This is a quality hotel, staff very professional. This is a older property with minimal upgrades. The bed was comfortable and AVEDA products are nice. The bathroom was not a 4 star. No seperate tub/shower, shower head did not work properly, and bathroom needs a extreme makeover. Do not be mislead by seperate sitting area discription. Sitting area not […] divided and deluxe room had a chaise near the window. Location great and convenient to area attractions. Extremely nice resturants a plus. The staff at this hotel were fantastic and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Waverly. The service was very good and prompt. The hotel is next to the Cobb Center and across from a mall with good chain restaurants and shopping. My only complaint was the saltwater pool was closed and we had looked forward to that so I would check with the hotel if that is important to you.

I travel a lot and I have stayed in many hotels across the country, this will not be one I stay in again.

Stopped on a drive from michigan to florida. Very convenient, comfortable. I'd recommend it!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Renaissance. It was so close to the Cobb Energy Center and easy to get to. The hotel is beautiful, very up to date and modern. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (loved the Aveda products). My favorite part was the restaurant. AMAZING food, excellent staff... I would go back again and again!

This is not a 4 star Hotel...trust me. I went on Hotels.com com saw pictures and saw the lobby and thought it would be a great stay as a surprise for my pregnant wife on the way to Florida. It was a surprise, surprises like a fickle 70s era AC system, pop corn ceiling and dusty surfaces, already used soap, and to top things of roaches on the ceiling […] in the morning. Tried to call management twice...he or she must have been busy. While checking out when I mentioned that there were roaches in the room I swear I heard crickets chirping. The hotel rep gave no reaction just a blank stare to us, no promise to fix it, or allow us to talk to a manager, or make us a whole in anyway. I have a pic of the roach to remind to never stay here again. This place stinks. Mehr

I booked a room for my parents to celebrate there 30th anniversary. They loved the club level deluxe room. They thought it was really comfortable and that the shower was awesome. They were also very impressed with the amenities. I received awesome customer service from Scott at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents had a good […] stay. Great value. Excellent service.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location. We had an issue with our reservation but not sure who made the error. We reserved a Queen (or double room) and ended up with a King. The shower had problems with filling up with water one day but the next it drained fine. Other than that it felt clean, it had free parking, and a friendly staff.

I really enjoyed myself. It was a two day getaway between semesters and I will return there. The spa was wonderful also.

The Renaissance Waverly in Atlanta is super nice, clean, and convenient to all major areas. We were across the street from the Cobb Energy Center (venue where we were heading) and the Cumberland Mall (VERY nice). It has been over 20 years since I was at the Waverly, I loved it then and loved it this time. The hotel is magnificent and the staff is awesome. We loved everything about it and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

MY BOO AND I BOOKED A WEEKEND GETAWAY TRIP FOR VALENTINE'S DAY AND MY BDAY AND WE HAD A BLAST!!! THE HOTEL STAFFS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, I FELT RIGHT AT HOME!!!! On December 28th, the heat was not working in my room. I was too tired to deal with it so I just put a t shirt under my pajamas and went to sleep. The heat worked on the 29th. Other than that everything was great

We were thrilled with the Renaissance Waverly in Atlanta. We had no idea what to expect and booked the hotel based on it location for our travels and on the fact that it had an indoor pool. Little did we know how nice the hotel is! And it is VERY accessible to the mall across the road by way of a foot bridge. With our two young kids in tow we were able […] to park at the hotel and safely walk to restaurants and entertainment. It was great!! Not to forget the fact that the hotel itself had so much to offer with an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, gift shop, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, etc!! We will definitely stay here again!!! Mehr

We stayed at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly hotel because that is where a conference my husband needed to attend was being held. There was a bit of a wait at check-in, but everyone was very nice and moved us through as quickly as they could. Our room was lovely - spacious and comfortable. Could use a few more electric outlets in more easily accessible […] locations, but that's the only sign of the age of the hotel. Staff was great, and when I requested a late check-out on Sunday (again to accommodate the conference schedule) I was informed their regular check-out time is Noon, would that be OK? Which it was, so that worked out perfectly, too. Mehr

Convenient to the Cobb Energy Center. We were able to check in early and everything was clean. We were a little upset that the coffee shop closed so early though. We weren't charged for parking and it was very close to the entrance. Staff were very helpful and eager to answer any our questions. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were really nice too, but the lobby was amazing!

The inside of the Hotel and room looked like a real Five Star Hotel. It was super clean and the service was great. It was close to the Mall and a lot of good stores it was only 15 to 18 miles from the Airport and 10 miles from downtown too.

I loved this hotel. It had all amenities you expect from a pricier upscale hotel. The atmosphere was also very nice, clean, and more classy than what I was expecting for the price we paid. Went there on business, would like to return with the family for another visit. Staff was very helpful...rooms clean and breakfast was great. Never had any problems....highly recommend.

The hotel is very luxurious and a great an overnight stay feel like an escape from reality. The staff was very friendly.

i had a medical procedure done done in the 700 bldg. which is across the street. unfortunatly was unable to walk ,so we called for the shuttle took 38 mins. to go across street.

Nice hotel with a great gym/spa and pools. The rooms are dated but clean and the service is great. Really a good value.

The front desk crew was outstanding. They were friendly, accomodating and gave great references for local eateries.

En sak som slog oss med det här hotellet var att det mesta kostade extra, vi bodde på flera olika hotell under vår resa, och detta som skulle vara det "finaste" av dem alla, hade ex. ingen inkluderad frukost och heller inte gratis internet. De billigare hotellen vi bodde på hade både frukost och wi-fi.
