Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe - Teaneck

The hotel is worth every penny for the value, located a little away from NYC, but if you are coming with family, you will appreciate the savings and comfort so the little extra drive is worth.

We went in via back entrance and got lost ending up at the next building. It was busy at the ballroom and there was no sign to the lobby. Eventually we came around and asked someone. The room was large and clean and we got a quiet 12th floor room. I would recommend this hotel for its reasonable price and kind help at the desk as well.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked the hotel with the intention of having a small swim party at the hotels adjourning pool. I called the spa during the week and were only given the weekday hours. On the day of the my daughter's slumber party at the hotel, which was a Saturday, 6 kids were dressed to get into the pool only to […] be turned away because it was closed. We ere also told that because of a private event, the kids would've had to go outside the hotel AFTER swimming in 25 degree weather to get back into the hotel. I will NEVER go to this hotel again. Back to Crowne Plaza in Englewood where they actually OWN the pool. Mehr

I was more than pleased. I had to make some changes to my room arrangements, including finding an extra room at last-minute notice, and the desk clerk was accommodating, and polite and made it so easy for me. I appreciate the attention and thoughtful service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Teaneck Marriott. The room was a good size, clean, and very quiet.

I am working for Cognizant Tech Solutions.. at 500 Frank W Burr. Hence this one is the best choice for me purely from location perspective (adjacent buildings). Nothing special or great about the stay.. at times rates are exorbitant. Surprising to see that they charge for the Internet even when this is supposed to be complementary for employees of […] Cognizant. For employees of Cognizant (CTS), we don't have many choices, esp. for short stay for a day or two. However, I would stay elsewhere and rather commute to office when I am in NJ next time. Mehr

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It was a very friendly, clean, up to date hotel in an excellent location for where i needed to go. My only complaint was when i got back late Saturday night and wanted to go to the bar for a drink the bar was already closed! So then when i went to my room to call for room service they were also closed for the […] evening. On a Saturday night it would have been nice if they stayed open just a little later! Mehr

Our hotel stay was fantastic. The staff were very attentive, the location is only about a 20 minute bus ride (1 stop) from the Port Authority/Times Square. Very convenient. The restaurant was really good. 2 words I would use to describe our experience would be Value and Quality. I will stay here again.

They were very down to earh and provided amazing service.

We went to this hotel because our Daughters play Soccer for Niagara University and they were staying there also. It would have been nice to get the same group room rates as them. My wife asked and was refused.

The hotel was fantastic. Room was big, comfortable and clean. What else can you ask for?

It was very clean and quite.

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. All HD channels, convenient 20 minutes to city, and a beautiful lobby. Honestly no complaints

I enjoyed this hotel except the A/C in the room wasn't good, as well as, the refrigarator wasn't working well!

I made a reservation via hotels.com, which was easy. But I was promised a room with microwave and a fridge which was never there. Also, the room does not have a safe. It's a bit far from restaurants, but there is one in the hotel which I believe is a bit expensive. Other than that it was a great place to spend time and also be close to NY as the bus […] is right at the door steps. Free parking. Overall a great hotel to be in. Mehr

There is a bus stop close to hotel that can be used to go to New York down town. Breakfast is very good. Room was noisy because of A/C inside the wall.

Overall it was great, we just found the beds to be soft. We kept gravitating to the centre of the bed and sinking in. I think new beds are in order. Other than that, it was great.

We stayed here this past weekend and the initial room we were given had urine on the toilet seat. The next room was better but you could just tell that the bathroom floor was dirty, I felt like I had to wear flip flops when walking around. The walls at the hotel are paper thin, we got back from a wedding at 5 am saturday morning, and were woken up by […] the loud people/children in the room next to us. It was very annoying. The location of the hotel is conveniant to the city but I would rather pay more and stay at a nicer hotel. Mehr

overal, nice hotel, front members... a little disapointed and especially for korean recommended. korean tv channels and newspaper's prepared, and various HD TV free, breakfast not so bad.

Weekend price was competitive, convenient location, clean and comfortable, easy access to highways. Would definitely stay here again if I have to be in the Teaneck area.

The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean and i did a late check out at 2pm without any hassle. The exit to get to the hotel is little tirckey but overall excellent hotel.

When we checked in, they did not have our Hotels.com reservation. They charged my credit card again and said that I had to straighten it out with Hotels.com. Not their problem. After several phone calls and waiting on hold the problem was resolved the next morning. The hotel staff was not very helpful upon arrival. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The name it self holds great value. Everything was great but wished breakfast was included in the price. Besides that everything was excellent. The transportation system was great. The bus takes you straight to New York city, bus authority station where it's a min walk to "Time Square".

We have stayed at this hotel several times. My only problem with this hotel is that there is no free WIFI and only a hard wired network connection which you have to pay to use.

Great room- clean & comfortable. Close to kosher restaurants in Teaneck. No wireless internet access. BEWARE: Internet costs an extra $15 or so and one has connect one's laptop to a cable.

A spotless hotel with a very comfortable bed. Don't expect any distinguishing character - it's really a hotel for business travelers or conventioneers. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity but it's only a short trip by car into Manhattan, that is, unless the traffic is heavy and then all bets are off. My only real complaint is the "air freshener" […] used by housekeeping. It's strong, pervasive, impossible to dissipate (even though there's a little window that you can open), and hell on those of us with allergies or asthma. It was noticeable in the hall getting off the elevator. I called the front desk immediately after entering our room and was told it was used everywhere so changing rooms wouldn't help. The location in the middle of nowhere was not much of a problem for us because we were visiting relatives in the area and not there for a vacation. I might consider staying there again were it not for what they call "air freshener." If you're not trying to operate out of the hotel as a NYC tourist and if you don't care about the indoor chemical pollution, it's a very comfortable hotel. Mehr

Overall the experience was satisfying, with a clean comfortable room and all of the typical expected amenities. However, the night staff was not friendly and most unhelpful upon check in.

Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and attractively furnished. Hotel restaurant cuisine was of high quality, although breakfest buffet a bit pricey.

We picked up family at JFK and chose this hotel for ease of access to NYC for sightseeing the next day. It was tough to find late at night, though, and tacked an hour onto our already long day. Once there, though, we we pleased with the price, thrilled with the comfort of the rooms, and access to the local transit bus that took 15 minutes to take us […] into Manhattan. On a down note, while we saved money on parking, everything inside the hotel was geared toward the business travel (i.e. you had to pay for everything, and pay a lot -- breakfast, internet, etc.). We'd still consider this hotel for future stays. Mehr
