I was locked out at night twice because of broken card readers on external doors. I booked a non-smoling room and was put into a smoking room which stunk. I asked to speak to a manager twice and was given the run around and finally told no manger was working. Had to have assitance getting in my room once due to faulty door lock/key reader. And finally, […] I was denied late check out as I needed some extra time to dress for my daughter's concert. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I won't stay there again. Mehr

My overall stay at the hotel in question was a very pleasant one. I found the accommidations to be to my satisfaction and it was a very enjoyable experience. However one thing stuck out that almost ended in me leaving the hotel and going home. The room seemed to be very clean at first glance, but it was when I went into the kitchen I found a roach. […] I was not happy at that point, so I went down stairs to inform someone of my situation, and all I got was this dry apology for the inconvience. However there were no other rooms available because they were all booked up. I was very unsatisfied at that point, however I had already paid my money for the stay here so I just went back to my room and tried to enjoy my stay, despite what I saw and also found. I don't think that the representative took the time to correctly assess the situation, and provide me with a suitable correction of this problem. I will say that desite what I saw the hotel is great indeed, the room was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay, I just hope that in the future if I should want to stay there again that the problem I once faced never surfaces again. Mehr

The only gripe is the $6 fee for the internet access. The room was decently clean, pretty good amenities for an extended stay. I'd go back.

The staff was very delightful to interact with but building is run down and dirty looking. They clean it, but because it looks so run down, I was not really comfortable there. The staff forgot to leave a shower curtain and I didn't notice it, so had no time for them to address it. Iron was not included. Close to the soccer fields for the tournament, […] but I will look for somewhere else to stay next time. Mehr

The room was not clean, found a hair extension in the corner by the tv, reading light by the sofa did not work,-coffee pot sounded like a concrete mixer and did not cut off when pouring a cup before the perk cycle stopped, thus hot coffee all over the counter and your feet. The bed was broken/tilted to one side and very hard Check in was delayed/no […] one at the desk at 4 in the afternoon, waited, noticed a phone outside-apparently guests are supposed to see and read check in instructions on a side table in the poorly lit lobby and call for the desk person.Booked this room for location and cost. Will not make that mistake again! There were no other rooms available to move to and was prepaid. . Mehr

I did not stay in the hotel. There were roaches crawling around the room. The bathroom looked dirty. I complained to front desk and was moved to another room that was in the same shape. I decided to check out. The hotel is old and run down and in need of re-model. The exterior doors leading to the room corridors had broken locks. There is no elevator. […] Disgusting mildew smell. Good area, just not very good service. Called front desk for blow dryer and toothpaste, said "it is provided but you have to come get it ." There were several hairs in the tub of my shower. If I had not already spent the night and leaving, I would have requested to change rooms. Just unkept with hard bed. I will not stay here again.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, the appliances didn't work, the carpet and couch were stained and there were no ashtrays in a smoking room and the front desk had none for us either.

The hotel is just off the expressway and in an excellent location to various eateries. It's also just minutes away from various malls. My main issue with this particular location of Studio Plus is that even the non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. I complained and they polite changed my room. However, even THAT smelled of smoke also and […] it was at the other end of the corridor. Not a good place for non-smokers............fyi! Mehr

The rooms are a great value and conveniently located to all visitor needs.

Security door to outside would not close and lock. Trash in the stairwell. Carpet worn. One good thing was that the fridge was spotless.

I have stayed at Studio Plus all over the country as an independant insurance adjuster. I normally do not take part in reviews but feel compelled to say this Studio Plus is the most filthy one I have ever seen. The check-in clerk assigned me to a room with feces splatter all over the commode. I asked if the room had been cleaned as a stay over or new […] arrival. He informed me it was cleaned for a new arrival. He then switched me to an "upgrade" room with a sofa that has never been cleaned and too filthy to sit on plus the flat screen TV did not work. He then put me in a third room that appeared to have never had been deep cleaned. The bedspread was put on the floor to walk on due to the dirty carpet and the interior of the cabinets are discusting. I spent my evening at a restaurant watching their TV until it was time to go to sleep just so I didn't have to spend any additional time in the room. The front desk clerk asked how my stay was when checking out. The lady at the desk seemed unconcerned when I informed her of my issues and said to take it up with hotels.com. I must admit this is not the norm for Studio Plus but please do yourself a favor and avoid this one. Mehr

Lobby of hotel as well as hallways were not to my likenings. It gave me more of a motel feel. Costumer service was below average. Room was pretty decent. Clean but could be better. Would not be my first choice, but would stay again for the price.

When I first arrived it took the desk clerk about 10mins to come down and give me the key to the room. All carpets were digusting!! The phone in my room didn't work or the lamps. All I can say is u get what you pay for. The money I save wasn't worth the stay.

I booked this room for an employee traveling for work and will not book again. We normally purchase rooms at quality inns and similar and this does not even come close.

When I entered the hallway and room the smell of smoke was very strong. The linen, room was very strong.

First walking in, the odor was nice, staff was okay and there is no room service, so you must go to office to get things needed. The carpet in the hallway do need a good shampooing, but I wasn't sleeping on the floor so that didn't bother me. The room I had was non-smoking and it had a nice clean smell to it. However, when I turn the sheet back on the […] bed, it had stains on it (light brown looking) and I just threw it on floor because I had brought my own. Room was next to highway, but that didn't bother me at all. On check out day they do call to remind you what the check out time is. This was an okay stay and cheap and had a full size stove. I would stay again for the price I got it for I wasn't expecting a Hilton, just a two day stay. I like the place. Had a pool but of course it was seasonal. It was next to some more hotels and Wal Mart was across the street. Old navy and books a million was clost by and Arbys and Ocharleys and more places. Ok in my book besides the sheet. Mehr

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If I hadn't paid through hotels.com I would have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere. The entire hotel had an awful smell that I still can't distinguish. It's not worth it to save the extra $20.

The hotel was nice but the hallways smelled of smoke (even though we were in the non smoking area) and musty and all night we heard nothing but barking dogs coming from the room next door. But overall it was nice considering the price. I would stay there again.
