Sehr schönes Hotel; leider dauert es 10 min bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Aber im Hotel alles Top

Das Hotel war in allen belangen hervorragend: relativ nah an der Metro Station , das 3x2 Angebot (3 Nächte bleiben, 2 zahlen) ist unschlagbar und der Service war super. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei saemtlichen Touristenfragen. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Overall nice stay. I would stay here again.

I came to madrid to pick up a friend from the airport. i just needed a place to stay for one night that was convenient for my purposes. the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. i would stay here again; however i do not think it is a great location if you are in madrid to see the sights.

This is my first time in Madrid. The hotel is very nice and located next to the motorway exit and mid way between the city and the airport. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was very good. You can go to the city by bus. If you come by car, you might be able to find free parking spaces outside the hotel. The surrounding area is mainly residential […] and there is Islamic Center nearby (5 minutes walking). I recommend the hotel to everyone. Mehr

Generally very good hotel for family stay. It is located quite far from city center. But there is a bus just near by hotel. It takes about 25 minutes from hotel to Puerta Del Sol. and within 10 minutes walk from hotel to nearest metro station. And from the Airport it is pretty convenient. You can take #200 bus to the hotel without change. It takes about […] 15 minutes. But from the bus stop to hotel, you have to walk about 10 minutes. If you have a kid, kid will enjoy hotel facilities like X-BOX & other game facilities. My kids loves these things. Food is also very nice. And you can use In-Room Safe for free and if you don't bring your computer, you can also use hotel computer at lobby for free. Mehr

Booked this for match at Bernabeu and also sightseeing in Madrid. Hotel clean & comfortable. Staff in Reception extremely pleasant and helpful with directions & queries. Arrived very late in evening and check in was speedy. Match tickets were waiting for us and we were presented with them without the need to ask had they been delivered. Housekeeping […] very quick and efficient when requesting extra towels. Hotel very quiet for sleeping even though it is close to motorway traffic. About 25 mins bus ride to centre or 10 mins walk to metro but was in perfect position for us. Would recommend to any traveller who didnt want to be in the centre of Madrid but required a clean and comfortable base at a reasonable rate. Mehr

very nice hotel, clean and good service. located in the outskirts of Madrid, but only 20 to 25 minutes away from Puerto del sol with bus 53, that's stops just outside the hotel. the buses are cheap with a 10 trip card at only 10 Euro. They have a big breakfast buffet.

Very clean, great facilities, helpful staff, nice comfortable rooms. 25 min journey on the metro or 20 mins on bus to the city center. extremely good value for money.

Very convenient for us as our son lives across the road from the hotel. Also ok if you drive into city as it is just off ring road. A good 60 mins walk into the old part of Madrid but well worth doing.

The toilet washbasin was not draining. We stayed there 5nights. They cleaned eveyday but still didnt notice and repair it... that made the stay a bit unplesant..

We stayed in this hotel as part of a family vacation with 2 toddlers. The hotel is great. Clean with excellent amenities and great staff. One day, no water was available. The hotel staff was courteous and tried to switch us to another room, but it was a problem for the whole hotel. The GM of the hotel knocked on our door to apologise and made up for […] our inconvenience by giving us a free dinner in their restaurant. I appreciated their effort in this freak event. The hotel is in a business area. Not in the center of town. But the center of town is easily accessible by one bus which stops directly in front of the hotel. It is an outstanding hotel with a very convenient location in between the airport and the city center. Prices are good.

Our rooms were spacious with queen size beds and a pull out sofa bed. Everything worked fine but water leaks onto the floor from the shower/tub because of the short side panel. Is there a problem with having a plain old shower curtain? The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a European hotel. Very firm but well-cushioned. Food […] at evening dinner was just ok and service seemed to be confused and was very slow. Breakfast though was very good with lots of choice and the kids are free; a huge plus! There is a bus stop just across the street from the Novotel with the #53 bus going to Puerta del Sol every 10-15 mins.; 20-25 mins on off hours. Within 2 stops this bus also lets you off half a block away from a metro station. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not downtown, but the savings are well worth it and it is on par with any other 4* hotel we've been at, or even better. Mehr

This hotel is a modern building and large hotel. It was well positioned but if you are driving it here ofr the first time it will be difficult to get to. Not difficult to find but the typical spanish road system makes life a bit complicated. The hotel has its own parking at I think 18 euros a day (It may be a bit less) but we parked on the road outside […] which is free. The staff were always obliging but two free computers in reception at holiday time is simply not adequate. The pool area does not have many chairs so be warned if you you wwant one get tdown early if the hotel is busy. The room on the fifth floor was large and the free internet very good. There is a bus to toen thr 53 but we used our hire car. although the stop was outside the hotelwe prefer to have our freedom. Mehr

Perfect for 1 day stay in between planes. 10 mn from airport with a taxi. only default is due to location near motorway :the swinming pool area not really quiet !

the hotel is absolutely recommendable! we stayed here for 4 nites and there was nothing to complain about! our room was comfortable and clean as well as the pool and the whole hotel. the staff is friendly and provides usefull help in any situation if necesary. even though the hotel is not situated in the centre of madrid,getting into the city centre […] is no problem, because a bus runs every 10 minutes from right in front of the hotel and it takes only 25 minutes to get to puerta del sol. furthermore theres a supermarket which is only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. if we'd travell madrid again, we'd love to stay there again! We found the hotel all we expected. We had only planned to spend one day in Madrid, but we especially enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean and modern. However, the room was a bit small as well as the bathroom. Facility however was very clean. Staff could have been a bit friendlier. Convenient to bus and train station.

Pleasantly surprised by Novotel which we have always considered as a "safe bet" hotel when tavelling on business. Here we were very pleased with the package offered to us - 2 adults & 2 children. Room spotless, helpful receptionists, pool was great for the children (althouh we thought access via the restaurant / bar was a bit odd!!) & secure parking […] underneath the hotel. OK you are not in the centre, centre of Madrid, but the surrounding area was pleasant with some cafes/restaurants. A short walk to the nearest Metro, but a bus direct to Sol from outside the hotel. To sum up very good and our only dissappointment was the rudeness of the restaurant manager, but maybe he does not like children!!! and hopefully he will be relocated by the time of our next visit! Access - bus 200 from airport to Av. de Americas, from there 122 to directly opposite the hotel. Bus 53 to and from Centre, reasonable frequency. Suggest buying tourist 1-3-5 day ticket at airport metro before taking the bus. Tea and Coffee - for some reason they only provide kettle and 2 paper cups, tea bags and no coffee. Have to request proper cups […] and coffee on a daily basis and then only decaffinated available. Aircon - very weak but when we reported it, repaired same day to tolerable (in a heat wave). Reception - very pleasant, competent young ladies repeatedly resolved all the issues and provided excellent advice. Mehr

The hotel was very good in all aspects but the A/C in the room.. We arrived very late at the hotel (around midnight) and got the room assigned to us on 4th floor. Till about 1:40AM we waited and the A/C in the room wouldn't lower the temperature in the room and it was pretty hot. When we complained the hotel staff were very courteous and gave us another […] room @ that hour on the 5th floor. Although the A/C in this room too wasnt functioning great it was better than the previous one.. It atleast maintaine the room @ 75 degree Farenheit. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed at the Novotel for 2 nights and can't fault this hotel. It is clean, convenient for the metro, the staff are friendly and helpful (and speak English), and the breakfast (which was included in the price through Hotels.com) is excellent and includes cereals, fruit, hams meats rolls and cheeses, egg bacon sausage tomato tortilla, as well as a […] great selection of pastries and sweets! The Metro system in Madrid is fantastic, so easy to navigate your way around and not a piece of litter anywhere! Line 8 takes you into the city centre. You need to make a couple of changes to get onto line 7 to take you to the Parque de la Avenidas stop and then take the pares exit (right). At the top of the steps turn round and follow the road until you reach the Santander bank, turn right here and you will see the Novotel on the left hand side over the motorway bridge. To escape the hustle and bustle of Madrid for a while visit the Parque del Retiro . its a great place to catch your breath! Also well worth a visit are the Santiago Bernabeu Football Stadium and the Reina Sofia Art Gallery where you can see works by Picasso and Dali. A lot of places are not English speaking so our tip would be to learn a few basics before you go. Mehr

Very Helpful staff and very clean rooms. Definitely will go back again. Only downside was that it took us 20 mins to get to Sol in the bus.

Construction was taking place in the Hotel and the noise level was unbearable in my room. They were drilling concrete every day from 7am to 7pm. Though the hotel did not appear to be busy, when I asked to be moved the only room they offered me was one very near the first one, so the noise was not diminished. Also, the breakfast buffet was very expensive […] for the meagre variety offered. It seemed as though the restaurants were incapable of serving hot food. All of the 'hot' foods were room temperature at best, including room service and breakfast. Mmmmmm cold eggs. We learned quickly to eat elsewhere. The service was excellent (other than the room change issue) and the room was nice for the price, not too cramped and very clean. If there had not been any construction, I would surely have enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this hotel as the perfect loaction for those attending conferences and the like at Feria Madrid, as the hotel is halfway between the complex and downtown. Excellente impression, hôtel à recommander : accueil très bon, services et confort parfaits. A proximité de la ligne de bus et à moins de 10 minutes du métro. Chambres très propres.

Hotel bien situado, de fácil acceso, bien comunicado con el centro, puedes dejar tu coche y desplazarte con transporte público con mucha facilidad. Hotel con buena presentación, todo bastante nuevo, limpio y el personal muy amable y cercano al trato con el cliente. Toda las atenciones de un hotel mucho más caro a precio muy asequible.

Hotel agradable y limpio con fácil acceso al centro de Madrid gracias a una línea directa de autobuses ( la 53 ). El aparcamiento del hotel y el desayuno son caros, al igual que las bebidas presentes en la nevera de las habitaciones.El precio de las habitaciones es muy bueno cuando se viaja en familia ( nosotros somos 4 ).

Nærmeste metro ligger en 500 m væk og det kræver nogle skift at komme frem til diverse seværdigheder og centrum. Personalet taler godt engelsk og service er udmærket. Ekstra opredning manglede en dyne - lidt koldt i starten af marts. Rengøringen er der, men ikke til at råbe hurra for, dog heller ikke slemt. Maden er god - morgenmadsbuffeten er god. […] Man mangler ikke noget og drikkepenge giver ekstra god betjening. Børn under 16 spiser gratis til morgenmad. Mehr

Excelente hotel, bien comunicado, bien mantenido y con personal sumamente amable. El desayuno-buffet quizá algo caro de más respecto a otros hoteles que conozco, pero de todos modos muy bueno, abundante y variado. El parking es vigilado y cerrado, y de precio también muy asequible.

Bon hôtel équivalent d'un bon 3 étoiles français, à 500M des sorties de Métro, et tout près d'un arrêt de bus qui nous mène directement (en 20 à 30 minutes) à la plaza de cibeles via plaza de toros. Le resto est moyen sur le plan gustatif, mais pas très cher. il y a un bar tapas restaurant correct à 50 mètres. La chambre était un peu petite pour y dormir […] à 2 adultes+2 enfants. les enfants se retrouvent dans un simple canapé convertible peu confortable. Le service de l’hôtel (accueil, service, entretien) est irréprochable. Il y a également des jeux vidéo en libre service. On n'a pas testé la piscine au mois de décembre... J'y retournerai sans problème. très bon rapport qualité prix pour nous. Mehr
