Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten.

Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war es dem Geruch nach zu urteilen wohl ein ehemaliges Raucherzimmer mit einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Zimmertausch waere gegen geringen Aufpreis auf die Hotels.com-Buchung moeglich gewesen. Darauf haben wir fuer die eine Nacht verzichtet. Trotzdem geht das Preis- Leistungsverhaeltnis in Ordnung. Fruehstueck ist sehr einfach gehalten. Toast, Bagels und Cornflakes in verschiedenen Varianten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren wie in den USA gewohnt hoeflich und hilfsbereit. Wir wuerden dort zu dem Angebotspreis von Hotels.com fuer ein, oder zwei Naechte jederzeit wieder uebernachten.

The room was fine only i had a non smoking room and becasue it was downstairs by the exit door people smoking outside by the door the smoke smell would come directly to my room had to put a towel down on the floor to seal off the opening at the bottom of the door cause my room smelled like if i was in there smoking it was a strong smell i have asthma […] and i dont do smoke. Upon arrival my room key didn't work, and when maintenance got me in, I wished I hadn't. The curtains have been stripped from the windows and the rods were against the wall. Towels were on the floor. All in all, it was a hot mess. Management was quick to move me to a different room and everything was fine after that. The location is super convenient […] to the stadium, ball park and convention center (less than 5 minutes to any of them), but the neighborhood is kinda sketch. It appears that she stayed with us while we were changing the drapes (curtains) in all our rooms. We constantly trying to improve our services and products. We just finished installing new carpeting, pillowtop beds, drapes, bed skirts, bed throws in all our rooms. We are glad that the staff quickly corrected the problem and that the guest was able to enjoy the rest of her stay. We are also pleased that she found our location to be super convenient to the Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Ballpark and Convention Center. Our hotel is located near one of the busiest intersection in Arlington and it can be a little noisy during special events. We thank this guest for her time.

Hotel was nice, bed wasn't that comfortable, and when you get there they tag you with a $20 parking fee on top of your bill, which wasn't previously mentioned anywhere during the booking of the room

Regarding the parking fee, we work very hard at having all reservation guests notified of our parking fee policy. This parking policy is posted on our websites. Parking is free except during Cowboys games or Special Events at the Cowboys Stadium which is across the street from us. The parking fee changes depending on how much Cowboys Stadium charges and that depends on the type of event being held there. To remedy this, we have just recently installed new pillowtop beds in all our rooms. Hopefully, he will find our bed to be both soft and firm from now on. Regarding breakfast, it is usually better to come to breakfast early so you can have the widest selection. On a daily basis, we set up our all you can eat breakfast, which includes hot Belgian waffles, based on the number of people we have staying with us. But come early because our guests are the very hungry type...

Reading his comment is a treat for our staff who work hard at providing a clean room with fantastic and friendly service. Since our latest upgrading (new pillowtop beds, carpeting, drapes, bed skirts, and bed throws) which was just completed, we are now a smoke free property. Our staffs are human and we make mistakes - many. But because they want to service our guests better, our staffs undergo yearly retraining in customer service and front desk procedures. This is a continual process. Though they never complain about it, we know it is a boring and tedious process but reading just one positive review is immensely rewarding.

What can I say...Location, Location,Location! When we were able to park and walk to Jerry's World, we were blown away. We didn't walk any farther than some people parked in the stadium parking lot. Great place to stay if visiting Cowboy Stadium! The staff was very helpful and courteous and the room was spotless. "Days Inn- No Frilles Stay"
A bit pricy for the accommodations, especially parking. Absolutely NO frills. Just a room to sleep in, sink, toilet and tub. Perfect if your in and out but not perfect if you like to hang out in lobby, etc.

But - it is oooh so close to the stadium - RIGHT across the street - if you are going to something at the stadium - theres NO better place to stay! Save $10 on parking and just cross the street! "Not worth it"
Although the hotel is across the street from the stadium it's of no benefit because you have to pay again to park there. We have almost 5 times the normal room rate for the convience of being across the street but then learned we'd have to fork out another $65 to park there during the game. Clean Hotel, staff was friendly, good continental breakfast and inexpensive rates. Across the street from Texas Stadium - entrance is a little awkward to find - on a side street - but otherwise nice hotel with a great value for the money. Would definately stay there again.

Our rate varies depending on room demand in the Arlington hotel market. We work hard at being competitive with our peers. Generally, the rates in Arlington, Texas are the highest during Cowboys games or during special events at the Cowboys Stadium. The second highest rate would be during summer weekends and when the Rangers are playing well. Followed by summer weekdays. The rates are at the lowest when there is little room demands such as during weekdays in the winter months. We thank this guest for his time.

excellent location, right across the street from the Cowboy and Rangers stadiums, free waffles for breakfast.. (make your own), no guest laundry, but has a coin operated laundromat in the shopping center across the street... no business center though, so printing boarding passes are kinda tough.

It was an aweswome stay for my family. They did everything to make sure that we had what we needed. Everyone was so friendly from the check in to the check out. We just were not able to stay more than a night. I know we will be back in that area in the future and that is where we will choose to stay.

I was disappointed because I had asked for a room with little walking (my husband has to use a walker). They put us on the second floor, at the end of the hallway. The room was warm, I turned the thermostat down to 68. It never cooled down enough to sleep comfortable. We did like the view!

We only went for one night, we needed a place next to the Dallas cowboy stadium, wataburger, and sux flags all that was right around the hotel so that was perfect .. breakfast in the morning was not so good but hey its free so can't complain... The hotel isn't fancy, but clean and the staff very helpful. We were there to see a Rangers game and it was great for that. It was very close to the stadium and had a trolley to take you to the game. Breakfast was good. I good deal, especially if you are just staying one night to go to an area attraction.
Was disappointed as the advertisement stated it was in walking distance of the Ranger Stadium; if you were a track star and loved to walk in the heat about 3/4 of a mile! The room was OK but the bathroom had bare walls with only one towel rack at the end of the tub. Would have saved several towels if there had been racks on the wall to hang wet towels […] and bathing suits. Slip proof striping in tub was lose and needed to be replaced. Mehr

We were very pleased with the location of the motel and how it was centrally located. Rooms were clean and the pool area was very clean. Can't wait to return back to Dallas. Thanks to all the staff.

I was definitly NOT impressed with the surrounding area! Seemed like not so great neigborhood, with locals just "hangin out" that were not even hotel guests. The toilet was plugged up the entire weekend and my two boys had to walk to the front desk to borrow a plunger, no hotel staff/housekeeping/maitaneince ever once offered assistance. The view was […] a solid fenced in wall, not charming. Breakfast left much to be desired as both mornings they were out of something essential (ie. pancake syrup, butter) to accomodate what was served. Main thing was too many teens running in and out with lots of booze, up and down the halls with profanity beig loud t all hours, and hotel staff did not seem to intervene. Mehr

"Never Again!"
We arrived late and unpacked in our two adjoining rooms - one for us and one for the kids. The kids finally decided to turn in about 1:00 in the morning and my son immediately came to my room. There was a still-damp urine spot on his bed he discovered by lying on it. Needless to say he freaked out. The front desk asked us if we wanted to move and I […] explained that we had already unpacked everything and asked if they could they bring a replacement mattress instead. After a long delay they called back and said they could not until morning and offered a roll away for the night. I talked to the front desk again the next morning and the assured me the mattress would be changed. When we arrived back late that night the bed had been made but it still reeked of urine! The mattress never got changed. I also requested a missing light bulb be replaced in a bedside lamp - that was never done. Our first night there, the smell of marijuana smoke also filled the hallway and into our nonsmoking room. When pointed out to one of the desk clerks he replied, "Well, it is Spring break." This answer was totally unacceptable! Book this hotel at your own risk! Mehr

We apologized to this guest for his recurring problem and for his bad experience. Though his concerns are important, we believe that is it important to also mention that this guest stayed with us for his entire reservation of four nights for two rooms to put the level of the encountered challenges in perspective. The challenges did not cause this guest to immediately check out. Our staff did offer to move his room but he declined and so he was provided with a rollaway. Unfortunately, the guest went to the front desk and specifically asked for our housekeeper to check his room and he gave his room number and not the room number that had the perceived problem. This is an understandable mistake as he did not know which room had what room number. But the problem for my head housekeeper was that she went through both beds in the room that the guest specifically gave us as the room that had a problem and she did not find any problem. To make sure she did not miss anything, she also had another maid go back and check both beds and they were not able to find any problem. We believe that the misunderstanding was immediately corrected when we found out the guest gave us the wrong room number initially. We also apologized that we missed the light bulb but we do not have any written records that he had called the front desk and told them about the missing light bulb. Our hotel goes to great length cleaning, deodorizing, and maintaining an air fresher in the room. Our staff routinely investigates all noise and smell concerns and they do not hesitate reporting to law enforcement agencies about any problems. There are no records of any complaints regarding any strange odor during the stay of this guest. We have shared his comments with the staff and have a new procedure for guest reg

A solid little hotel. Rooms were very basic, but you get what you pay for. The bed did seem a bit small (height and length), even for my 5'10" frame. Our toilet seemed to have a small leak in the bottom, because the floor was sometimes wet. On the plus side, the hotel staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. The breakfast in the morning was also solid […] (hot waffles, donuts, cereal, muffins, toast, juice, etc) and plentiful. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a Walgreens and a Wal-Mart within a 2 minute walk. Very convenient. It was too cold to use the pool, so we're not sure about its quality. The hotel is literally right across the street from Cowboys Stadium. To sum up, if you want a cheap hotel with the basics, and plan on attending an event at the stadium, this one is solid. Mehr

When I made this reservation, I made two mistakes, it wasn't the location I preferred and I reserved a smoking room. They couldn't cancel my reservation but they were able to change me to non-soking. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. plenty of parking and convenient to the rooms.

Hotel is in a good location if you want to be in this particular area. Hotel lobby is small...not much to speak of. Room fairly clean but slight smell. My room was only a couple of rooms down from a smoking room and you can smell smoke down the hallway. Vending machine was almost completely sold out. We regret his room had a slight smell from being close to a smoking room and that the vending machine was almost completely sold out. Had he contacted the front desk regarding being sensitive to the smoking smell, out staff would have worked very hard to please him by moving him to another room or to smoke free floor. Our vending machines are refilled on a weekly or twice a week basis, he must have seen it after a large group stayed with us and before its regular refill schedule. "Not stellar"
Well after a check in that lasted over an hour, we got to our room. The hour delay in check in was because of the slow front desk and volume of people checking in. Our door knob was broken when we finally got a room. Then we had to stand in line again to get a replacement.. Hard boxy beds and a slightly absorbent towels were waiting for us. The night […] we stayed the hotel was charging $65 for parking in the lot. That caught a lot of people by surprise. Some that came to this economy hotel could not afford it and had to stay elsewhere. The redeeming feature of this hotel is it's perfect location across the street from Dallas Cowboy Stadium. It is Spartan. Soap crumbled the first time out of the paper. Hot water was plentiful, but when it is 106F out, there is not much demand. Breakfast was Folgers coffee and some muffins. No fruit. I can only recommend this hotel if you are staying because of it's close proximity to the Stadium. Mehr
We thank this guest for his business and for taking time to write his review of our Hotel. His feedback is important to us so that we can continually improve our services and products. We are glad that he found our hotel to be in the perfect location across the street from Dallas Cowboys Stadium. We regret that check-in was slow, and that apparently he was surprised by the parking fee. Our parking is normally free except during Cowboys games or special events. We have ensured that all our sites are displaying a disclaimer about any possible parking fees. Due to the proximity of our parking lot to Cowboys Stadium, we have the added expenses and liabilities of policing our parking lot during Cowboys games or special events; otherwise, our lot will be full of cars belonging to event attendees seeking to avoid having to pay the Cowboys Stadium parking fees which varies from $75 to over $150 per car during Cowboys games and our guests will not have any parking spaces left. Please check with property for parking fee amount as it may vary. Regarding slow check-in, we have add new staff to handle the volume but we recommend checking in as close to check-in time as possible and not wait until last minutes to check-in when our volume is the highest. We have recently refreshed all our Stadium view rooms with new carpeting, furnitures, and new queen size Serta PerfectSleeper Diamond Suite pillow top beds. We are currently the closest Hotel to the new Cowboys Stadium and we hope our proximity to this sports venue along with being walking distance to Rangers Ballpark and a mile from Six Flags Over Texas will add value and convenience to our guests.
