ausstattung des Zimmers war dem Preis angemessen. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels direkt beim Hauptbahnhof war für uns perfekt. Wir sind mit zwei Laptops angereist und konnten jeweils nur mit einem ins Internet. Der Internetanschluss war zudem kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof. Zimmer schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Reception ist stets bedient und das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück gegen Aufpreis lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel!

"Top Hotel"
Ein spitzen Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und einer top Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Der Spa bereich war auch sauber und schön. Absolut zu empfehlen. Obwohl das Hotel in der Innenstadt liegt, kann man sehr gut mit dem privaten Auto anreisen. Für Gäste bieten ein nahgelegenes Parkhaus äusserst gute Tarife.

"close to train station and fuseplatz"
We were disappointed that you had to pay for internet and breakfast..I would have rather paid a little more for the room and that be included. The bed of course was very soft no support for two older people with bad backs. The only thing in the bathroom the soapdish/handle was lose and the one attempt at taking a bath it was in the wrong spot and that […] is when I noticed previous holes in the marble. It had been moved several times..obviously a chronic problem this handle but it was still lose and you either had to scrunch up and be at the absolute front of the tub or constantly hit it with your arm. The one very nice thing was it was queit to be located in such a busy location. That part was greatly appreciated. The restraurant was okay..breakfast was typical and good. We had dinner one night there and it was okay but nothing spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room did appear very clean. Mehr

Excellent choice. We wanted something clean, comfortable and close to train station to take early train to Budapest. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Would highly recommend it.

"Great location for Train Station"
This was a great location to get around Munich. Arrived in Munich airport. I took the train directly to the main station in Munich. The hotel is directly across. Very simple. I would stay there again for the access.

Nearby the central train station and at walking distance of Munich center, this old fashion hotel offers an excellent value for your money. My wife and I enjoyed from the stay very much.

The biggest selling point is the location - right next to the main train station and right down the street from some of the main tourist areas. The room was very small and nothing special. But decent for what it was. You are really paying for the location, here.
"Eden Wolfe - Clean, quiet and close to everything"
We stayed overnight in Munich on the way back from ski holiday in Austria. Hotel Eden was easy pick because of location next to Hauptbanhof. Upon arrival we had friendly reception and bellboy parked our car to hotel's carage and deliverd our 9 pieces of luggage to our rooms in no time. Healtclub and sauna were still open at 9.30 pm. We got easy to find […] recommendations for late dinner and Spatekellern fulfilled our wishes perfectly. Surrounding of hotel is bit colourfull but did not disturb us at all. Our rooms at top floor were neat and very quiet. Breakfast was not included in our room charge but the price was reasonable for the good selection and courteous service. Mehr
"An Excellent Launching or Landing Point ..."
We needed a good place to stay on our last night in Europe before an early flight from the Munich airport the next day. The hotel location simply could not have been more convenient to the Bahnhof for both our inbound train from Austria and our outbound train to the airport the following morning. Heck, you didn't even have to cross the street to take […] the stairs down to the S-Bahn platform in the Bahnhof. We were also just a short stroll to all of the usual tourist sites like the Rathaus, Hofbrau Haus, Viktualienmarkt, etc. Our top floor room had just been re-done and was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for an in-city hotel. Overall we were very pleased with the value received vs. past experience in other major European hub cities. The staff was friendly and helpful in every respect. We'll definitely stay here again when our travels take us back to Austria or southern Germany. Mehr

"Nice situated"
This hotel was a perfecet choice for a one night stay in Münich as we wanted to see the city one day while travelling back from the Austrian alps to Finland. It is just in the opposite of the main railway station where you have the choice to choose trains or a bus when going to the airport. We took the airport bus which left 10 m in front of the hotel! […] It was convinient and paid only 10,50 € - so the the same as train which would have a litlle bit more complicated. Only remarkable problem we had was that the room was very cold (about +17C), allthought heating was at full. Well, outside it was about -16 C and finally the blankets were very warm. Mehr

This was my third stay at the hotel, which I love! This time, I brought seven other family members with me!
"Felt like a 3 star hotel..."
We were excited about this hotel based on the pictures, we thought the rooms had been updated. Sadly there is a lot of variation between rooms, ours smelled and looked old. The pics on trip advisor are more accurate. The location is central but being directly across from the train station lacks the character and the feeling of the rest of the city. […] No good views. Overall, our experience wasn't bad but it wasn't great. For the price we expected more. Mehr

I stayed at the Eden Hotel Wolff at the end of a business trip. The location is superb, just steps away from the train station in Munich. Also, Marienplatz was within walking distance and access to the U-Bahn was available a block away. The room was comfortable, if small, and the hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The price was also exceptional […] for the location. My collegaue and I were able to book airport transportation on the Lufthansa bus directly at the hotel and pick up the bus across the street from the hotel. We were also offered tickets to the Bayern Munich game, which we declined to purchase, as we had plans in the old town. The only negative is the neighborhood around the train station is not the best, but the Eden Hotel Wolff is on the best side of this area and there were no concerns for my collegue and I to walk from the hotel to the Platz. I don't speak German and the staff was so amazing. They helped us with local knowledge, tours and airport transport to and from. The rooms were modern and clean. I was very happy with my choice to stay here - so convenient to everything as well. All food and water in Munich is expensive. The restuarant associated with the hotel is pricey but the food […] is excellent. We had a great time (walking distance) at Christmas Market. I highly recommend this hotel. Mehr

If you are taking the train, or are coming from or going to the airport this is the perfect location. The airport bus is directly across the street, it costs 10.5 euro and takes you straight to the airport with just one quick stop along the way. V convenient placement for Hauptbahnhoff, easy to find. However, my double room was tiny and the bathroom needed a refit. Front of house staff v helpful. I didn't use the restaurant. Overall impression is one of faded glory. Mediocre experience.

"Hotel Eden wolf"
Outstanding location for Oktoberfest. Just across the street from the main train station with everything from Starbucks to Burgerking and several other German fairs. All trams, or at least it appeared, come and go from the main train station as well. Clean decent rooms in a very nice location. The staff was very helpful with instructuions of what tram […] or subway to take to get anywhere we wanted to go. They even gave us directions to get to a self serve laundry in spite of the fact they offer laundry service in the hotel. Mehr

Came here during Oktoberfest, so hard to say what the normal value is like. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door was also tasty. Right across the road from the train station, not from from center, so location is pretty great. Good for business.

"Very small room"
I booked a superior single room. The size of the room was advertised as 19-21 square meters. However, the room is so small that one can just walk around the bed. There isn't a single drawer in the room. The wardrobe has a breadth of 50cm. The door is just broad enough to let my suitcase through. How can this room be 19-21 cm?

The Eden Wolff is situated close to the main railway station in Munich, so very convenient for all transport links (mainline, S bahn, U bahn, trams and buses). It is close to the pedestrianised area of the city centre, about 15 minutes walk from the Marienplatz, and well positioned for many city attractions. My room was clean and of reasonable proportions.
