Love staying here. Close to everything. Only complaint is that they need better pillows.

Stayed at the Rosen Centre on International Drive for a convention. The location is pretty good, just a few blocks either way and you have many places to eat. The Walgreens right next door is a must stop - especially if you don't want to pay $2.00 or more for a bottle of water or snacks. Room was nice, beds were soft and comfy, and the bathroom / shower […] area is nice. One complaint is the outdated A/C unit - very loud. Ate at the Café Gauguin when we arrived to the hotel and had the buffet - it was ok but overpriced for what you got - the service was good though. Mixed drinks and beer are approx. $7 - $10, sort of high in my opinion. Got a slice of pizza at the Red's Deli and that cost me $4.00 - yes, one slice of pizza - not worth it. Conference Hall was nice but the continental breakfast was sub-par - not what I am used to at a conference of this magnitude. Lunches were better and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. We had a few boxes shipped UPS to the Rosen Centre - I called to confirm that it was ok to ship to them and have them hold the boxes til I got there. I spoke to a woman at the front desk as well as someone from the shipping & receiving area. Not once did they say there was a fee but low-and-behold there was a charge of $10.00 per box. I don't mind that there is a charge, just let me know that there will be one. Pool area is nice and was for the most part quiet during the daytime - at night there were quite a few teens & tweens out and about (where are the parents??) but I can't fault the Rosen Centre for that.. This is a very expensive hotel for a maybe average hotel room with super expensive restaurants/bars and convenience stores. we were there New Years Eve and on the upper floors w/the view of the city and all the New Years Eve fireworks it was GREAT....Everything was perfect...except we had to go home...LOL...

We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here. We have and will continue to recommend this Hotel to all our family and friends. everyone here is very friendly and cordial. We are planning a trip to Orlando again during March/April, and maybe agian in the summer. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to all Rosen Center employees.

Last minute call, the room was very clean and location was great. Recommended

We stayed at this hotel after a friends birthday so we didn't have to drive. It is in the center of everything on International Drive and right in front of the OCCC. Beautiful spacious room.

Good location. Valet people excellent. Customer Service horrible. Requested a blanket 2x one eve. using the "88" # to request guest needs; never received. Concierge (the next morning) said that this was an unusual request??! Kids running up and down halls late at night, called front desk twice. They said they were sending security up. Security officer […] knocked on door and said that the kids had a 12:30 curfew!! Well, what about the other guests? Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. We loved the hotel, i was surprised since it was so inexpensive...we got discount coupons from the concierge and everybody was professional...the parking lot is a walk from the lobby which we did not look up to at times, the lobby bar and tequila kiosk were outstanding...we will definetely go back!

I have to say, my experience staying at this hotel was rather disappointing. My boyfriend and I traveled from Tampa on a last minute decision, expecting a "rewarding experience" as it is advertised on the Rosen Centre website. Great hotel highly recommend staff was wonderful

THIS HOTEL IS SHOWING ITS AGE. THE PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH FOR THE AMENITIES AND CONDITION. BETTER OR SIMILAR HOTELS CAN BE FOUND IN THE AREA FOR LESS WITH MORE. I EXPECTED MORE OF ROSEN. THE STAFF HOWEVER WAS VERY GOOD.

The hotel was clean and had everything you would need in one location. When we arrived, our room smelled of smoke and they immediately upgraded our room and apoligized. It was a great experience.

Always great staying at the Rosen center

There was roachs in front of the elevators and some areas inn the first floor. My wife was panic,this isw my first time in this hotel,the room was nice,just no refrigerator and the safetybox was too small. I hope we get a better room next time.

Was so happy with the low cost we recieved, but was concerned with appearance, when we arrived I was pur at ease. The hotel was beautiful and our room was great, the staff was very friendly.

Very basic room, comfortable beds, old. Toilets did not flush well and were old and stained with rust. The lobby was very nice, but the rooms and hallways were not as updated. Good location to Convention Center or I Drive. Not a family style hotel, more for business or conference.

Call the hotel ahead of time to book a queen size bed instead of 2 full size. Also, we had some drilling, sawing, hammering right next to our room & that's a big part of why our stay just sucked.

The Rosen Centre is in the perfect spot on famed International Drive in Orlando. Everything is in walking distance from malls, movie theaters, fine dining, casual dining, live music, and more. The hotel also has a car service that takes you anywhere you want to go for a reasonable price and the driver's are always courteous and helpful. I usually stay there for conferences and enjoy not having to wake up so early since I am in the same hotel as the conference. It is CLEAN, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful, and the food inside the hotel is delicious. Although I have stayed there many times, this was the first time I booked on hotels.com and I tell you what, the price was UNBEATABLE! I have never paid such a low price, at the last minute, even with my AAA discount OR the conference rate I can get. By far the lowest I have ever paid for the same wonderful quality room and service. I got a great rate at the Rosen Centre for Christmas weekend. The room was nice and clean, and I loved having a coffee maker. The worst things, as others have said, were that the tv goes on very loudly and it is a long walk to the parking garage. Other than that, the hotel was great and the price was a steal.

This is the second time we used this hotel through Hotels.com. The first time was more than two years ago. It was like night and day. Last time, they couldn't do enough for us, wonderful service and room. This time, was poor. The room we had seemed to be the only one in use on the floor. The housekeeping staff was cleaning the rooms on both sides of […] us noisily past 8PM. The literature in the room was from the previous month, so we asked for replacements to be sent to the room, they never came.The main restaurant was closed, (due to low room occupancy) so we had a choice of their upscale restaurant (at $30+ per person) or the snack bar. It was cold and rainy, so we didn't want to go elsewhere. It was a cold night, but there were no extra blankets in the room when we went to bed. Next time we stay elsewhere. Mehr

Cleanliness was not there... The door jams and bathroom door hadn't been wiped for several guests. The hall from the elevator to the room wasn't very welcoming either. A bit disappointing.

The hotel was fine. It was very empty. The staff was friendly. The coffee shop and the pool bar were closed the 2 days we were there which was an inconvenience. Those were 2 reasons we picked this hotel.

It was right on the main street in the downtown area, a lot to in the area, definitely one of the better looking hotels, I really enjoyed my stay.

When I arrive, I spend 1 hour in check-in desk because they could find my reserve anywhere. After check-in problem was solved, I was informed that I was not going to have water in my room for the entire day. This is unacceptable. During the days, I called multiple times to get a housekeeping in my room... they never show-up without complains... it was […] a bad experience... Mehr

I ahve stayed at Rosen's before. I highly recommend rosen Shingle creek but Rosen Centre is an older hotel that does not have family friendly rooms

Our room had a bathroom with dirty grout. The tv did not get the "hotel channel" to be able to order movies...the tech came in right away and supposedly fixed it, but later when we wanted to order a movie, it was still not properly set up, even though we had left our card on record for incidentals. On another note, the self parking was extremely inconvenient […] at check in. I have stayed here before, but this was the first time the temporary parking for check in was eliminated in favor of valet parking. We had to walk roughly a 1/4 of a mile, lugging our belongings to the front desk! These complaints may seem petty...but at premium rate per night they should do much, much better. Overall experience was satisfying. The only problem was how thin the walls were; we could hear everything above, outside and to either side of us while in the room.

VERY SATISFY, but must pay for PARKING.

Unfortunately the person at the reception desk was not overly cordial when I checked in at 1:30 am....also did not inform me that I would be charged an additional $6.00 to park in the garage....I'm not even sure if I could have parked outdoors because this option was never mentioned. I am familiar with the Rosen and at first I could not believe that this was the same Rosen that my sister frequents for the price I was quoted for only a small amount. What shocked us the most was the fact that it was priced so low on the Sun before Labor day and it was a huge event in town as well the Tom Joyner Family Reunion yet we got this OUTSTANDING […] price and so much value for our money. The grounds were immaculate, hotel clean and welcoming, staff were professional, and we had a GREAT stay!!! Mehr

Great hotel, very large and clean. Only bad point is parking garage is a bit of a walk and an additional $6 a night charge. If you can book this hotel around $70 a night it is a huge bargin for what you get. Nice restourant with decent price buffet, fast food spot inside hotel, and very clean. We stayed over Labor Day weekend for a great price. Rooms were very nice for the price. We had a couple minor issues but overall a good stay. The free shuttle service is a joke, only one van, leaving once a day, if seats available. The self-parking is not free(about half cost of valet). Also, I had requested king room but when we arrived they only had […] one king left that had a handicapped accessible bathroom with a walk in shower only. Since we were traveling with a small child, we needed a bathtub. The staff was very nice, they quickly moved us to another room. Although it had double beds, it was an upgraded room with an extra sitting area. The rooms appeared to have been recently remodeled, however, the bathtub appeared to be from the early 80's. Mehr

This is a convention hotel. I went with my two kids because of the great rate. I though it would be a mismatch, but it turned out to be a great place to rest for the night. Clean and spacious. The Rosen Centre will definitely be in my "places to stay" list.

everything is outstanding at the Rosen stayrd there before recommended to others and would stay there over and over again. clean, friendly and very comfortable.
