Das Hotel war super, nur ein paar Stationen bis zur Oxford Circus und dem erstaunlichen Westfield Shopping Center auf der anderen Straßenseite. Große Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung, vor allem sehr ruhig. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen City-Trip nach London braucht. Frühstück nahmen wir nicht in Anspruch, dafür gab es alles nah in der Umgebung. Für Selbstversorger bestens geeignet.

"The Cavendish Hotel - ca. 4 Minuten bis Piccadilly"
Für Londonbesucher, die gerne stadtnah wohnen wollen aber dennoch ein ruhiges Zimmer haben wollen, ist The Cavendish die perfekte Wahl - in ca. 4 Minuten ist man am Piccadilly Circus, in der Nähe gibt es 2 U-Bahnstationen, viele Buslinien halten auch in diversen Neben- und Parallelstraßen. Der Bereich zwischen Piccadily Circus und Leicester Square ist […] auch nicht weit und trotz des lebendigen Stadtteils ist es nachts nicht laut. Der Blick vom Hotelzimmer (zumindest auf den höheren Etagen) ist fantastisch - von Piccadilly Circus bis hin zu Big Ben kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erkennen, und das Londoner Skylight bei Nacht ist auch wunderschön. Vor allem für Shoppingfans liegt das Hotel sehr günstig - die Regent Street, die direkt zur Oxford Street führt, ist in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr zuvorkommend, man wird sehr herzlich begrüßt und hat das Gefühl, dass kein Wunsch zu viel ist. Bei der Ankunft darf man sich eine Art "Willkommensgeschenk" aussuchen, was dann 10 MInuten später aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, wobei der frische Obstteller dann doch nicht so besonders war. Bei allen weiteren Fragen oder Wünschen war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, und auch der defekte Fernseher wurde direkt repariert. Nur das Bose Soundsystem im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein und der Schrank hatte nicht sehr viel Platz für das Gepäck von 2 Leuten, aber es war ausreichend. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Safe ausgestattet. Das Badeimmer war auch relativ klein, aber dafür war die Dusche wunderbar. Das einzige, was wir negativ bewerten würden, war die Warteschlange fürs Frühstück. Das Frühstück an sich und die Auswahl der Speisen war sehr gut, es war für jeden etwas dabei, aber gerade am Wochenende mussten wir oft auf einen freien Platz warten, und manchmal waren ca. 6-7 Gruppen vor uns. "Klasse Lage"
Das Hotel liegt wirklich mitten drin und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Shoppen und Sightseeing. Fast alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war allerdings kleiner als erwartet und das Frühstück zwar ok aber etwas überteuert mit £22.50, der Service war dafür extrem freundlich!

Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Picadilly Circus, deshalb auch für Touristen sehr geeignet. Habe beim Check-in ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Superior Room erhalten. Zimmer sind klein, jedoch sehr modern, geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sehr gute Matratze, schönes Badezimmer, kleine Sitzecke, Schreibtisch, Wasserkocher mit Tee-/ Kaffesortiment. […] Zimmer mit Frontalaussicht auf Big Ben, Riesenrad und Westminister Abbey. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Einziger Nachteil aus meiner Sicht war, dass der Frühstückraum relativ klein ist und man deshalb bei grossem Andrang auch mal eine Viertelstunde warten muss. Comfortable rooms, well equipped. Windows don't open. Aircon works well if a trifle noisy. Bathrooms good. Exec rooms have tub plus spacious shower. Breakfast good but massively over-priced. I had a fantastic stay at the Cavendish. The location is superb, the staff and friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is excellent; well maintained and spacious. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit London.

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it. The room quality is excellent and larger than we expected, especially the bathroom. Hotel service was top notch. Have the concierge get you a car service to Heathrow, it's the same cost as a taxi but a nicer ride. Location is a few blocks from a Tesco for quick food items and also within a 5 minute walk from […] the theater district and Picadilly Circus. "Perfect location to walk everywhere in London"
The hotel is very nice and clean. Very modern. Friendly staff all around. We had to have our original bed sheets changed for some soiling but other than that everything seemed very clean. We stayed for a short lesure break in a superior room with breakfast for 2 nights. Hotel is in a fantastic location on Jermyn Street. Tramps niteclub is across the street as is Fortnum and Mason with only a 5 minutes walk to Picadilly Circus. The good sized room (for central London) was excellent with views across to big ben and the london eye. The […] bed was comfortable and it must be the fasting filling bath in the UK! "Wonderful location"
It was my third staying in The Cavindish Hotel. I like it very much. The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel is wonderfully located, it is close to many major attractions and next door to a wonderful sweet shop Fortnum and Mason. I will certainly recommend it to my friends.

"Cavendish London is a good boutique hotel"
The only thing I am totally displeased is that if the hotel is prepared to give her customers one hour of free wifi which can be extended for as many times as one wish, then why make it mandatory for customers to call on the reception each time the 1 hr is up. This makes it highly inconvenient for customers to have to go to the reception which is often […] busy with check-ins and check-outs. It would have been a nicer experience if the free wifi is for the duration of the stay and can be used at any time without having to get a different password for every hour, then the stay would have been perfect. The Cavendish is a great hotel in a great location. This also makes it a haven in the city of London. No matter which direction you walk in you will find a significant tourist attraction. It is well known to London cabs and they are plentiful in the area. The rooms are well maintained albeit small. There is a Tesco down the road, Fortnum and Mason across the street and a variety of coffee shops. If only Jermyn Street was lined with women's clothing shops instead of mens! Perfect location. The classic rooms are small. They have a shower and no bath. I would stay again, but in a larger room.

Celebrating my husband's cancer remission, we booked a stay at the Cavendish. Hands down, we have never stayed at a nicer place before! The bed was comfortable, the proximity to shopping cannot be beat, and the service was impressive. Aziz and Mo are especially gifted hosts, ready to help lend a hand throughout our stay. Terrific, quiet location, great breakfast, and courteous staff. Only complaint: a high per day charge to use WIFI in the room. Assuming that changes soon, the Cavendish will be the perfect choice for a London holiday.
Have stayed here a couple of times before and have had bigger rooms with better views. In fact last time we expressed disappiontment and were moved but couldn't be bothered this time as we knew we would be out and about most of the time. We have stayed at The Cavendish a few times now and it is always great. It is close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to hear no noise. Its simply great, with the most comfortable beds in the world!
