service was poor,slow,non cooperative. No bell boys for the luggage,you have to carry the luggage up the stairs,no one to help you,only once you are in,suddenly the bell boys appear,as if they want only the tip,for no assistance. Very poor performance of the front desk staff.I has a suite,rooms are very small,and the view out of the windows was hell.School,walls,and […] other people looking at you. I loved their breakfast, staff, and rooms. Very nice!

Exceptional hotel at a reasonable price, large, well-furnished rooms, centrally located. Exceptional restaurant worthy of Michelin rating at a very reasonable price (45 Euros for dinner including wine and coffee). Friendly, attentive, can-do service.

Stayed here for two days. Second day that A/C went out and they did nothing to notify me nor assist. I was told it would be an additional 60euros for the updated room at check in but when checked out was billed 120euros as they didn't say it was per night. Front desk lady said she told me but she didn't, and basically said I was a liar.

I had to carry my own bags up the front steps of the hotel. The cab driver let me off and nobody was available to help carry my bags. And I use a cane.

I highly recommend this hotel!! It is about 10 minutes walk to the Frankfurt main train station. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was amazing.... It is not far from financial district, opera house and the shopping district in Frankfurt..... I would definitely stay at this hotel again......

Stayed 1 night prior to flying home from Frankfurt. Worth the cab fare to stay here away from the airport. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful, large room. Service very friendly and professional. Jimmy's Bar , in the hotel, was a very fun and entertaining place to end our trip, Highly recommend!

The Hotel was an absolute delishgt. The suite I booked was large, well appointed and had a delightfully large bathroom. One major surprise was the hotel restaurant which was superb, The 3 course fixe prie dinner with wine was outstanding and I would definitely go again.

Great hotel with a charm of its own not some corporate clone. Attention to detail was fantastic both in terms of service and presentation. The staff were friendly and always available without being obtrusive. I booked early and got a great rate for all our staff that was only a little more than a 'standard' hotel but with a true 5 star experience. […]  Perfect. Mehr

We carefully read the descriptions and reviews of the many Frankfurt high quality hotels before picking this hotel. It exceeded the expectations that the reviews had created for us. There were many special touches in the room. For example, there was a linen mat at each side of the bed with slippers laid out so that we would not need to step on the carpet […] in our bare feet. Also, the bottled water in the room was complimentary. From the reviews we we were prepared for the high price for the breakfast buffet. However, we believed that we received good value considering the quality of the food and service. Although the hotel is somewhat out of the main downtown, the subway stop across the street gives quick, easy access to the whole city. The Hop-on-hop-off bus stopped across the street from the hotel too. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if we return to Frankfurt. Mehr

i liked its location, near main station and financial center. Also, the perfect thing that Mini-bar is totally free!! the style is old, the decoration is very normal. there was a noisy school near hotel that has waked me up. reception very kind.. they extend my checkout time an hour more.

As with previous reviews, the Hotel is excellent. I arrived very early, ie 6 .30 am and they kindly gave a room which was greatly appreciated after a 27 hr flight. The ongoing service was first class, and the hotel a great place to stay. Rooms were well configured, nicely decorated and everything as you expect for a top quality hotel. Wonderful hotel. Rooms are nice, staff is nicer - -exactly what I want in a hotel. If I have to go to Frankfurt again, and need a hotel near the Convention Center, this would be my first choice.

This has got to be one of the best hotels in Germany - and value on hotels.com could not be beat. ITs 5 minutes from central station (which is easy to get to from Airport), right outside the messe (trade fair center) and there is tram and underground stations right outside the hotel. Not too many shops and restaurants right there in the neighborhood […] - but easy to get to the more central areas. Hotel itself is beautifully decorated - great service - nice rooms. Free internet. Breakfast is pricey (but normal for 5 star hotel) as is parking. IF you want a more traditional german experience this is the place to stay, versus Marriott that is typical American and 1/2 block up the street. Mehr

I stayed at the Hessischer Hof for 2 nights while on a business trip. My room was quite comfortable while the bathroom was a bit small but very well equipped with hairdryer, terry cloth robe and sandals, etc. The breakfast was not included and quite expensive. But the service was attentive. When my computer did not work they brought a transformer and […] would even "rent" me a laptop if I had needed one. The hotel is located in the West End neighborhood of Frankfurt and there are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. I had a superb Italian meal one night at Del Pescatore Ristorante which was suggested by the hotel staff. Overall a good experience, I would stay there again. Mehr

If you want to know what a world class hotel is, stay here. Our taxi was greeted, our luggage quietly whisked away. After a fast check in, a lovely woman from reception escorted us to our room. There we found an exceptional bedroom and bath, with complimentary fruits, chocolates and waters, bath salts, fashion and business magazines, slippers...all […] the creature comforts. Downstairs, the outstanding Sevres Restaurant raised dinner (and quiet, attentive service) to new levels. Afterward, a nightcap in Jimmy's Bar proved there is little reason to ever leave this hotel! If you want to experience a truly world-class hotel, this is it. We were greeted the moment our taxi pulled up in front. Our bags were quietly whisked away, one of the reception staff personally walked us to our beautiful room. The hotel provides each room with many amentiies: fresh fruit, chocolates and waters, new magazines (we had Vogue, Elle, GQ, […] The Economist), various bath salts, soaps, slippers. Downstairs is the outstanding Sevres Restaurant with its own incredible staff - and Jimmy's Bar. I have never been treated better -- all is quiet and unobtrusive. Free minibar. Amazing. Hotel is quite nice inside, but the immediate neighborhood is somewhat dull. It's a short walk to the main train station and a commercial area there, though.

I wish I could share the pictures I took of my room at this hotel. It was a fluke that I booked myself at the Hotel Hessischer Hof. It had a great price and was in a location (neighborhood) I knew from past travels. The room in which I stayed is huge even by American standards. The furniture was authentic and lovely, the service was old world, and the […] menu for in-room dining was great. I think I might have tried each delicious dish in the days I spent – not to mention a free mini-bar with fresh fruit and sundries. The hotel is situated on a divided road with a greenbelt in between. I had nice walks each evening with families from the nearby residential area. The staff made sure I was taken care of and treated me like a VIP my whole stay. I enjoyed a spectacular buffet brunch on Sunday before I left. Not only do I recommend this hotel but I will return with other travelers – business or otherwise! Mehr

I made a last minute reservation at this hotel when I ended up staying in Frankfurt unexpectedly. The staff was fantastic. They helped me quickly learn where to go in the city and let me into my very early in the day. The room was blue and yellow and very neatly decorated. It reminded me of a quaint summer cottage in the heart of Frankfurt. There was […] complimentary fruit and water waiting. The hotel is extremely close to the Festhalle/Messe U-bahn stop which makes for travel around the very easy. Mehr

ホテルから歩いて５分の住宅街の真ん中に「Yumeya」と言うラーメン屋さんが在りました。予約をしないと７時半頃から近所の方で一杯になります！　出張の合間の久し振りのラーメンを堪能しました。

友人と二人で宿泊しました。 ツインルームで、お部屋は広いし、バスルームには洗面台が2つもあって、とっても便利でした。 冷蔵庫のドリンクやお菓子まですべて自由に食べてよいし、バーでアルコールが飲める招待状ももらえて、何から何まで豪華で優雅な宿泊でした。 スタッフの方全員が親切ですばらしいです。 中央駅から徒歩圏内ですので、立地もいいです。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

ホテルは綺麗で、ミニバーは無料でした。 テーブルに果物が綺麗に置いてあります(無料)。 スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 目の前のガラス張りの三角形がUの入口と分かれば交通の利便性が上昇します。 レーマー広場まではUで乗り換えなしで行けますが、中心からは少し離れているのは否めません。 その点が気にならなければオススメです。

フランクフルトの中心まではやや距離がありますが、歩ける距離。ホテルそのものは快適で、スタッフの対応も一流です。ルームサービスで利用した夕食も美味しかった。

The hotel was clean and with good service. I would like suggest somethink for breakfast. As we pay for breakfast, i would like to have more volume of food because some times, was allready finished.

This hotels was a classic 5 star hotel, without the modern designs but with a very nice, classy environment. De luxe rooms were BIG, with a big bathroom - spotless clean. Breakfast a bit pricy but the buffet excellent. For the low price we got this hotels deserves a 5+ rating, not only 5...!
