Das Hotel bietet in Relation zu dem Preis ein sehr gutes Leistungsverhältnis. Es war sauber, in der Nähe einer Interstate und hatte alle notwenigen Komforteigenschaften.

We stayed a couple nights and had nothing to complain. We were out and about a lot and therefore cannot say anything about the bar, pool, gym etc., but the room and service were great!

"Wonderful"
Comfortable, Clean, and extremely affordable. The Lady at the front Desk was very nice and helpful. Easy access to the Highway, which was great.

We were pleasantly surprised at the large and roomy features of our room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable! (even came with extra plump pillows on each bed! )
I have almost reached my 10th night with Hotel.com bookings and this is the BEST choice I have made so far. We were there for music auditions at UT Knoxville and the night clerk arranged a place for the music student to practice. Very accommodating. Best breakfast as well. Across the street from the West Town Mall which was also convenient.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I could hear every word of a phone conversation in the next room. This was not because someone was shouting either -- it just seemed that sound really travelled through the adjoining door. Also, when that person's radio went off the next morning, it woke me up.

Clearly an older hotel. They could use some fine tuning and general overhaul in some areas. Hotel was clean, and we felt welcome.

We were travelling to Knoxville for a gymnastics meet at the convention center. The hotel is right off the interstate about 5 minutes or so from downtown. There are lots of good restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. There were 5 of us, two adults and three children under 10 years old. The beds were doubles, so it was a little tight, but the rooms […] were clean, had free WiFi and a good TV with cable. The complimentary breakfast was really great. Make your own fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, fresh fruits, cereals, biscuits, muffins, the works. Is it fancy? NO. Very simple but we paid a very reasonable price. The downtown hotels were twice the price. We would happily go there again. Mehr

"Great hotel for UT games"
We absolutely love the location and they make you feel very invited. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. We usually stay at top end hotels and this one was such a nice surprise. We waited until the last minute to book UT rooms so we went out on a limb by staying here and would definitely stay there again. Everything about our […] stay was wonderful but the towel situation. On Friday night we are given normal size towels in our room but on Saturday night we are given very small towels. This was our second time to stay there in 2 weeks and it happened both times. The first time we were just given hand towels and that was it. You couldn't even wrap your hair in it. They quickly remedied the situation by giving us some normal size towels and apologized. Mehr

We checked in around noon but did not go to the room until 9PM. The room was unmade. A complete MESS. Was given another room and the arm was falling off of the desk chair. The towels were worn out and when we requested more were told they were not sure they had anymore. There was a lot of mildew in the tub/shower area. This was not a pleasant weeke […] nd Mehr
"not bad for the money"
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a little old, but the only complaint I have is that the pillows were very small and uncomfortable, so we were not able to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, location and price were great.
We were very impressed with the hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great! The only thing we could have complained about at all was the TV didn't have the clearest of reception on some channels. We would definately recommend it to others and will stay there again! Was really easy to get to all the places we went in Knoxville!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The gym was large. The rooms were large and VERY clean!! Each room also had a balcony! The free breakfast was tasty, and the free internet is always nice!! Extremely satistified!

The hotel was easy to access from the interstate. I was there one night for business travel. Room and grounds were clean but a bit dated.

My overnight experience at the hotel was very pleasant relaxing and quiet. Very comfortable mattress. For you ladies and gentlemen who love to shop......a large shopping mall is directly across the street from the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall hotel condition and service, I had a small but disconcerting problem with the room door not fully locking when left to close by itself, when I told the desk staff they immediately called maintenance and the door lock was fixed in short order. The hot breakfast was very good, the location right off the expressway […] is excellent, several name restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay just a few minutes outside the downtown Knoxville area. DW Mehr

"Ramada was very nice"
We only stayed one night but we was pleased with the room. It was big and very clean. I will recommend this hotel in the future and will stay again when I am back in that area.
"It was fine."
The overall stay was fine but we did have some hiccups. We had two rooms and both had issues. Both rooms had king beds but very few pillows - those on hand were too small. Room #1 had horrible internet connections...while online you would be kicked off. This happens, I know, but it happened all weekend. There was no internent in that room for the majority […] of the stay - inconvenient more than anything, glad I wasn't there for work. Room #2: The coach cushion (had a sleeper sofa) had a huge hole in it and the sheets provided to fit the sleeper sofa weren't the right size. The swimming pool area is nicely fenced in and has seating nearby for a relaxing break. However, the kiddie pool (1 ft) was very dirty. Leaves and dirt were in the pool as if it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Mehr

I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling in the Knoxville,TN area. Very clean and personnel at motel were very courteous.

"Great Location, nice room,"
My wife and I needed a spot just of Highway #40 and the inn was close, great shoping and dining in the area, Quiet hotel, well worth using.

"Ramada Knoxville, TN - nice hotel"
This hotel is on a main street right off the Interstate. We had to drive slowly down the street as there are several shops and businesses on the street and the entrance was not easy to see at night. The staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable and we were very pleased with our stay.
Across from mall. Macaroni Grill in attached parking lot. Provided warm cookies at check-in. Overall room was good for the money. In-room heater continuosly cycled on and off, disrupting sleep. Once room temperature was adequate, I was able to turn off the heat and stop the cycle.

"Perfect location for me"
It was not only close to where I needed to be, but close to the mall, stores, resturants....as I said, I is where I plan to stay anytime I stay in Knoxville.

The customer service was exceptional! The hotel is older so the facilities were not the best but it was comfortable. We were very pleased witht the staff. Always helpful with a smile.
"Very dirty bath tub"
This hotel was dirty! Especially the bath tub, we had to take a shower in slippers, the sinks were cracked too.

"Mkt bra bemötande, service och fina rum."
Blev mkt positivt bemött, mkt vänlig hjälpsam personal, fina moderna och välstädade rum. Läget var väldigt bra med stort shoppingcenter på andra sidan gatan. Bra sängar och badrum. Fri parkering.Rekommenderas.
