La Quinta Inn and Suites Shreveport Airport - Shreveport

We had a non-smoking room, but it (and the entire floor) smelled like smoke.

The room was very comfortable and much roomier than other hotels we have stayed in. I just wish there were queen-size beds rather than double. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. Breakfast food choices were a little limited. Overall we had a good stay.

Was very pleased with the ease of check-in. Made reservations online. The reviews we read online were correct. Our room was neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable. No complaints. Lots of places to eat and a WalMart close by. Easy access to interstate.

Awesome stay, loved every bit. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly. I would stay again and pets welcomed is the added bonus!

We always try to stay at a LaQuinta because these hotels and service is very good. This particular stay, I have one complaint: after we got home (7 hours away) I noticed that I did not have one of my bags. I called back and manager said staff did not find it....?? My problem is that the bag contained my computer "memory stick" which had all my personal […] data, bills, numbers etc on it!! I called back 3 days in row and seemed like manager was not very concerned. If any of my credit cards or bank accounts etc, or our identities get defiled financially I will know where the problem came from. Mehr

Hotel is located close to everything to include Downtown. Breakfast is good for continental. Rooms clean and spacious. Would stay again.

Right off the highway. Decently clean hotel, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Nice staff. Breakfast was sub-par, but we didn't care. We just used it as a stop on the way to New Orleans and a night at the boats. It was fine for the price, no complaints.

driving from tx to md, we got a late start and ended up pulling over in shreveport. the hotel was easy to find, beautiful, and was pet-friendly. the staff were eager and very helpful and had us in our room within minutes. the location is a convenient one, with access to restaurants, a walmart, and shopping areas. although we were confused as to when […] breakfast was over (we were downstairs at 9:30 and it had already been cleaned up), we walked over to waffle house and had breakfast there. all in all, a good experience. There was a lot to offer in this hotel room then most expensive hotels. We only stayed over night but we enjoy it. The only complaint is that bed was a bit hard.

You can not control the temperature in the room and we sweated both nights, even though it was below freezing outside. The staff did not care and told us it was due to recent renovations gone bad. The staff was very blunt and rude the whole time. I found out that I was stranded there due to sleet, snow and road closures, so I asked them about switching […] rooms to one where I could control the temperature. The front desk got very rude in telling me that I just needed to know how to work the thermostat and that I could do what I wanted to do. We knew how to work the thermostat, from the last time we stayed at the hotel and burned up. I was so dissatisfied with the staff and the rooms that I switched hotels for the last night of my stay, and went across the street. This was not our first bad experience at that hotel but it will be our last. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

Hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and within short driving distance to shopping. Beds were too small for 2 adults. and could not control the air conditioning. Was set to go no lower than 63 degrees. Did not feel this cool.

this was very clean. though there was no hotel soaps and shampoo readily available. it had to be requested which was a inconvenience. the shower curtain was ripped and the door lock did not respond to the key card even after several attempted downstairs to get it fixed. another inconvenience. service was great and continental breakfast was great.

Everything was up to date & clean. Wish my house looked like this.

The downtown Hilton is cheaper! The Horseshoe 5 * casino is cheaper M-Th.
