The hotel does not look like much from the outside, but is gorgeous on the inside. Service was impeccable as to be expected from a true 5-star Hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel and also very good. Breakfast is a must upgrade for. The value of breakfast was amazing.

Lounge scene at night is full of energy and friendliness.

Excellent everything. Anyone who interacts with the public should spend a night at the Ritz to learn how to interact with customers that are spending their money with you.

The hotel is very service oriented. Saturday night there was a big gala there, while we were staying there and they still handled the valet parking and desk info with great ease. The bar/library was very lively each night, with live music. Best of all, it is a great location. Right next to Phipps Plaza and across the street from Lenox Square mall. Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was a wonderful experience! Wife and I were treated with the utmost respect! Hotel was elegant! Dining in the five-star restaurant made it even better! Look forward to visiting here again!

I couldn't make one complaint about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton if I even tried. Everything was amazing.

Our Easter weekend stay at this hotel was incredible. Damon, the bartendar makes the best drinks in Atlanta. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and cheery. Our room had views of Atlanta on three sides. The car service to the resturants in the area is availabe to drop you off and pick you up and was an added amenity to our delightful stay. I chose the Ritz Buckhead as a place to stay two nights after a long, busy trip to Europe. I chose it over several other leading hotels where I've stayed in the area and usually selected over the Ritz in the because this was a great value. It's the Ritz Atlanta- housekeeping and room service are friendly but overall the staff is not warm and welcoming. It was a nice surprise that valet parking and room service were included in the package. Valet parking is otherwise $$. Amazing in room breakfast! The hotel was great and the staff was top notch. The location was close to great shopping and restaurants. All hotel staff was professional and very helpful. As a "very" particular customer regarding atmosphere, cleanliness, etc, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel. The all-inclusive extensive buffet breakfast and the free valet parking extended during our weekend package was much appreciated. The rooms are lovely, as are the common rooms. My husband and I had a great, relaxing stay at this hotel - service was excellent and it was really nice to have the little extras that make staying there special. Fresh flowers, fluffy towels, great menu and room service was excellent and very prompt. Love this hotel and would stay here the next time we are in Atlanta,

This hotel is not what I thought it should be. We were on the Club Level. I think that for the price of this room, it should've been better. When you first walk into the hotel, it was nice. Check in was great as they gave us a glass of champagne because it was a mini honeymoon. The room was wayyy too small. It also had a musty smell and the carpet needed […] to be updated. "IT'S THE RITZ CARLTON" for goodness sake! For the money, I thought is should've had a jacuzzi in the rooms but it didn't. I think it's an "ok" hotel, but I would not categorize this as a 5 star. I would give it a 3-4 star. The amenities were very nice but overall I wouldn't pay for this again. Not worth the money. I think you can get a 3 star with jacuzzi and not spend so much somewhere else. Mehr

I was looking forward to my stay at this hotel but after a stay the night before at a hotel 1/4 the price of this one, I was disappointed, The room was small but clean and I enjoyed the robes and slippers in the room. The pool and hot tub were nice but I was scolded by a member of the staff for dripping on the tile. That night, another member of staff […] gave me a hard time because I lost my ticket for valet parking. Overall, the worst part of my experience was a lot of time spent waiting for my car even when I called ahead. No one opened doors for me and once, they left me out front waiting for my car while others came out, requested their car and then drove off while I had called ahead and was left waiting. The room service breakfast was not hot and not particularly good and when I called and requested to have the tray removed, it took almost an hour for them to come get it. For the price, I was not impressed with the service and would probably not stay here again. Mehr

The hotel stay was "ok"...defiently not what I expected.... I thought the rooms would be alot bigger and nicer... now dont get me wrong the rooms are nice BUT for the price of the rooms and being in an "Executive Suite" I feel it should have been bigger... I have stayed at less expensive hotels and the rooms where much bigger...also they charge 35 dollar […] for valet and 20 if you wanna park in the lot and have to pay that every time you leave and I felt that they should have including the parking in the price... the breakfast was ok...the channels where limited...but the service was great... I honestly think thats what you are paying for...the rooms are average and not worth the money per night...defiently wouldnt stay again...not worth the money spent way too much.... Mehr

Had a bed and breakfast package and still got charged for breakfast!! Room was very small and noisy. We constantly heard doors slamming all night long. Motel 6 would have been better. Not a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel and conveniently located to shopping areas!

THIS IS AN AMAZING HOTEL. I WENT FOR MY ANNIVERSARY AND THEY UPGRADED MY ROOM FOR FREE. THE RITZ-CARLTON REALLY KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Ritz Buckhead to escape. I had a fantastic time. I didn't find a 'do not disturb' placket to put on the door. On the door handle it said to push a button to note do not disturb. The housekeeper in the morning knocked on the door. The attendant to refill the mini bar knocked on the door. I noted on another door they had a 'do not disturb' placket. […] I wished I knew to ask for one. That's my only gripe. Otherwise, it was a gloriously fantastic escape. Mehr

We were very impressed with the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
