Freundliches und angenehmes Personal ist stets hilfsbereit und auch das W-Lan funktioniert ohne Probleme. Mit dem Taxi oder der U-Bahn ist man schnell im Zentrum und die Aussicht (je nach Zimmer) auf das Castel und den Tejo sind es wert....

Sehr nahe beim Flughafen, erstaunlich ruhig, ideales Business Hotel, keim Romantikhotel! Zimmer 1a mit viel Platz.

Das Hotel liegt an ruhiger und trotzdem verkehrsgüstiger Lage. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

I am disappointed their services as my room air conditioner not function during the summer period. I need to call the hotel staff 3 times and it take 3 hours after I check in inorder the hotel maintainer came in to fix up the airconditioner. After repair our room have heating and air conditioner. There is not tooth brush and coffee machine. I will not […] go back to this hotel. Mehr

A very nice hotel in a quiet location by the park in Lisbon, not far from the metro and walking distance down to downtown if you prefer that. Taxis are cheap and reliable so that is the easiest and fastest way to go around though. Several car rental companies around the hotel also for trips out of Lisbon (Sintra etc). Everything was perfect during […] our stay. We had two connecting rooms at the 18th floor, very nice and comfortable. What made the difference was the truly friendly service and personnel, the same feeling we had in Lisbon also otherwise, whether in this 5 star hotel or the kebab-stand in Belem. Breakfast was also excellent, we had it included in our very good rate, otherwise it may be a bit expensive. Mehr

Very sleek and comforting. We were visiting the country and i think that this has been one of the best hotels with the best that I have ever stayed in. Staff were very helpful and could answer every question that I asked. Enjoyed the stay and if I come back there is no hesitation of where I will be staying.

Lovely hotel friendly nice rooms river view rooms are the best, would recommend, if I had to complain about anything I don't drink coffee and my room only had a coffee making machine, when I asked for Tea I was told I would have to pay for it ? I did question this and was not charged, but it would be nice to have Tea making facilities for the Tea drinkers, […] not everyone likes coffee. Mehr

Tiara has very pleasant and forthcoming staff and a restaurant with very good food. The minibar and room service prices are exorbitant, way higher than you would be used to in the US or large parts of Europe. I was on a business trip and did not have a lot of time to explore or enjoy amenities, but the room and the hotel was in good condition. No complaints. […] No extraordinary experience either. Absolutely beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Room was spacious and many of them overlook the park. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Buffet breakfast was the best we had in our four hotels. And with all of this it was a great value with the other hotels in our class.

Our stay in Lisbon was very nice. The Tiara is centrally located to for sightseeing. We were within walking distance to a Rossie square and the Hop on Hop off bus line. I would definitely stay at this hotel during our next visit to Lisbon.

The Tiara Park Atlantic Lisboa is a stunningly beautiful hotel with a professional, courteous staff. Our 10th floor corner room overlooked the lush large park and had free WiFi. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice bathroom and shower. Restaurant food is very nice. Only downside is the location is not walking distance to town. Taxi is very cheap though, only about 3-4 Euro to town.

Good value for money - mini bar, room service and hotel restaurant too pricey - location not the best but still acceptable - would go again

Wonderful hospitality. Big & comfortable room with Lisbon lanscape out of the window. Excellent service . It is highly recommended.

This hotel is lovely, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. It is across from a large park and within walking distance to a vibrant tourist, restaurant, shopping area. It is an easy walk to a shopping mall and a museum also. Service was great.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Tiara. The hotel was lovely, the guest services were very efficient. They helped us with our tours and were very eager to give advice on dining choices. The room was immaculate with all amenities included. We spent 8 days there and had no regrets.

I stayed one night for business in June. I had a great room with a great view. It was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was fantastic. I had dinner in the bar, steak, which was delicious and reasonably priced. In conclusion, if you're looking for somewhere to stay while on business it's perfect. Maybe not so great if you want a traditional portuguese […] expereince. You get 5* room and service for 3* price. Will definitely book again next month. Mehr

Not a 5 star establishment. TV and a/c did not work properly and they did not fix the problem.

It was a great five star hotel. The staff were very nice and the building well situated close enough for a 10-15 minute wak to anywhere. The only bad part was the mattress was left over from the stone age

I stayed at the Tiara park hotel in spring 2011.. here are some pros and cons: Pros: Great view over the city Nice bed Good toiletries Cons: Located on a steep hill Internet not free and no wireless Mini bar VERY expensive Overall I had an OK stay, nothing extraordinary though, If you staying here make sure you get a room facing the city, the view […] is truly amazing. This is a fantastic hotel and warrants it's 5 star rating.....my only gripe would be to say the food prices in the bar are very expensive, however, I will stay at this hotel again.

Great Hotel. They have various breakfast menus to suit your budget. Quality of hotel good. Location good, not far from Hot Lisbon spots.

The hotel lived up to its 5 star billing in every way except in the price that I paid. The hotel was located for me, although I understand that it might be a bit out of the centre for others.

Great hotel overlooking park. has all the amenities in the room, which is large, well-decorated and very comfortable as would befit a 5 star hotel. The downside is that it is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride to most tourist sites, but the excellent qualities of the hotel make it worth the short travel times.

Very good hotel. Front desk is very helpful and they have all answers to all my questions. They even checked us at 11am even though check in time is 3pm. Very cooperative ....We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. My 8 month old enjoyed more than us.

One of the best hotels in Lisbon. This establishment is top notch. Careful of the parking because is expensive however you can find street parking for free after 8pm on Friday night on the street behind the hotel. Very nice hotel but a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Food in the hotel was good but very expensive

Went to London, Paris, Nice, Barcelona, Madrid, and Lisbon, but by far.. this was the nicest and most affordable of any hotels that we stayed in. Don't think twice about booking this place, it's convenient to metro, buses, and the hub for the City Tour Double decker buses. Would definitely stay here again

Although we only spent one night at the hotel, it definitely fit our needs. It is just across the street from the Parque Eduardo VII, where we spent part of our afternoon; a ten-minute walk from the airport bus stop; and close to both expensive and inexpensive restaurants. The staff was attentive and very helpful, which was important as we had to leave […] at 4:30 am to catch our airplane flight home. We got the wake-up call at exactly the time we wanted, the check-out procedure was quick and the bill accurate, and the doorman had a cab at the door within two minutes (it helps that there is a taxi stand immediately next door). The hotel itself is lovely; our room was quiet ,with all the amenities that one could want, and had a wonderful view of the city, the Castelo, and the Rio Tejo. Mehr

Great hotel with lovely staff and magnificent views of Lisbon. Little bit of a walk to the central area but ideal if you want a bit of exercise. Convenient for airport. Mini bar very pricey even for a bottle of water. Othergreat super hotel and would highly recommend!
