This is conveniently located near the little elementary MRT stop only a few stops away from zhongxiao xinsheng on the blue line. There are amazing massage places and a little food stand area nearby..along with a temple and some good restaurants. I felt like a rockstar. This hotel is wonderful - great location and the staff are very attentive and polite. We were very pleased with our stay. Hint: Make reservation for a "Club" room that includes buffet breakfast and you will also have afternoon tea and evening drinks and snacks all included in the price. We did, and did not have to leave the hotel to enjoy gourmet food […] that the hotel offered. Staff is friendly and well trained....enjoyed it sooo much! Mehr

This is a very nice hotel with friendly and competent staff whose English is very good. They can resolve all issues of interest to the non-Chinese speaking traveler. The rooms and facilities are genuinely 4*. All in all, a great experience.

The hotel is in a very good location - very close to MRT station. We asked for a king size room, however, when we arrived they only have two twin size beds. The hotel staff came to our room and combined the twin beds into one king size bed. We had to pay our wireless internet (the only bad part). We would recommand this hotel.

This is quite an old hotel, albeit keeping quite a good shape after renovation. The bathroom is very small by today's standard but I guess it can not be helped. I would not agree it's a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 to 3.5, even with an understanding it was a 5 star before.

The quality of this hotel, especially the staff, was truly outstanding. Having travelled to over 130 countries, I find this property to be a true standout. In fact, because of the splendid manner in which we were treated we extended our stay in Taipei by three days.

Booked a Superior room and got upgraded to a deluxe room for free! Location is not superb (about 2-3pm away from the main station) but there's a new subway station just 5 mins walk away from the hotel so traveling is not an issue. We did not book hotel breakfast (cost TWD550 per person), but there's a lot of shops near the hotel, so breakfast was not […] a problem at all. Room was spacious, and hotel staff were very attentive. Only down side was the internet access. Charges applied for in-room wired access and wireless access in public areas. Overall it was a great experience. Paid 3 star price for 5 star services, will definitely recommend to others! Mehr

I have stayed in Imperial Hotel Taipei for 4 nights. Everything was great, service, rooms. I think rooms are bit smaller especially the standard rooms.

I loved my stay here. They upgraded me to a suite, due to the hotel being full. It was spotless. Jenny, behind the Front Desk, is a superb representative for the hotel. She speaks excellent English and helped me get on line when I was unsure about the wattage in the room.... wireless is available and a NEW SUBWAY stop is 5 minutes down the street! A […] very interesting temple is 1/2 a block away.... The hotel is not brand new, but all the employees were very gracious to me and it was lovely. I did not have a chance to try the restaurants.... but I found the hotel to be a comfortable good experience... and I felt like I was in Taipei! Which is what I wanted! Thank you Imperial. Mehr

Overall, the hotel provides excellent customer service. It would be even better, if it can offer complimentary WIFI & broadband in room.

We were there late April on holiday, staying in first a deluxe room, then a premier room (we went out of Taipei in between). The rooms were excellent--clean, comfy, and spacious enough. Perhaps too comfy--we overslept every day! The front desk was polite, informative and helpful, and housekeeping most obliging. It's only a short walk to a subway/MRT […] station along a recently opened MRT line, maybe around 7 or 8 minutes. However, most of the attractions that a tourist would visit lie on either the blue or red lines. Not a big inconvenience, though it does mean that you will have to walk a tad when switching lines. There is a bus stop for the so-called Airbus (hilarious!) almost right outside the hotel, which takes you to Taoyuan airport for just NT$90. (They don't give change though, so we ended up paying NT$100 per person--still cheap.) My lowest rating is an average "3" out of 5 in the "surrounding neighbourhood" category. Nothing good or bad about it; the area doesn't have much to offer, but it isn't unpleasant either. Mehr

The hotel staff are nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Underground was within 10mins walk, convenient stores and restaurants were nearby and there is a night market within 10mins walk. Overall, good location and a hotel I would recommend to my friends.

Nothing fancy but the hotel is ok. The location is not the best one as you are not in the center of the city.

It was a great and happy stay at this hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location quite ok, 5 min walk to MRT. anywhere taxi is quite convenient to go around. fare was not expensive is taken by 4 pax.

The hotel has a good location in terms of places to eat. Shopping areas are still farther on, not walking distance from the hotel. Generally, the hotel is clean and well kept in spite of the length of time it has been in existence. The hotel room is spacious and very clean. There are nice food around the neighbourhood. Unfortunately, there are construction site opposite the hotel which is noisy in the morning. The MRT is also a distance, Overall, it is still a good choice

The Imperial Hotel was one of my greatest travel experiences! I arrived early (10:00 AM), and was able to check-in immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff speak english. This was important as my mandarin is quite limited. They took care of me on many levels, and even helped to arrange a visit to a local elementary […] school (I'm an elementary teacher in Los Angeles!) The bar staff was friendly, and made every effort to help me with my mandarin. Laundry service was fast and affordable. I will definitely stay at Imperial Hotel on my next trip to Taipei! Mehr

台北旅行三泊四日で宿泊させていただきました。 民権西路駅から徒歩五分以内にあり、交通の便がよく、ホテル目の前には桃園空港行きバスが停車するので帰りも安心です。 松山空港にも近いですが、騒音はまったくしないので夜も快適です。 そして何より、部屋の清潔感とホテルマンの対応がピカイチでした。友達とワインを飲むため、ワインオープナーをお借りしたのですが、わざわざ部屋まで持ってきてくださるという待遇の良さ。感激です。 個人的に本屋さんが近くにあればいいなと思いましたが、それ以外にはスーパーもコンビニもあり、日本の商品も多数揃えてくれているので、もし旅行先でたりないものがあれば補充できます。 朝ごはんが付いていない宿泊でも、近くにファーストフード店や出店があるので問題ないでしょう。 また台湾に行っ […] たら、ぜひ利用したいと思います。 Mehr

客房窗户太小光线不好，服务很好。有捷运所以交通比较方便，到哪里都可以。服务态度非常好。

台北華國飯店-----服務一流，捷運再行一直路五分鐘到達。價錢便宜，只是飯店較老，房間尚算清潔，日本客人很多! 機場有巴士到達飯店附近，腳程5分鐘可到。 附近有很多食市，7-11也在附近

ラウンジが使える部屋に宿泊しました。 ダブルの部屋ですが、狭めで若干くたびれた感じです。 松山空港からタクシーで150TWDもしないので、松山空港利用者にはいいと思います。 最寄のMRTの駅は「中山国小」で徒歩5分くらいですが、どこに行くにも乗換えが必要なので、結構面倒です。 タクシーは安いので、タクシー使ったほうが効率的かも。 ラウンジは朝食・バータイムとも、飽きさせないように日替わりメニューが用意されてました。 ティータイムの時間は、プチケーキやクッキーがあり、わりとおいしかったです。 バータイムのアルコールの種類はかなり充実していますよ。 ホテルの近くには足つぼのお店が多くあります。 オススメは、竹●（日本語にはない漢字）何とかというお店。日本語も通じ清潔でスタッフも親 […] 切でした。 林森北路を民権東路の方に向かって歩いて3分もしないです。 隻城街のところには24時間開いている足つぼ屋もあり、そこも日本語が通じる人がいます。 ここのマッサージはバキバキ系で、首や背中の骨をならすタイプです。 Mehr

台湾のホテルでは全館禁煙だと言うが　一部のホテルでは　室内で喫煙できるとの話を聞いたので　喫煙できる ホテルを探していた所　このホテルは　室内設備の中に喫煙可とあったので予約したが　実際は室内での 喫煙が　できなかった。　どうせ　喫煙できないので あれば　もっと　便利な所を選べば良かったと思った。 また　室内設備の欄から　喫煙可は　外したほうが良いのではないですか？

12/29か3泊しました。ツインで予約していたがダブルだったので、フロントに連絡すると、すぐに部屋を変更してくれた。日本語での対応を心がけてくれるようで、英語が苦手な旅行者にとっては安心できた。水回りが古さを感じられたが、清潔に保たれているので問題なく使用できた。

是一間服務很好的飯店，房間的東西都整齊、清潔，擺設跟裝潢也都很典雅。附近的小夜市也很方便，只是稍稍離市中心遠了一點點，捷運需換線麻煩了一點點，除了對房間沒有無線網路且網路需收費有點怨言，但整體來說是很不錯的。

中山国小駅に近い。フロントは日本語が通じる。 コンビニ、薬局、スーパーが近くにある。

たまたまハズレ部屋なのかシャワートイレがついていましたがシャワー機能が壊れていました。また、室内のポットも壊れていました。 ただ、いろいろな要望にすぐに応えてくれますので、問題はありません。 フロントやドアマンなど日本語もしっかり通じますし、テレビの日本語メニューなどもありがたいです。コンシェルジュに近くの豆漿のお店などを教えていただきました。 また、フィットネスセンターが素晴らしいホテルです。

服務很好，但客房整理太吵！
