ordentliches , unkompliziertes mittelklassehotel in touristisch praktischer lage(verkehrsmittel,restaurants,zugang zu sehenswürdigkeiten etc).zimmer in oberen etagen vorzuziehen, da weiter weg vom strassenlärm(fenster einfachverglasung also kaum lärmisoliert)

nettes, nicht zu großes Hotel mit sehr schönen, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Suiten. Ich war schon mehrfach da und kann die konstante Qualität bestätigen. Personal sehr kundenorientiert und zuvorkommend, also alles bestens. Es gibt ein ausreichendes (Amerikanisches) Früstück und ein kleines Dinner zwischen 17-19 Uhr, das ich aber nie genutzt habe. Das […] Hotel liegt direkt an der S-Bahnstation Peachtree, so dass man vom Flughafen einfach nur die MARTA (S-Bahn) besteigen muss und für 2$ bis vor die Eingangstür fahren kann. Der perfekte S-Bahn Anschluss bringt Sie in kurzer Zeit für ganz wenig Geld in alle Richtungen. So ist man in 15 Minuten in Buckhead. Zum Kongresszetrum, zum Peachtree Center / 5 Points, sowie Underground sind es nur einige Minuten zu Fuss. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und werde dort wohnen, wann immer ich kann. It was by far the best hotel I've stayed in in atl. The staff was amazing, I felt like we had already been friends for a while. I can't remember all their names or I'd list them, but everyone who worked may 7-8. I was impressed with what came with the hotel for the low price we paid. Its the little things like free wifi, free breakfast, free dinners […] etc that I enjoyed. The crazy thing to me is that all the other bigger and more expensive hotels in the area charge you for these things. They even called me in my room after i checked in to make sure i was ok. Room and location was great. A little hard to find though. Only complaint was the $25 valet parking which was necessary unless you wanted to park in a deck two blocks away.

The hotel was nice however when we arrived the room we reserved was not available and they charged us the same amount for a smaller room and for valet parking. They gave us a large cot and acted as if it was a privelage not to be charged when we were short 2 queen beds. Very misleading policies with regards to refunds and a pathetic unwillingness to even listen to the customer. Will never stay at another Residence Inn or Marriott family hotel given this awful experience.

We came to Atlanta to go to the Aquarium, Coke Museum, etc. and this was an excellant location (within walking distance of area sites & restaurants). (I wished I had gotten names of clerks) The front desk was efficient & well mannered & offered help when we needed it. The tips they gave us were great. The breakfast was exactly what we needed and the […] evening social for supper was a bonus! Staff was courteous & we were SO happy with our stay. Parking is expensive but to stay downtown it is a price you have to pay. We used parking garage & walked so it was only $15.00 a day or you can use hotel valet which is a little more. Your choice. Easy acess by MARTA from the airport. Staff super friendly and the use of a nice sports club up the street with your room key was a plus. Homeless surrounding the area was a minus. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Right off the bat they gave us the wrong room. Then they acted bothered that we said something & they had to change it for us. We were very pleased with our room and the friendliness of the whole staff. Breakfast every day and light dinner Mon-Thurs was a real plus. Location was perfect for walking or catching MARTA to see the sights of Atlanta. We would stay here again and again, and recommend it for families with children.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The customer service was definitely five-star. The only surprise was the parking. Because the hotel is downtown, the only option is to park in a parking garage and pay daily for valet. BUT! Valet was courteous and always gave first class service. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Excelente place after flying over wintry weather with delays. It is downtown next to MARTA Peachtree station. You do not need a car to go around: underground,, coca-cola, olympic park. They served "light" dinner with drinks (M-TH) in a great atmosphere (salad, fettuccine Alfredo, toast, chips and salsa, cheeses, etc) Check flyer on your fridge to see […] menu. Great continental hot breakfast. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate on 2 floor all day. The room are big and very comfortable, had full fridge. stove, washer, etc shower was relaxing and had the right water pressure. Staff very friendly and helpfull. They let me do late check out but I had to change my plans so they took care of my luggage while I was doing the eletric car tour. Unfortunatelly I stayed only one relaxing night! The free breakfast was great and had many choices. My big issue is there really is no other option but to pay the $25 a day valet. Why can't I park my own car? Then when we called for our vehicle to be ready, we still had to wait 10 minutes for our vehicle. The front desk was ok, not really friendly.

The staff was great from check in to check out. Small problem I was checked into a dirty room but that was quickly corrected. The hotel just seem to be really old. It needs to be updated. I wouldn't choose this location again because of that.

I loved that they gave great direction to find the hotel and stayed on the phone with me to make sure i made the right turn. I love that they offer dinner, because a lot of hotels doesn't offer that and that keep money in my pocket.

Great hotel. Not sure who would rate this less than a 5? Location is in the heart of Atlanta. The suite I stayed in was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast offered was a great hot buffet-style service. Friendly staff. Strong WiFi connection in the room. I would and will stay here again. The building alone is a piece of history.

I frequent Atlanta and have stayed at the really expensive hotels and been conveniently located to the main attractions in the city. I did extensive research and waited for deals for this trip and came across the Residence Inn...WOW. A most definite 5 star!! This hotel seemed like a new structure to me, or perhaps recently renovated. Very nice to have […] the refrigerator and microwave for leftovers. The breakfast buffet was delicious. But, above all else, the staff was exceptional! This is a MUST stay. And within walking distance of anything you would want to do without moving your vehicle. Ps. Valet is an additional $25.00 a night. I mention this because it needs to be factored into the price per night, but this is reasonable and expected in this city. Happy stay!!! Mehr

Rooms was clean and staff were very nice and helpful. Room was a decent size: not big, not small. Decent fitness center (2 recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and free weights with 2 benches) with nice views. Free breakfast with many choices. The room and services were great. The morning breakfast was the best I have seen. I have never heard of an evening meal being offered vefore. This was also much apreciated and very good! The acces to the MARTA was just aone quarter a block away.

Everything about the stay was excellent, with the exception of valet. They just could not get it right. We called down sometimes 20 minutes before we actually came downstairs, only to find - EACH TIME - that no one had left to retrieve our vehicle. We were late TWICE because of the valet. URGH!
