Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt jedes Geräusch von den Nachbarzimmern mit. Auch wenn die Zimmer nebenan geöffnet oder geschlossen werden. Als Flughafenhotel für 1 Nacht ausreichend.

We choose this hotel based on the Hotels.com reviews. The hotel was rated very high and our experience confirms the rating -- we were allowed to check in early, the staff was phenomenal and the beds as comfortable as guest had raved about.

Clean, kind and good service to guest! The day after my staying, I had to go out the hotel at 4:30 am. I didn't expect any meal for my family because my leaving time is so early. But the hotel gave my family a packed BREAKFAST! I never ordered early breakfast for my family, but the hotel did. I would like to thank to the manager of the hotel.

We found the Hampton Inn to be a wonderful place to stay. We flew in after 10pm so we called the hotel to have their van driver pick us up. He was helpful & friendly. All hotel employees were friendly & made us feel welcome. We totally enjoyed our morning breakfast, what a treat! Due to circumstances, we never made it back to the hotel for Friday night. […] But our first night was nice and we slept very well in a very comfy bed. Mehr

Stayed over a weekend. Upon arrival front desk staff were very friendly and quick. Room and beds were comfy and clean. Good variety of food for the included free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. :)

This is the third time I have used this hotel for Spring Training. I highly recommend it. The staff is wonderful and really makes you feel at home. The breakfast and afternoon snacks are delicious. We have a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good, a variety of items to choose from.

The personnel were very friendly. We had a microwave brought to our room to use. There were few minor repairs when we arrived: draped and noisy plumbing. These were fixed immediately. Really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, newspaper, and later checkout at noon. Will stay here again!

Hotel was not worth the $$. The area was not the best especially if traveling alone. Payment was made through Hotels.com but found a $25 charge on my account. I called the hotel direct for them to tell me they put a security deposit against my account but it should have been taken off by the bank. Three days later it's still on my account. Should have […] never been on my account in the first place. Won't be staying at the Hampton in anymore. Mehr

Friendly service, clean rooms, easy shuttle service to airport!

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this hotel can be said in 1 word, "RELAXATION". I had never felt so relaxed staying in a hotel. Kids and all... The bed, the bed oh the bed............so comfortable. Loved it!

My fiance and I were delightfully surprised with the level of service, the neatness and peacefulness of our lodging. Everything that was listed as a feature was surpassed in actuality. For instance we expected danish and coffee for the complimentary breakfast- the selection was awesome and very tasty. The location was fairly convient for the Tempe Sports Complex where our granddaughter was playing in a softball tourney. Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom. Very little counter space for toiletries.

Great hotel! Comfortable, clean, and with great staff. The large breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and when we left for the airport, they gave us a "breakfast in a bag". Only 3 problems: the printers in the business room didn't work, the water bottles in the breakfast bags were too big to take through check in at the airport so we had to throw them […] away, and if you miss the turnoff to the hotel from Broadway heading east, good luck! You will drive for miles before being able to turn back around. One other thing: If you are going to book with this hotel, make sure it is Airport South you are booking with, and not Airport North. If ordering a shuttle from the airport, make sure you are calling the right one. It can be confusing, to say the least. I would definitely book here again, and hope to in the near future. Mehr

This hotel was easy to find, just off the freeway, exactly what I needed after a long day driving. Taco place and gas station in same parking lot, so easy to get gas and go in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but OK It was also clean and quiet, and I felt safe: important for a woman traveling alone.

From the time I was picked up at th Airport the service was superb. Couldn't ask for more. Even had a little breakfast prepared for my very early departure.

Great service the room were just a real tight fit from other Hamptons that I have visited.

This is an awesome hotel! Very clean and comfy. Fresh baked cookies at 5pm in the lobby. The ventilation throughout the hotel is a clean smell of fresh laundry. Everything in the room was clean and fresh. Complimentary airport shuttle 24 hrs a day! We will definately be staying again! Kudos to Hampton once again!

The Hampton Inn South in Phoenix puts out a great hot and cold breakfast...we were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel

Very clean and great service. The bed however was so bouncy and soft ,we couln't get much sleep.

We were very pleased with the comfort and condition of our room. The internet connection was outstanding and so was the breakfast. The hotel staff went the extra mile to answer questions. Will stay here again.

The Park & Fly service here is great - very convenient to the Phoenix Airport with free shuttle service. Personnel are very helpful and breakfast is good.

Nice hotel with convenient park and fly to PHX. Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of choices. My only complaint is that the bathroom smelled a bit musty. It appeared clean so I don't know where the odor was coming from.

Thank you so much Hotels.com. You gave us a great hotel on such very short notice. Very nice rooms and very quiet for being so close to the airport. No complaints on our part. Clean, comfortable, good service, great breakfast and fabulous rate. The reviews really helped with my selection.

This is a good hotel with excellent service strategically located less than 5 miles from everything. The location is convenient and rooms are in good shape.

It was a very nice hotel. Nothing too special. But nothing bad either. My only complaint is that my remote control didn't work that well. Other than that, it was very nice. I especially appreciated the complimentary bottle of water that was provided in my room.

The hotel and grounds were very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered the suggestion to shuttle us to airport to turn in our rental car a day early, so we wouldn't have the hassle the morning of our flight. My only dislike about the hotel is the lack of restaurants/bars within walking distance. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. […] However, this goes for any area so close to the airport. This is a perfect hotel if you have your own transportation to neighboring areas for restaurants. Our hotel clerk even suggested a nice area for us to dine. Mehr
