Staff were quick, friendly and efficient! Really convenient location for getting into the downtown quickly (10min in rush hour). Room was spacious but clean, decore a little dated; even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled of stale smoke.

The hotel was fine in appearance of lobby, room and restaurant. The personnel was friendly. My only complaint was the 30 minute ride to airport...if this was due to some closure because of construction, there should be an update on the status report of airport location..".temporarily not in airport location".

TOok about 20 minutes to get to the hotel due to construction and the fact that the hotel only has one bus.

friendly staff, and helpful. nice to have fresh fruit available for customers. will stay again.

They call it a airport hotel location __ That is a very big strech !!. Not easy to get too without a GPS

Not adequate air conditioning. Washroom outdated, we had hot water issues during shower. Soap tray was left with soap from previous guest (i think).

The public area of the hotel is in good shape. The room needed a little updating and the beds are definitely sagging. The room could be brighter with more lights and perhaps brighter colours.

The place is fine for an overnight stay. Was disappointed that there was no WiFi in the rooms. But would stay again.

Excellent price obtained by using hotels.com. Quick check-in service and got a nice quiet room. Hotel had swimming pool, gym and great restaurant with excellent buffet breakfast priced at just over $10. Hotels.com has never disappointed me on any of my bookings and I always get a greatly discounted rate.

The Coast Plaza Hotel + Conference Center in Calgary Alberta left us wanting more. Check in at the front desk was fine and the lobby was nice in a classic way and the staff were polite and friendly, but the room was a disappointment. Once in the room, my wife and I noticed right away that it was in need of some tlc. The tv was about 10 years old and […] few channels were offered. The heating/cooling unit available was in need of repair as it was very noisy. So much so we could not use it while we slept. The bathroom appeared well used, was not cleaned to the same standard as other similar hotels and the furnishings cried out to be replace. On the plus, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is well located. In short, we expected a nicer hotel based on our experiences at similarly rated hotels. Overall we were quite disappointed and will not stay there again when traveling to Calgary. Mehr

This hotel is not located in the best of neighborhoods. The room was nice enough although the temperature even with the windows open in March and the heat turned right down was unbearably hot. They did bring us a fan but never checked again to see if conditions were better and never offered any discount or free breakfast for putting up with the conditions. […] I feel the price charged for this room was too high all things considered and would not stay there again. We've stayed in quite a few coast hotels over the years and we were really disappointed in this one. First of all, the hotel is tucked way back in what seemed like an older, not really nice part of the city. I didn't really feel safe leaving my vehicle. When we checked in, everything was pretty smooth, except for the lack of luggage carts. But that […] can happen anywhere. We took that in stride. THe elevator took forever, and they had one out of order. We stayed in tower A , and headed to our room. Then it all went downhill. The carpet had LOTS of huge stains on it and when I took my shoes and socks off, it felt like I was walking on grease. GROSS! So, socks and shoes it was, for everyone. The bathroom was NOT clean, hair all over the floor, the bathtub had soap scum (meaning several stays and no cleaning), the taps were dirty as well as the sink and vanity. The desk was sticky, and the TV hadn't been dusted in quite a while. I went to get my son ready for bed, and stepped on old toast crumbs under the rim of the bed. OBVIOUSLY, they need to work on getting some good housekeepers. We will never stay there again. Mehr

The hotel was neat, check in was quick and the pool was clean. The service in the lounge was superb; whereas the restaurant service was not as good. Overall our stay was quite satisfying.

This Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay at with your family, my only complaint is that the pool was very cold and there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom.

a little frustrating. Part of the group I was staying with left early. I stayed back trying to sleep and get some work done before checkout time. In that interim, housekeeping came in 3 different times (twice without knocking) thinking that everyone had checked out and the room was ready for cleaning. On each occasion I explained to them that was not […] the case but the message didn't get passed on to other housekeeping staff and thus the repeated interruptions. Mehr

Good, affordable hotel. Very helpfull personnel. On a warm day the room AC couldn't quite pull it (whole night at max.). Shower tap tough to open and bath drain mechanism should be replaced, worn out. Hot tub out of order. Nice view over city, from the higher floors, close to Int. Airport and city centre, transcanada highway #1.

I would stay there again close to shopping and people are very friendly.

I stayed in Cost Plaza Hotel as the chains (Marriott/ Hilton) were booked due to the Stampede. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and many amenities. The shuttle bus from the airport was waiting outside the door when I arrived.

酒店非常好，旁边有台湾人开的超市，可以买到中国人喜欢的各类食品。还有个香港茶餐厅。对于在加拿大旅游几天后的中国人来说是一个打牙忌的地方。停车免费，还可以做乘公共交通去市中心。很方便

Excellent état, bon niveau de confort et personnel agréable. Juste deux points négatifs, le sol de la piscine: du carrelage très glissant voir dangereux et un manque d'hygiène au niveau de la piscine et du saune: une seule douche bien cachée pour accéder à la piscine et sans savon et pas de règle d'utilisation du sauna (serviette obligatoire par ex) […] ni de douche fraîche à proximité. Ma première impression fût: bel hôtel. En arrivant dans ma chambre, j'ai changé d'avis. Les couleurs sont tristes, c'est lugubre. La porte se ferme seulement en la claquant! Sympa pour les clients qui dorment ou se reposent. L'air conditionné fonctionne mal, heureusement la fenêtre s'ouvre au tiers. Le matin pas moyen d'avoir le pdj avant 6h30 même […] en room service. Bizarre pour un hôtel proche de l'aéroport. il y a tout de même du positif: le staff de l'hôtel est très serviable et souriant, le lit est confortable, la chambre et salle de bains propres. Mehr
