Das Hotel abseits der Touristen-Routen...aber nahe genug am Zentrum und anderen leicht erreichbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten, ist geprägt von erstklassigem Personal, das sowohl deutsch als auch englisch beherrscht, sich sehr um alle Belange der Gäste kümmert und das Hotel zu einem familiären Flair führt......Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.....

Das Frühstuck Buffet war schrecklich nicht gut nicht den neveu denn ich erwartet habe, und auch für das was fürs dieses Buffet kostet war teuer ca. 100 egyptische pfund, damit meine ich es lohnt sich wirklich nicht dort zu frühstücken. Danke

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Egypt. The room was great, the restaurants are excellent, but most importantly the staff were amazing. They took care of every aspect of our family's vacation. For the budget minded family this is a great offer, you get the 5 star hotel at the 3-4 star price and they include airport transfer both ways. That […] is about a $40 savings. This is a good area, not many other places to eat nearby, but very quiet. "Good decent hotel"
We stayed here for 16 nights. Was really confortable and had no real problems with the quality of the hotel service. The major promlem that we had is that it took us around 3 hours to check in. The hotel staff wanted to charge us for the stay, even though we had paid Hotels.com in advance. The hotel also wanted to charge us the full rate as apposed […] to the much cheaper rate that we had got from Hotels.com. I asked them to speak to Hotels.com as this needed to be resolved between them but the receptionist told that he wasn't allowed to speak to them. I then asked if i could use the reception phone to call them and he told me that he wasn't allowed to let me call from he reception. He was very unhelpfull. I had to go to the hotel payphone to call Hotels.com,who were very good, but they couldn't get throught to the hotel, so I asked them to cal my mobile so I could pass it the receptionist. The lady at Hotels.com finally got to speak to receptionist, and it finally got resolved. Other than this, we had no issues al all. There are two decent shopping malls within a short taxi ride. "Very good location - close to main places"
The Hotel is really good and I recommend it much to all of these whom are muddled to choose a good stay in a good with reasonable price hotel.. The service is great but the reception staff are NOT really friendly, this doesn't mean all of them but most of them are NOT.. The pillows were Not comfortable at all, and the fridge was not working..!!! other […] than that, all is ok and overall I can say that we had a good time as a family and i diffidently will visit it again at any suitable time.. "Sonesta Cairo"
Generally good hotel. Except that housekeeping response is very slow. It took me 5 calls at different times of the day to get them come a clean the room. The linen is old.
"4 & a half stars Hotel"
This is not really a five start hotel. I would be unfair to compare with Fairmout for example. The sheets are not freshly new. Very slow housekeeping response. literally hours.
I do not recommend the breakfast at all. It was below my expectation even for a 3 start hotel. Poor Internet access in the evening, unstable wireless signal. Very small lobby area. If you have any business there you may end up waiting for a seat to become free for a very long time.. Everything else I think was very good.

El hotel se encuentra muy proximo al aeropuerto. Para llegar al centro del Cairo, con un taxi no se tarda mucho.La zona es residencial, Heliopolis.Tambien hay un Centro Comercial CityStars muy proximo ( con 7 plantas y tiendas de todas las marcas mundiales).
