Ich war dort 3 Übernachtungen: Kleider-Schranktüren waren überhaupt nicht mehr vorhanden-man schaute vom Bett aus auf das in diesem sich befindenten Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Die Schubladen waren so verzogen und kaputt, dass sie sich nicht öffnen liessen,Der Teppich war so verfleckt mit irgendetwas schwarzem, dass man sich ekelte,In dem 3 qm großem […] Bad (Badewanne+Toilette) war sowenig Platz, dass man kaum die Tür schliessen konnte, wenn man darin stand-so eng war es! Der Duschvorhang stank darin bestialisch-dieser war abstossend und mit Sicherheit wurde er noch nie gewaschen,Die Musik, die an zwei Abenden stattfand und direkt gegeüber unseres Zimmer war,war so laut, dass man nicht einmal Abends Fernsehen konnte-das ging jeden Abend von 19-ca 23 Uhr,absolut unzumutbar! Der Whirlpool war bei Ankunft kaputt und man hat es auch nicht geschafft,diesen innerhalb unserer 3 Tage Aufenthalt reparieren zu lassen! Die Leistung des Hotels war also nicht mal 1 Stern! Jedes Billiganbieter Hotel ist besser! ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Mehr

We were in Tucson for multiple family events. This hotel had a wonderful family aura. There was a comfortable lounging patio by the pool with attentive staff so both adults and children could relax and play. It was so comfortable, we ended up staying for coctails and dinner and the hotel ended up being the family hub. Everyone who met up with us said […] they'd stay here. Mehr

This was a great place to stay. Very relaxing and had all the amenities we could want. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The lobby was very modern looking and clean. It was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel is the courtyard & pool/hot tub/outdoor restaurant/sofas/fire pits with nice ambient music, not too loud, all in one place., Went for a swim about 5pm, wrapped my towel around myself & sat at the outdoor sofa/firepit and had a glass of wine, and ordered dinner. The food was surprisingly good...they have a great chef. […] It was better than I expected, as generally food is not that good at hotel restaurants. Very relaxing evening. Mehr

the hotel was wonderful, especially the pool area and attached restaurant. The only complaints I have is the construction at the hospital was a little noise early in the morning, the "queen" bed was more of an oversized full, and the elevator kept getting stuck.

The hotel was nice and quiet. Staff was also nice and helpful. LOVED the pool area with the fire-pits right next to it. LOVED that it was across from TMC. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My husband and I went for an adult weekend and it this hotel met all my expectations. Definitely will stay there again and again.

The layout of this hotel is nice...there are outdoor firepits to sit around (which we did in the evening with a glass of wine..quite relaxing). The front desk gave us a good suggestion for dinner. The condition of the rooms - not great. We were in two different rooms - both rooms had small red stains on the sheets. The hotel brought us up new sheets, […] but still...gross. Also, both rooms had stains on the carpets, the caulking and paint were peeling in the bathrooms and there was an outlet plate loose from the wall. I like to feel a sense of cleanliness when staying in a hotel...I did not feel that at this hotel. Mehr

Our room was good and so was our location to our event. Other than that our stay was not satisfactory. Our room smelled of smoke from a neighbor smoking and it was a non-smoking hotel. My husband and I found some of the staff to be rude.

Close to hospitals; always clean quiet and friendly

Spent 2 nights at the Sheraton for a mini vacation. Room was excellent and comfortable. Enjoyed some drinks and sunshine at the fabulous pool and bar. Location was ideal, close to many restaurants and bars and other entertainment options. We'll be back

My friends and I loved this hotel. It was clean, had a beautiful pool and you can even roast marshmallows on the fire pits. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay here again.

good at cheapest price!!

Stayed in March to be close to U of A. It was a fine place to stay. No problems. Liked the pool and Jacuzzi and sparkly fire pits at night. Friendly people

The lobby is nicely remodeled but who spends any time there? The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was awful, with flimsy furnishings and a carpet that felt as if it hadn't really been cleaned in years. The bathroom door was rotting away from the bottom. On the last day of our stay an employee knocked on the door in the morning and […] said "I just wanted to see if you were gone yet." We picked the hotel because it was near the location of a course I was originally scheduled to take. Until they gut and remodel the rooms, location would not be enough of a reason for me to stay there again. Mehr

Very SMALL bathroon and it is not convienent for the suite when someone is sleeping on the hideabed and have to go into the bedroom to get to the bathroom,

We have stayed at this location several times. The room this time was adequate, not bad, not great. The duvet cover on one of the beds had small blood stains on it, though overall it appeared to have been laundered and fresh. The in-room air conditioner "decompressed" loudly every few minutes. By the third and final night of our stay I had almost gotten […] used to it but the first two nights were pretty much sleepless because of the disturbance. The in-room coffee was Starbucks African something BOLD, the maker was a one cup brewer and the coffe and filter packet designed for a pot. That made one heck of a cup of battery acid. They were generous enough to leave two individual half and half containers, unrefrigerated, and one of which was curdled. Fortunately, there was a grocery store near by and a small refrigerater in the room. All in all it was a nice weekend stay and we will return to this location as it is convenient and overall quite pleasant. Mehr

Next time I will be sure to check the room better. We crawled into bed in the dark and it wasn't until the next morning when we pulled back the comforter we noticed a bunch of blood on it. When I told the front desk about the only response I received was "that's terrible". I could also complain about how rude the waitresses were in the restaurant but […] its of no significance compared to the room. Mehr

Me and my kids loved this place. Beautiful pool with fire rings. Great workout room, big comfy rooms. Starbucks coffee to brew in the room. Would definitely come back to this hotel

This was a very good experience for us. We had a suite, which was clean and maintained. The swimming pool area needed a little touch-up. The jacuzzi worked well. Bar and restaurant offered excellent food and beverages, and attentive service. Jass group on Sat. night in the pool area was excellent! This is a great location. Would recommend it.

Great value. Very decent hotel with a reasonable price. Pool is nice. Lobby is nice. A perk that I used was the ability to work out at a nearby Gold's Gym. I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay again. The few employees that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful!

The room is roomy and clean, the coffee is great, the pillows are ample and comfortable. Location was very convenient. I had a good stay, and would recommend this hotel.

The only thing I can find that is not exceptional about this hotel is that it is a bit far off I-10, but it worth the savings we had with hotels.com. This is certainly a 4.5 Star Hotel, and the suites are outstanding. If the distance off-highway is not an issue, you will enjoy this beautiful facility.

The hotel lobby is really nice, but, the hallways, rooms etc. need attention. The tub was stained, the tile broken in areas, the stucco chipped surrounding the jacuzzi. We needed to change rooms because the bathroom smelled moldy. The bed was not comfy...too hard with just a thin bedmat under sheets...it moved around while "trying" to sleep! I kind of expected with the Sheraton name a better stay. The bathroom was small with soap or lotion drippings down the side of the tub. some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The pool area was nice, but the pool was full of pine needles and leaves. While it had been windier that day you would think someone would clean it up. Hotel was very clean (even though it is pet friendly, my husband has allergies to pets and he was fine), the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet and large, the bathroom a bit outdated, Firepits and pool very nice and enjoyable to visit around at night, food could have been better. All and all a very enjoyable stay. We were there for a soccer […] tournament which was close by so it was convenient for our visit. Would definitely stay there again for a soccer tournament, it was a comfortable family hotel if you are attending something in that area of Tucson. Mehr

Though accommodation facility was nice and a convenient location, the desk help I found to be rude and unprofessional. The details of the hotels.com reservation did not match the hotel. We paid for breakfast and was told first it was an error of my understanding and it took three trips to the desk to get partial credit. It was embarrassing left a bad […] impression. The hotel room was outdated. The couch and chair had stains on them. The carpet needed to be cleaned. My white socks were brown from walking on it. The location was convenient, but it was not worth the money. The only saving grace was the staff.

This hotel is a little out of the way, but it's really quite lovely. The pool, patio, bar, and overall ambiance is relaxing and pretty. The beds are comfortable, and the staff was all very accommodating.

I stayed @ the Sheraton overnight for business with a co-worker... it was a GREAT hotel for an even Greater price. We utilized the work-out center, and it had state of the art equipment. The room were very nice and the Bed was AWESOME..... we plan on staying again when we go up to Tucson!!!

i complained about the hot tub connected to the pool area not working and the lady at the front desk told me it would be fixed the next day by an outside contractor. well 5 days passed and it was still not repaired, although they managed to place some crime scene tape around it.so nobody would keep bugging them about getting it fixed. it was disappointing […] as i was on vacation and was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub under the arizona sunshine. the helicopters flying in all night at all hours to the tucson medical center didn't help the atmosphere at all. the hotel was decorated nicely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not up to standard of Starwood or Sheraton. Very old and run down. Horrible hallways to the room. Grounds surrounding disgusting. Hated the experience and the room was dirty and furniture stained. YUK!

On site restaurants 24 hour cafe fitness center close to ihop a bit away from freeway but close to downtown Tucson .

Very professional staff all amenities including a Starbucks in the lobby, jazz group Saturday night outside by the gas fire pits. A small craft fair by local crafts people on Sunday in the courtyard. Just a very pleasant place to stay, great newly remodeled rooms by all appearances.

This hotel is fabulous! Though it is a little far (about a $20 cab fee) to campus and things, the hotel staff is super friendly about calling a cab and arranging it for you. Also, the bar staff is always super outgoing and create a welcoming atmosphere. We will be back, with no hesitations!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Rooms smell so bad, service is horrible! People at the front desk do not are not able to print receipts, or help, my laptop charger was missing and they didn't have anybody who could even look for it! Pictures online are NOTHING what the hotel really looks like!!!!!!

Went to Tucson to attend a dance weekend at the University. A few minute drive to the school but for price worth it. Pool is very nice, hotel quiet, food good. Only downside we had to ask twice to have our room cleaned - they didn't do it all day. Would definately stay there again, had a suite room which worked out great. Was there with a friend and […] her daughter so the suite was perfect. Mehr
