Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre - Dallas

Did not like having to park my car in garage (which has daily charge)and then have to walk a ways before getting to actual hotel, with more walking before you can get to the elevators that take you to your room.

Overall good!

unfortunately room next door had noisy occupants and a small dog that barked a lot; also amenities such as coffee, sugar, etc were not replaced from one day to the next. will still come back for weekend at end of month.

The staff are extremely attentive and the location couldn't be more centralized for all one's needs.

Everything was top notch! If I had to find something to pick at it would be the jacusi tub didn't work but that didn't take away from the great view and awesome room.

Awesome Hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel if your ever in the Dallas area. The lobby was amazing and the rooms were stunning. The receptionist were friendly, I know where to stay next time I come to Dallas, TX

The beds were extremely comfy and soft. Comforter and blanket were the best feeling and softest that i have ever had. My son loved the glass elevators and pool. The valet attendents were awesome! Only problem we had was that we called down around 8 PM for a razor, shaving cream and some towels. We called down 2 times and they said they would be up in […] a little bit. We never received them, we were too upset after the 2 times that we had to call them to make sure they were coming that we just left it. Then in the morning when i called down to the valet and bell hop, i got no answer after 3 times of calling, i had to get the front desk clerk to find the bell hop and valet. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS WITH PARKING. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. VALET WAS ABOUT $22 A DAY AND SELF PARK IS ABOUT $13 A DAY. ALSO THERE WILL BE A $50 PRE-CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. I JUST WISH THE RECEPTIONIST EXPLAINED IT MORE BETTER, BUT OVER ALL, ITS A WONDERFUL HOTEL. ITS RIGHT NEXT TO THE GALLARIA MALL WHICH WAS PERFECT.

was not satified with the service i was told that i could park for free in the parking garge and was charge.......

Nice hotel, difficult to get on the right road that has an exit to it. Self Parking $13 / day mandatory, or Valet for about $20 / day. Restaurant is being reconditioned. Eat at the bar for meals other than breakfast.

This is a fabulous place to stay! Very friendly and eager to help staff. The only thing I can say that isn't glowing - no hot tub and the pool is outside. It is not heated and due to the pretty trees by the pool, there were an overabundance of leaves in the pool. Both days, it was extremely cold and people walked away from the pool. It's a unique pool […] setting. There were 2 pools. One a shallow pool 10' x 10'. The main pool is an L shape. The room service was excellent and the food - delicious! Bathroom hygiene products were high end! Nice for the housekeeping crew to speak my same language, so i was able to quickly have my needs met. Mehr

Overall a very nice hotel, though the only reason I stayed was due to a Seminar being held there. You are definitely paying for the Hilton name, and the parking and the internet access. Though the amenities were nice the bathroom is small and not designed well at all. Nothing special, like most other hotels these days the lighting is bad, the coffee […] maker too small. Mehr

From the moment I got there and was greeted by Lauren (later Randy), the valet attendants, to going in and being assisted by the concierge, to the front desk staff...I felt very well taken care of. I left for awhile and remembered I didn't see a refrigerator, so I called and requested one without it being an issue. I arrived back to my room with my […] food in the refrigerator as I asked. We also needed a microwave, as they didn't have any anywhere around the hotel, and within 10 minutes I had one being delivered to my room. We had a great view and the stay on the 18th floor with the executive lounge was superb. We were there Friday through Sunday and left quite pleased. Mehr

The hotel was close to Galleria Mall and Northpark Mall. Pleanty of eating choices. My kids and I had a great stay there.

I've stayed at this hotel about 5-6 times and found it very comfortable. But the gaudy remodel theme is just too UGLY. Bright lime green in the elevator lobby? Mirrored nightstands? No tub? No thanks.

The minute you drive up the valet parking you are greeted with kind employee's. The entrance to the hotel is vast and if not for the sight of the front desk you could end up lost by the sheer size of the building. Annoyingly there is a fee for overnight cars and extra for the valet. That still wont take away the beautiful furnished rooms filled with […] hdtv's and plush beds. Mehr

We spent new years eve here and have no complaints. Very comfy and close to shopping and restaraunts. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that they didn't have free wi-fi.

We were a bit upset with paying $13 a day for parking. For the price we paid per night, we were expecting at least a refrigerator. The bathroom was very small and the door had mold on the bottom. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly either. It wasn't a good stay.

My room was located near the elevator and we heard every conversation outside our door as people gathered. It was difficult to fall asleep and we were awakened early because of the noise. The hotel staff was asked 3 times for 2 packets of caffenated coffee. Finally, the packets were delivered and they were decaf. I don't think the lady at the front […] desk spoke English very well, so that could be the reason for the misunderstanding. Mehr

i'm glad i got this room at a hotel.com rate because i would not have been happy if I had to pay full price. you pay for parking whether you valet or not, you pay for internt, there are no resturants close by, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotting out but painted over so someone knew it was old and needed replacing, the full mirror nightstand […] with the mirror lamp was screaming 1980's. The rooms we stayed in had been redone since our last visit and they were beautiful. The beds were as comfortable as mine at home, so much so I had a hard time convincing myself to get up and go shopping.

We have stayed at this Hilton several times. we have never been disappointed.

Great place to stay!

This hotel still charges regular business folks over $10/day for internet access and over $10/day for parking. They need to get with it. As convenient as the hotel was I will probably not stay here again for that reason. In addition, hotel food is much, MUCH too expensive.

My wife and I met at Lincoln Center 12 years ago. We went back to celebrate her birthday and remanse. The newly remodeled room was was very clean, nicely updated. The bed was fantastic, best we have slept on anywhere. In addition, the service staff were very courteous, friendly and efficent. The valet offered free water bottles while we waited and we […] rarely waited two minutes. I would like to especially thank Max ( the Consignor). Max you made our stay the perfect birthday for my wife! We will be back and I am recomending the Hilton to all my out of town business clients. They have a direct line to Max. Mehr

Very pleased with the Hilton. The location was perfect for our trip! Staff very friendly and helpful. We left a pillow behind and the hotel got it back to us very quickly! Will definitely stay there again!

Lobby is beautiful but rooms are very outdated. We could hear construction above our head for most of the evening and early morning hours. Private lake is really nice.

The only problem we had was there was no ice in the machine on our floor and when we checked in, they asked for a credit card for any latter charges but did tell us about the $50.00 charge added on and taken off in a few days.

Great place to stay close to business - and enjoyed the free shuttle to the Gallaria Mall. Helpful staff and and nice pool area. Will stay again next time in Dallas for business.

It's a "Hilton" so saying it's a nice hotel is...., however $22.00 dollars to valet and $13.00 to self park just seems well a bit like a shakedown....oh and be prepared to PAY for Internet service..., I actually refrained from using the soap because I didn't want to come home and find another surcharge
