"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"Not a great trip"
The room was cold. When the heater finally came on the lights went out. I had to find the circuit breaker and flip it. The lights came back on but the heater never did.. There was no on site to help. I had to change rooms late at night. I am handicapped and the new room was upstairs and there are no elevators. "Big, fancy room"

Well the hotel its self and staff are great. They offer a light dinner and a full breakfast. This is the first time we actually ate at the hotel. This particular night was taco night. Browned hamburger meat and taco shells. Absolutely no seasoning. Sad but even the salsa did not give it flavor. Not impressed with the breakfast either. The eggs were […] not cooked all the way. Facility is a modified apartment complex. Looks nice and clean enough, and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a little weak; I didn't like the eggs at all. "They look nothing like the Pictures"
When we got there the first room we got was dreadful . The coffe table was missing one side of the top. The chair had a huge rip in the front . The Room smelled funny and was hot . They had to repair the A/C , Then the remote did not work for the Tv . The Tv was outdated and the Kitchen was awful. We called to complain the lady at the front desk was […] rude and gave us a diff room . We got into it it was better but the offer of the Game system in the roomo was not there. They said it had not been a option for 2 years . Then the tv in the other room did not work . The phone did not either . They were 1 1/2 late with the wake up call. The parking lot was full of trash and they had old pillows and blankets laying around the front of the place . If all the other hotles had not been booked up we would have left . It was the worst experiance we had ever had in a Hotel . We will never be staying with this Place ever again . Room layout great. Funny smell in room and dusty. Bought Febreze and used a lot then enjoyed stay. Beds comfortable. In parking area, lots of matresses and carpets possibly due to renovations but did not make first impressions appealing. Room had like old cooked broccoli smell which could have come from nearby room (Febreze did the trick). Would stay […] again here as it was convenient and nice price. We arrived to find old carpet and furniture outside our door. Yes, we had new carpet and furniture but they should have removed the old sooner. The room was crawling with moths and we spent the next hour or so cleaning up. The morning was not much better with cold eggs and horrible sausage for breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the electrical outlet […] didn't work, so the light was useless. The internet worked until the last night. The location was great! first room was some what ok but TV didn't work room was cold heat was off called desk told them that Tv wasn't working and didn't have a remote for it. sent a someone up gave us remote and started to leave until told her that remote would n't be any good as TV wasn't working couldn't get a clear picture, excessive static. she said she would tell desk. […] The front desk personnel was going to move us to another room across from ours but I would have to come back down and get the key for the room. this new room at least the TV worked but it was even dirtyier than the other one and the heat never did work very well at all was cold in room all night. would not stay in this dump again MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"No linens for sofabed"

The two of us truly enjoyed staying at the Hawthorne suites, Richardeson. Staff was very helpful, even helped printing my Plane's boarding pass. Queen Suite was comfortable, quiet, and worth the price, plus acess to a main highway. We would stay there again.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

The facilities seemed to be well taken care of and our room was nice and clean. We used the sofa sleeper and it was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - nice selection and well maintained. I plan to come back and stay here again!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Nasty, smelly, horrible hotel!"
This hotel is old, smelly, and I would NEVER stay there again. There were iron burns on the carpet.....in 3 different places! The light in the bathroom.....were just lightbulbs - no cover on the fixture - just bare light bulbs! Did I mention the smell?? Oh my gosh - it was a sour, musty smell.
