Embassy Suites Hotel® St. Louis-Airport - Bridgeton

We had a very good stay. The hotel is very nice for the price we received. The only problems that could be corrected: we had room service on Friday and told to put tray with dirty dishes outside our door and they were still there on Sunday when we checked out. Also, the breakfast eggs were extremely cold as though they came out of the freezer.

Unfortunately the room I was given was not clean and the rug and sofa spotted. The staff were very considerate and brought in cleaning staff right then as there were no other rooms the next day they switch me to another room and were very concerned. Breakfast is really good a complete selection not the usual nasty things you find elsewhere. If you don't use a gps its very hard to find - locals get lost because there is only one way in and out of the location Mehr

Our stay was overnight only, but staff were more than accommodating, complimentary shuttle service to the airport was prompt and comfortable. Great deal

We loved this place. Breakfast buffet was awesome - also had cook to order. Manager cocktail time was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only trouble for us was that the pool was closed but they bussed us to the local community center and reimbursed us the cost. This hotel was very nice! It is newly remodeled and and clean. The staff was very nice, although quite busy. There is a "manager's reception" every night where they serve you free drinks and snacks. Great value. The shuttle takes you to the airport in the morning so you don't have to worry about waking up early and getting there to park. Also, the room […] was clean, and the food was great. They even have a weekend special where you can get grilled burgers and Nathan's hot dogs with fries for only $5! Will definitely stay here again! Mehr

I stay with Embassy all the time and this is the first embassy I would never return to. First problem was the hot tub was ice cold. Second was the bartender at the manager reception was so rude. Third their breakfast was so limited. And finally, the biggest problem was my son's iPod touch was taken from the room when the housekeeper clean it. I have […] tried to contact the GM for over a week with no luck. I feel like everyone at the hotel and their corporate office is giving me the run around. Worst hotel stay ever. Mehr

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location right near airport. Room was clean, comfy and elegant. Breakfast was delicious. Evening snack and drinks reception was delightful surprise. Nice pool and hot tub...unfortunately I did not get to utilize the gym, but it looked great. Would definitely stay there again!

The desk cleck Rashauda was very helpful and my family just loved her.

My wife and I stayed the day before we flew out for our cruise. This hotel is a GREAT place to stay if you plan to leave your car before going on a trip. First off the staff is very nice and extremely helpful at any hour of the day or night. We had a great time at there happy hour they have each afternoon. Could not be happier. Very clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful, stayed one night, but the room was very spacious and breakfast was fantastic for our family.

I love the Embassy Suites chain in general, so I pretty much got what I expected. The manager reception and made-to-order breakfast are great. My one complaint is that it is directly off the highway, making it a little inconvenient to get to ( you have to make a circle to get back.)

stayed with 2 kids under 11 and had a great time. the boys loved it and it was pretty close to everything we wanted to do. staff was VERY nice, breakfast was awesome and happy hour wasn't bad. the kids loved the pool and it wasn't too crowded. be sure to get to breakfast early to get the best eats. :)

Great Hotel if you are in the St Louis Area. Great Pool, Bar, work out room and service

We had a great experience! Remodel is complete except for the offices, which shouldn't bother anyone. Breakfast is awesome! Made the price even better when you factored in not purchasing breakfast for 4! Only reason they got a 4 for service is because we didnt' get an extra blanket that was requested.

From the moment I walked in the door to the time I checked out, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. To the breakfast buffett to the open bar at night, it was a relaxing 3 day stay.

We loved the Embassy Suites Hotel! We have never stayed at one before, but we plan in stayin there whenever possible now. The room was clean, modern, large and very comfortable! We were happily surprised to find there was a Happy hour from 5:30-7 every night with free well drinks, beer and wine!! The breakfast in the morning as the best free breakfast […] we had ever had. The stay was very relaxing... great service

Although this is a beautiful clean hotel the weekends there are crazy! We stayed two weekends in a row both were just as hectic. Our check in time was 3pm and both weekends we were not able to get into our room until 6pm. The managers reception which is free consists of goldfish and other plain crackers. Even though it is free I would think such a classy […] hotel would have more to offer. The rooms were comfy and clean. We were able to relax and have a good time. Breakfast was by fa the worst part though. My family and I went down 30 minutes after the start time and all of the tables were either dirty or full. We waited for 15 mins to get a table cleaned just to find out that there was no plates, cups, silverware, or food!!! They had 1 person cleaning tables and trying to fill the buffett too. As they would bring plates the food he filled would be gone again. It took my family 2 hours to be able to eat. We had to go to the front desk and buy juice because they ran out. It was very frustrating and was the exact same every morning. Even though this hotel was nice that aspect ruined it for us. There were also dirty room service trays at the end of every hallway where the house keepers decided to leave them. Even with all this I do believe we would stay here again. Mehr

Had a great room was very updated. full breakfast and even snack time. free drinks at happyhour i loved very much...i think i had 8 armoreta sours. pool and hot tub was a blast. I strongly reccommend if coming to stl

Nice staff, clean rooms, the floor plan of the room was different from other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom and the rooms were a little smaller in comparison to others. The heater vent only blew out in the living room area, and not in the bedroom which was odd. Luckily we didn't need to shut the bedroom door […] or it would've been a cold night! Overall nice hotel, would stay at again if the price is right :) Mehr

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely staying here again

Loved my stay; everything great. The only 4 rating was given because the breakfast service, which has a really great selection, seemed to be understaffed. No forks or plates, some cleaning needed and no one monitoring. I found someone who took care of the problem readily.
