Fairfield Inn by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving - Irving

I had to book a last minute stay by DFW and I spent a lot of time online looking for a nice hotel with the best deal and I found it here! The hotel staff was very nice, the room was nice and the breakfast was just right for what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again!

No complaints. very friendly staff. Tiny workout room but adequate

I had called and asked if the shuttle would take us to Grapevine anfd was told yes. When we arrived, they said the shuttle would only go to the airport.

If you are looking for a good room for a cheap price, than this is the place for you. And the breakfast makes up for what is lacking elsewhere....

Staff was quite helpful changing my room around so that I could be on the ground floor. They also told me where to go to get a good meal, since there are no good places to eat nearby. Great exercise facility!!!

Staff is very accomodating. I would stay again.

Very nicely maintained hotel. Lobby, room, elevators and halls clean. Courteous staff. Only one downside, which was when booking, I believed that hotel shuttle dropped at various locations. Found out that basically was an airport to hotel only.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was moderately spacious. The location was around a dozen other hotels on the side of the highway but no visible sign from the road, so we drove right by it 3 times before we found it. However, it was conveniently located down the street from the airport although there was no noticeable jet noise, and it was […] easy to commute between both Dallas and Fort Worth. Mehr

This Fairfield Marriott is a little older than the one I normally stay at a couple of miles down the road, but the one plus I must give this location is the RERIDGERATORS That's such a plus when traveling. I can understand not having microwaves in everyroom. Bed are a little soft for my liking, but I still slept well! Anyway....The front desk/staff […] is there for your every need. Hallways stayed quiet! I'd definitely stay here again! Mehr

We were unfamiliar with Dallas, and Rebecca was so helpful with providing directions to different destinations for us. She also arranged for my incoming Denver family to have their room close to ours so that visiting would be more convenient. The hotel is in a very good location, in that it's easy to find once you've ventured out into the Dallas traffic! […] Overall, a very good experience! Mehr

We found this hotel to be very clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet. The Continental Breakfast had a reasonable range of food and there was plenty of it.

This hotel is a great value for the money. Everything was close by. Our room was at the end of the hall and very quiet. The continental breakfast was more than just cereal and muffins and enjoyed the free newspaper in the morning. All in all a delightful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was fine at this hotel but when we got back from our trip, we noticed our vehicle had been broken into. That is the risk we took by using the park and fly option, but still disappointing as it is on a major thoroughfarend pretty well lit. We did notify the front desk of the break in and they handled it the best they could and told me they […] would notifiy the policy to drive by more frequently. Thankfully, we did not have anything in our Tahoe and they did not vandalize, so it could have been much worse. Be careful and aware of where you park when using the park and fly option. The bath towels are poor quality and light fabrics as well. Just one set per person. The breakfast good!

Stayed here because of a concert down the road, was a quiet night and would stay again. Make front desk was helpful as well

This was our first stay at a Fairfield Hotel. The price was great. Not at the fault of the hotel, but there was so much construction in the area we had to call for directions. They were helpful to provide clear and concise direction for us. The hotel itself was one of several hotels in a row and easy access to Belt Line Road (easy access to 114 or 635). […] The hotel room was pretty simple, but the beds were comfortable. The accomodations were adequate for a weekend trip. The parking lot was pretty well lit at night. The breakfast was more than we expected. Even though the hotel advertised they have a continental breakfast, I planned to feed our kids in the room. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a full array of choices: cereal, make-your-own waffles, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee and sweet rolls. There was a nice little breakfast area with tables in the front lobby area. All in all, it was comfortable and fine for a small family on a budget. I would recommend it for that purpose. Mehr

THE AIRPORT WAS CLOSE TO AIRPORT,RESAURANTS AND EXPRESSWAYS.IT WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND GOOD VALUE.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The waffles in the morning were great! We stayed one night as we had an overnight layover at DFW. The staff who checked us in was not friendly and fairly rude. Other than that, great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. But there is no restaurants/fast food around, just an FYI.

Staff very friendly and obliging.Nothing was a bother to them. Shuttle very prompt, driver friendly would stay again

The Fairfield Inn was an ideal stop for me for the weekend. The facilities are clean. The room was comfortable and accomodating. The breakfast was really good with lots of variety. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even going so far as to follow up with questions I had to ensure I was taken care of. The elevator...well, it is SLOW, but […] that is the only negative I can find, and that is nit-picking. I recommend this place highly. Mehr

The staff was absolutely on target here! We always saw a smile and they would go above and beyond to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The entire stay was a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone who has children. Never got the complentary bottled water

Even though this particular hotel is conveniently located within minutes to the dfw airport, this was not the best hotel I stayed at. First, i got a room with a 2 person occupancy and only received 1 key. Then there was a strange oder coming from the room which was not pleasant. Upon check out, the staff was rude and obnoxious. THE A/C WAS BEAUT. MGMT VERY GOOD. FREE BREKKY WAS BEETER THAN MOST OTHER HOTELS.COULDN'T FAULT THIS HOTEL.

I book my reservation thru hotels.com and immediately called to see if early check-in was possible. The staff was very friendly and was more than willing to accomidate my request. Once I arrived, I found the on-duty staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The room was real comfortable, and the bed was great!

Our stay was fine. If I return to the area I will probably try other hotels, because they are all together. No complaints.

The staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast, nice clean comfortable rooms with almost no noise pollution, a clean pool, and a free shuttle service. My friend and I were there for a 3 day conference at the convention center. We were shuttled daily to and from the center. We had very little wait […] time. Other than an unfriendly driver the first morning, all the drivers were friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there is no restaraunt in the hotel. The shuttle will take you to Grapevine Mills Mall where there are choices of places to eat. Otherwise you have to have food delivered which can be expensive. I would stay here again. Mehr

Excellent location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was VERY clean, no funky odors, and the air conditioner worked. My ONLY complaint was the breakfast area was insane in the morning. Everything was crammed in a tiny space. Only one microwave (they offer frozen breakfast sandwiches) and one waffle maker. The wait was way too long and many people […] just gave up. Because we were in Dallas for just one night and had any early flight out, we picked a hotel very close to the airport. We chose The Fairfield Inn because we've had great service in the past at other locations. This hotel was no exception. Even after having spent the previous week at a 5-star resort in Houston, this Fairfield was no let down. Clean, […] cheerful, cool and comfortable, our rooms were just what we needed. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They arranged a free shuttle for us to and from the airport and helped us with all our needs traveling with three teenagers and lots of luggage. We would stay at any Fairfield Inn and recommend it especially when traveling on a budget because they give you first rate service and amenities for a fair price. Mehr

I choose this hotel frequently due to its close proximity to the DFW airport. There is limited shopping and activities nearby, but the hotel itself is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms arel always nice and all amenities work and are included.

Quick and efficient shuttle to airport....just make sure you call ahead of time and schedule the shuttle to the airport...it gets full. Loved being able to leave my car at the hotel and dropped off at the door of the terminal. So much cheaper than parking anywhere else. Rooms were super clean. Make sure on your way out there to get something to eat; […] there is nothing out that far. You really are on the edge of airport property although I was not bothered by the airport noise. Upon my return, I called the hotel and got a real live person....and bus was at the airport in 10 minutes to pick me up to transport me back to my car at the hotel. Plan to stay there anytime I need a place close to DFW. Carmen at the front desk did an outstanding job - she is a true asset to this hotel. Thank you for the great service!!! Mehr
