The restaurants in the hotel were sub par and very expensive for the service and quality of food. While the staff was attentive, the food itself required better controls, as eggs were cold, hamburger came with a cold bun and tomatoes and mazzarella cheese were unappetizing due to the size and how the presentation was accomplished. I wanted a classic, old, big city hotel, and that was what I got. So, I'm mostly happy. The only thing that degraded my experience was the bathroom. The light fixture over the vanity failed to illuminate adequately the rest of the bath room. Both the toilet and the bathtube were shrouded in gloom. Not good.

Recieved a threatening crank call in the middle of the night- apparently several other guests recieved this type of rude awakening, couldn't fall back asleep. Ruined my work schedule the next morning. The management didn't call me to apologize although front desk staff appeared to be concerned. Head of security was a joke.

This hotel is very conveniently located. I drove from Florida and had no problem finding it. Its close to interesting restaurants that aren't found anywhere where I'm from. The only complaint I could have about the hotel was simply that it could use some updating/remodeling but it's still very comfortable and convenient.

this hotel is centrally located in Rittenhouse Square and has a lovely exterior, lobby and friendly service. However, the room I was given was small, outdated and the carpets were stained. Also, the bathroom was in an odd location and towards the windows of the room rather when you first walk in. I've stayed at this hotel before in a room with a King […] and it felt support luxurious. However the room I was given this time felt like a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than what one would expect of the Warwick. Mehr

We selected this hotel because they allowed us to bring the dogs and we were very pleased by the helpful staff, comfy beds and great location. The price was right also, we received 20% off our stay through hotels.com for a two night stay.

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at the Warwick .Close to many attractions, Great spot!

This hotel was nice, clean, not in need of any major repairs, the rooms were clean, efficient, and I had zero complaints. The hotel location is perfect and there are many bars, restaurants, sites to see near by. The restaurant in the lobby, Tavern 17, seemed nice (I only had breakfast there). Our first two nights were just ok. The service was fantastic, and every time we talked to them, over the phone, in the elevator, in the lobby, everyone was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The first morning in our room, we realized the tub wouldn't drain. We called down and it was fixed by the time we returned from Breakfast. There was no view and […] the walls were thin - so we could hear the neighbors if they lingered in the hallway too long. That said, it was a very large room, with a fairly new television and a large desk. We weren't worried about the view, because we weren't going to be in the room much - same for the thin walls - which were only a problem for about 5 minutes one morning. The WIFI worked great, but there was a serious lack of open outlets, so I had to unplug the clock to get my laptop and our mobile phones charging. The real problem was that the sleepnumber bed was awful. We didn't even realize we had one until after a second uncomfortable night of sleep, we looked in the amenities book and saw the info about the bed. We couldn't find the remote, so we called down (at about 5:30 am) and they sent someone right up. He brought a remote and made sure it was working (again, friendly and courteous). After about an hour of messing around with the remote, we realized the sleepnumber beds are ridiculous. It's very much like sleeping on an inflatable bed with a remote-controlled compressor to adjust it. We called down and asked for a normal bed and we were in a new room by that afternoon. The new room was great. Better view, working drain, comfortable bed. Our last day / night at the hotel was everything you could hope for a hotel stay to be. I had to unplug the clock again, but otherwise, everything was great. Mehr

The Radisson was a nice hotel in a perfect location. its in the middle of Philly's dining and shopping area. The door men were exceptional and gave great recommendations of places to eat. My only problem was the room had a sleep number bed which we did not like. We could not sleep well on this bed. I had a corner room so there was great sunlight and the room was large. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Pro-- located in expensive part of town and therefore readily accessible to many places in Center City. Pro-- friendly staff. Con-- room I got (I booked with Hotel.com) faced the service alley, therefore it was dark and noisy throughout the day and night. Con-- Bed was lumpy and very soft. OK for those who prefer soft beds, but not for those with back […] issues. Con-- no refrigerator (I confess I've grown used to seeing them even in less expensive hotels. Con-- asked for wake-up call, which never came. Con-- I booked with them ONLY because they accepted pets and had good reviews from people who stayed there with pets. Only downside was lack of room service or restaurants in the facility during day (breakfast is available). There are local restaurants closeby.

Great location---great shopping on Walnut St and many good restuarants. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we had plumbing issues with sink and toliet our room. Staff repsonded quickly and did their best to remedy the situation. We appreciate the history and architecture of an older hotel ,however, […] our room had significant cracking and peeling of ceiling paint and the furnishings and carpeting looked "very tired" The major problem for both my husband and I was the Sleep Number Bed. It was uncomfortable for us. I would not be able to book again with this hotel,nor any other hotel using this bed based on that fact alone. We need and want good rest while on vacation and this bed did not provide that for us. Mehr

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very nice, and although compact, very comfortable. It took a while to get the Sleep Number bed setting right, but was worth it. And the Coffee Bar was a nice alternative for breakfast - a true old fashioned coffee shop where everything is hand made WHEN you order it. One of the few pet friendly hotels in downtown. […] Definitely would stay here again. Mehr

The Radisson Warwick was located conveniently close to the Wells Fargo Center. The Valet parking was limited in arrival space but they were very friendly and accomodating. The restarant located within the hotel was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. The Coffee Bar was perfectly priced and very delicious. They had wonderful desserts and rich, […] bold, delicious coffee with a very inviting atmosphere. Mehr

Booked through Hotels.com and got a room with a "poor" view. Other than that, all was very good to excellent. 9th floor, no street noise staff was very helpful and hospitable. The concierge extra fee was worth it for breakfast alone, ability to get coffee etc... exceeded my expactations slightly.

"Renovated" being the operative word. The room was nice, with new beds and lovely cotton bedding, but the bathroom plumbing had not been updated and the sink was slow in draining. Not a big thing, but not a luxury play either. It's nice that there is a fridge that is not a mini-bar, but ours was so noisy, we had to unplug it. These are nitpick-y things, […] but they are the types of details that separate comfortable from top of the line. On the other hand, the location could not be better and the staff is wonderful. Mehr

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel in Rittenhouse Square district. The staff was accomodating and very nice. Room was clean and huge which we definitely needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was in close proximity to shopping and great food. Not far from downtown if you wanted to catch some other sight seeing. Our […] favorite spots were Little Pete's Diner, Square 1682 Restaurant and Lounge, Scoop Deville, and of course all of the high end shops i.e. Juicy Coutoure, Burberry, Ann Taylor, Benjamin Lovell Shoes, and Coach. great location , within walking distance to just about everything . steve at the front door was great with helping us get around and things to see and do . thanks steve.

Everything was satisfactory, except the noisy, rattle of the air conditioner, which kept us awake most of the night..

The hotel gives you an "AT-HOME" feeling with friendly staff from Bell-Hop to Maid Service. They all greet you and ask how you're doing with a big smile. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this hotel and both times we loved it!! The shopping is excellent and the restaurants are so varied that we never get bored and have not come close to seeing it all. It is very dog friendly as everyone there is walking their dog and sitting at an outdoor cafe with their furry friend. We plan to go back again this year and […] for many years to come. We are city dwellers, and after staying in a suburban hotel for a few days for a family event, our hearts were happy to arrive at the Radisson Warwick. Walking distance to Suburban Station, the Park, and shops and food galore. The hotel is beautiful and our room had a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. We arrived early and a room was available, […] which was great. The day we checked out we had some time until our flight, so we were walking around and were caught in a downpour. We returned to the hotel, soaked, and they gladly retrieved our bags and gave us a restroom key to change clothes. We had requested a shuttle to the airport, and it was past the expected time, so I checked with the front desk. The Bellman overheard me, said it could be the weather, but called the service to check and learned we weren't on the list of pickups. He asked when our flight was, told me the flat rate for a taxi to the airport and said with two of us traveling, it would come to about the same, and we'd get there on time, all while on hold with the shuttle service. I told him we'd take a cab, he hung up and he grabbed our bags and flagged the next cab in line, saying we need to leave first. I never caught his name, but he was wearing a Unite Here button, which I commented on. I selected the Radisson based on other hotel.com reviews. So glad I did. Mehr

The hotel would have been fine except they had some water emergency when we were there. There was no water in the sink or shower in the morning - and was discolored when it came back.

Staff extremely friendly and kind. Room (king bed) rather outdated and floor carpet not cleaned properly (previous occupant's junk was left on the floor); but bathroom very clean. Only 1 chair for sitting and watching TV, but it was a nice flat screen TV. Sleep number bed a bit weird --it "crowns" at the firmer (higher) number levels so your head feels […] like it's sinking lower while middle of body being pushed up. Bedding quality was okay except for wimpy, tired pillows that don't support your head. Teeny little trash can in bathroom -- almost a toy. Room would have been better if it had a little fridge for cold drinks as the outdoor temp was 106 degrees F. Also, the room had been heavily perfumed by cleaning products on our arrival; but the housekeeping service ceased and desisted using this stuff after I told them I had an allergy to perfrume. Excellent business center on main floor to use computers and print out documents. Nice lobby and excellent valet parking service -- not a scratch on my car and it looked cleaner than when we arrived. I stayed here once before with my sister about two years ago and our stay was amazing. This year I went with my Hunnie to attend a concert at Penn's Landing and knew I wanted to come back to the Radisson. It did not disappoint. the room was nice and well cept. the beds were great and the service, as always was amazing. The hotel is located in Rittenhouse […] square, which is so close to EVERYTHING and is the nicest neighborhood in Philly, in my opinion. Close to great shopping. Pete's dinner is has amazing burgers and is right across the street. Tony Jr's has great cheese steaks and that is right around the corner. We had an amazing time and will definitely be going back whenever we get a chance. Mehr

This lovely hotel is located near Rittenhouse Square and near shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service was good and there is a restaurant and bar located in the lobby.

Very nice.

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay. We wanted to visit downtown Philly. We took the train in from Lancaster. Convenient walk from the Broad Street line. Neighborhood was great. Room was spacious for a city hotel. It felt more upscale than what we paid. I agree with other reviews that the sleep number beds were a little much. Overall a great […] stay. We will definitely be returning. If you do stay, take a walk across the street to Lil' Pete's for breakfast! Mehr

The service at this hotel is excellent and it is conveniently located close to major Philadelphia attractions in a lovely, safe part of the city. The rooms are luxurious and the lounge/restaurant is a nice feature with a great happy hour nightly. This hotel is definitely worth the price and I would definitely stay there again!

My friend and I had a debate of which hotel to stay at for our weekend in Philly. We decided to compromise and stay at the Hampton Inn (her choice) for the first two nights and the Warwick (my choice) for the last night. The Warwick was like Shangri-la after staying at the Hampton! We loved the neighborhood - walking distance to restaurants, bars, […] attractions. The room was very comfortable, complete with a Sleep Number bed. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger - not much sink space for two women getting ready at the same time. Three restaurants on site; we made use of Tavern 17 for drinks/apps and the Coffee Bar for breakfast. Really reasonable prices! I would definitely recommend the Warwick to anyone staying in Philly.
