Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 30. Sep. 2012Das Hotel ist direkt in der Altstadt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Kaffee und O-Saft gibt es bei Bedarf frisch von der Bedienung.Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 min zu Fuss vom Funclaire. Damit ist es hervorragend geeignet für Stadterkundungen. Einen eigenen Parkplatz hat das Hotel zwar nicht, aber man kann gegen Gebühr ein Parkkarte bekommen und den Wagen direkt am Hafen abstellen (für ein Cityhotel ist das nichts ungewöhnliches). Allerdings sind das auch nur ca. 5 Min zu Fuß. Gerne gehen wir das nächste mal wieder in das Hotel.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 28. Aug. 2012Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr um die Gäste bemüht und darum, dass diese haben, was sie brauchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber! Wenn man ohne Auto kommt, ist es nicht ganz einfach, den Weg zum richtigen Bus zu finden und das Personal weiß über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel leider auch schlecht Bescheid. Alles in allem: Sehr gerne wieder!

"Zentrale Lage, jedoch etwas heruntergekommen"
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Quebec, direkt an der Ausgehmeile mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Parking im hoteleigenen Parkhaus ist möglich aber teuer. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer ist alt, abgenützt und schmutzig. Die Zimmer sind nur mittelmässig sauber. Betten i.o. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ein Luxury-Doppelzimmer. Von Luxus war keine Spur, war […] sehr eng für vier Personen. Die Ausrüstung im Badezimmer, Minibar (Kaffee+Tee) war jedoch nur für zwei Personen vorgesehen. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden die entsprechenden Gegenstände ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Quebec. Es ist aber sehr teuer. Das Frühstück ist auch teuer und eher mittelmässig. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"54 inch beds instead of 60"
Although we had requested queen beds, we were upgraded to a room on the 19 th floor. The rooms were great but the beds were 54 inches wide instead of 60 inches. I cannot see why a hotel of your quality would have 54 inch beds when there is ample room to put either 2 queen beds or 2 king beds. "Good location"
The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is easy to find and close to the old town and there are lots of cafes etc nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. We were there on Jan. 26, 2013: The room was nice enough, with a very nice view, but the bed was really uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. Otherwise, the experience was nice. Perfect stay for New Year's celebration. Walking distances to all interesting areas including Le Petit Champlain, shopping areas, restaurants, etc, etc. Will definitely return but it might be a summer trip........ had a very cold period. Little dissapointed that it cost $42 for WIFI room service for 3 days. "Excellent location for New Year's Eve ceremony"
Generally, it was a very good hotel. Especially for people like us that wanted to participate in the New Year's Eve program which was held exactly in front of the hotel. Rooms and lobby were very clean, a little bit old though. You should know that it is a pet friendly hotel. It is very close to old Quebec and most famous restaurants of the city. "Great room but Horrible customer service"
I liked the room and the check in rep was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room service rep were Also nice and pleasant. However my room would not get cleaned until the last day of stay. Also the hallways were extremely noisy with staff cleaning rooms and running their mouths. Also I definitely did not like the check out person that was completely […] rude, unprofessional. I asked Him for help with getting a taxi for me to the airport and his response was " go outside and start walking on the streets" to find a cab. He got annoyed when I asked him to call a number for me and kept pushing me off to another rep. He completely ruined the entire experience and I would not recommend that hotel to him. A very good hotel at a really good price we received after Christmas and before New Year. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a good touch. The rooms were large, the bed comfortable and the facilities were excellent. As usual though, the higher quality hotels always seem to charge for wi-fi, yet you receive free wi-fi in cheaper hotels […] and even hostels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They called us to check up on us when we were heading out in a snow storm! Service was immaculate! Revolving restaurant offers breathtaking views of the city and St. Lawrence river! We had a great stay at Loews. It was in a great location for all the actives you would want to do in Quebec City. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. An extremely comfortable stay- would recommend this hotel to anyone! Loved it.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Great Hotel for walking and nightlife!"
The hotel was in a great location to walk and see all of quebec. Located at the top of Grand Alle where all the restaurants and nightlife take place. In addition, it was a close walk to lower town and also St-Jean where one will find a little more local street. "One night getaway"
Enjoyed our overnight stay. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and an amazing view from our room. Staff was nice. The valet service was slow and we were forced to use it after buying a parking pass since the parking was full... That was rather frustrating. Also we made a reservation at the restaurent upstairs for 8:30 and asked if they […] could call us if anything was available earlier as we were hungry. We were about to leave to go eat elsewhere so i went to cancel our reservation and they asked if it were because it was too late. After telling them that yes indeed we wanted to eat earlier they let us up immediatly. Once in the restaurent we realized that there was plenty of tables available...
