Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral!! Nur 5 Minuten vom Speedway und Flughafen entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer toll eingerichtet, Zimmer sauber. Würde dieses Hotel Zeit wieder buchen und für einen längeren Aufenthalt!!

Nettes Hotel, leider etwas abgelegen.
Lage
Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites in Indianapolis befindet sich im Geschäftsviertel in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Castleton Square. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Climb Time Indy.
Ausstattung
Die Unterkunft Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites verfügt über folgende Annehmlichkeiten: Innenpool, Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Ein kostenloser W-LAN Internetzugang steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. "Poor Service"
Slow bar service. Ran out of beer on a Saturday night. Curdled cream in morning coffee.
"Close to everything."
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was was very clean and the rooms were nice size. Beds very comfortable. They charge for wifi, but if you become a member, they waive the charge.
"Quite location and nice"
Overall thing were OK, but internet was slow, no safe box in the room, no refrigerator. It seems that they didn't like reserving a room in the CLUB level through a third party.

"Booked breakfast included, was not honored"
Booked a room with two double beds and booking said breakfast was included. At check in we received a room with one king bed. Got that corrected. Next morning attempted to get breakfast and was told that our room booking did not include breakfast. Other wise the room was nice and our stay satisfactory..

"Exceeds Expectations!"
THe only issue we had was the "Free wifi" was limited to the lobby and the complementary breakfast was only for club level.

We booked this hotel for a daughter's weekend. We had a great time! Rooms were great, staff was fabulous and well worth the club level upgrade. Only down side was pool and hot tub were a little outdated but small kids won't care. We would most definitely stay here again!

"The Sheraton at Keyston Crossing"
We stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff was the best I have experienced. They were very pleasant and curteous. I will definatey stay here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is superb - attached to the mall with easy access off the Interstate. The room was well-appointed and the bed - remarkable! The front desk staff was so accomodating and the staff on the club floor went out of their way to mnake us feel at home during our two-night stay. "Extremely nice & attached to Fashion Mall@Keystone"
This hotel looked brand new. Very contemporary in design. Rooms were well appointed with flat screen TV's, comfy bedding & a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. I have absolutley no complaints & would definitely stay there again. The gentlemen at the front desk were very cordial & helpful. Love that it was attached to the mall...since that was the reason […] we were there in the first place. :-) Mehr

"Keystone at the crossing"
We booked this hotel so some of us in our party could shop at the attached mall. The hotel is undergoing extensive renovation, which made us a little concerned about the price, which was not any less than it had been before the construction. We were told the hotel was booked up that was why the rate was still so high. Not sure that was true, the parking […] lot and garage were mostly empty. But they gave us a free suite upgrade so that made the cost seem OK. The suite was fantastic, they have Showtime and some first run in-room movies, a mini fridge and a separate sitting area. Mehr

Many people in our group felt the main areas of the hotel (i.e. lobby, restaurant, conference rooms)were very nice. However, the rooms themselves did not seem to justify the price. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable.
"Sheraton-Indianapolis"
I liked hotel, very nice. But our room had no air and of coarse it was very warm the weekend we stayed. So it got muggy to sleep in there, we only had one window to open and it did not cool room down. Otherwise it is in a great neighborhood, everything is close by and I liked the stay.

"Sheraton Hotel and Suites"
My husband and I enjoy staying at the Sheraton in Indianapolis at Keystone at the Crossings. We especially love it when we get an up grade in our room to a Suite. We feel so comfortable there and have plenty of room. The last two years we have spent our anniversary there and have enjoyed the Mall and the wonderful restaurants close by.
"Nice but not worth the price"
The hotel was nice. The area was convenient. However, for the price that I paid, it was not worth it. I had to ask for extra towels(there were not enough in the room. There were 3 people in my party), I had to ask for extra blankets since the fold out bed did not have one for it. There was not a complentary breakfast, not even donuts or coffee. You […] had to pay for it seperately. The room did not have a refridgerator in it. I stayed in a Day's Inn the next night for half of what I paid for that room and that one had better qualities. "OUTSTANDING HOTEL"
WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL. WE WERE MOVED TO A SUITE FOR THE SAME PRICE AND IT WAS REAL NICE. WE ARE WONDERING IF YOU HAVE TWO BEDROOM TWO BATH SUITES IN DOWNTOWN INDY AND IN NEW YORK CITY DOWNTOWN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
"Needs Updating/Needs Improvement"
Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, but the floor we stayed on was not. The wallpaper in the halls had pen or marker on it, the wallpaper was slashed and coming off the wall in one place, and the hall carpet had a seriously frayed seam that we had to walk […] over. Some updates had been made, such as a marble countertop in the bathroom; other items, such as the door and the closet doors, reminded me of a dorm room from the 1960's. There was a coffee maker provided but no nearby electrical outlet to plug into. Good restaurants nearby. Mehr
