I enjoyed everything at the hotel except the parking! I feel the guest should rec free parking, we pay alot to stay at least supply parking free or cheaper thn 25 per stay/ car. That and trying to leave the parking lot was annoying I enjoyed the location because it was rt near everything. The beds are amazingly comfortable!

The room was very comfortable. Good breakfast and a nice bar and grill downstairs. The only issue I had was that the wireless connection was slow and expensive.

Our sheets were stained with lipstick and something else, the room would not cool down and the shower was nearly impossible to turn on. Not to mention the hairs in our sink from someone else. For over a hundred dollars per night I expected a lot more.

I have stayed here before and had a much better room (two queen beds) the room this time was in the tower (a strange configuration) You cant watch tv from your bed, its over in a corner by the coffee machine totally to the right you have to pull a chair (1950's) to the side of the right hand bed and face it at right angles to watch, this clutters up […] the access to the bathroom (very slippery tub) ho hum !! I will stay here every time because they allow dogs(,no charge) you cant do this anywhere in the world in a hotel of this caliber and location. and don't get me started on the WiFi and parking charge Mehr

I will not stay here or tell others. For 119 plus tax u had no free Internet and had to pay 24$ for parking which was not easy access to front desk. Can't believe people stay here..

This location is amazing for enjoying the 16th St Mall however the addtional $24/day onsite parking and daily internet fees quickly added to the total cost. The pool needs some repairs and heated better but it was early in the spring.

I was very unhappy with the restaurant in the hotel, when we went down to have the breakfast buffet. We were told that they have the buffet before we were taken to the table. But when the waiter came he then informed us that since the hotel was slow they weren't serving the buffet. I hate to complain but I'm sorry to say it really was not good. my bill was over $400.00 yet we were given a room in the old part of the hotel called the tower. It felt far removed, old and had stale air. The room was very small. The worst of the stay was that we were on the 12th floor and the elevators all went down for a long while. I could hear people […] stuck in at least one of them. I had a business meeting in the lobby so I had to walk the 12 flights down when I got to the bottom floor, the doors were all locked. I had to go through a fire exit door which warned of an alarm however no alarm went off. It put me on the street in the back of the hotel so I had to figure out how to get back to the main lobby via the streets. In the hall ways of the stairwell, there were many mouse traps. The whole experience at a high price was very unpleasant. I am grateful for the help of a desk clerk who moved us to another room - in the new part of the hotel on a lower floor so that if the elevators broke again at least I could get out. Mehr

Me and the girls decided on a stay-cation weeks ago, but the bummer about colorado weather is that it is unpredictable. We choose this hotel because of the heated pool on the roof, yet during the snow storm they didn't shovel any sidewalk or anything to it! so we couldn't even run out and jump in! Other wise, it's a beautiful hotel and lots to do inside […] since there are shops and lots of restaurants and it was a great location because if we wanted to go to a movie or shopping it was not a long time walking in the cold and the shuttle on the 16th street mall is always nice too.... only regret is i wanted to swim. We love the hotel but weren't too pleased that the parking was so expensive! Just be sure to add that into the cost of the room itself. Not quite the bargain it seems to be!

Great hotel and an excellent location. The rooms are a bit small, there is an outside swimming pool (which would be great in the summer, not so much in the winter) and it is a missing a hot tub (which would be great in the winter).

The bath tub was backed up and wouldn't drain. There was very little water pressure and the bathroom was dirty.

Nice hotel and staff. If you want internet connection, you had to pay extra. Almost all hotels have free a connection now. They need to re-think that option because i wont stay there again because of this.

the room was nice but the heat wasnt working properly and it took 2 calls to the front desk to get someone up to correct the issue but overall it was a nice place to stay

This was a great room - perfect downtown location. The room was very spacious, but there was an odd layout. The towel holder was broken and the sink didn't drain, but I can live with that. The rooms are TINY and the price was through the roof! Very poor value for the price. If you have more than one person in your party don't plan on spending any time in the room because there is no space. Amenities were poor, closet space non-existent. They forgot to make our room up the first day we were there and had to call housekeeping at 7 pm to […] have it cleaned. In addition, you have to walk to an elevator, take it to the 2nd floor, walk across a bridge then take another elevator to your room floor. Had to search for a bellman to help with luggage upon check-in. Won't stay there again. Mehr

I was told by front desk that parking would be added to acct and to use room key to get out of garage. I was also told that I would have 1 day of parking charged and that I had in-out ability until 4PM. Room key did not work. Had to call using call button. Was charged for two days parking ($50.00). No response from hotel when queried.

WIFI charge except in Loby? Stayed two nights and paid twice for parking? We did not like being on the 16th Floor. Would have prefered a room under the 10th Floor but were not asked at time of check-in. Seems our stay has always been upper floors.

You can't get better than moatcing exactly your web site description. Booked from overseas, I stayed a Saturday night and had no issue with news from the local nightlife. 16th Street Mall was right on the doorstep.

There was a problem with the first room they put us in, but I called and they couldn't have been nicer about moving us. They even had a bellman bring the new keys up to the room and move us, so we didn't have to go back down to the desk. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants, bars and shops very nearby. Parking is expensive, but unfortunately […] that seems to be becoming par for most nicer hotels now. We had a great stay and got a really great price from Expedia. No complaints, very friendly staff. Mehr

The rooms are large and stylish. It has a great location right at the start of the 16th Street mall. There are lots of restaurants, shops, from fast food to fine dining within walking distance.
