I have to admit I enjoyed my stay here and was very lucky to get it at the price that it was for each night.

The staff was friendly, when I checked into my room the front desk clerk called my room and ask if everything was ok and if I had any questions. I though that was very thouthful. I was very pleased. Yes I would stay there again.. Great atmostphere, clean rooms, great food and good drinks.. 5 Star...

Met up with extended family in Houston for two days. Fit three families (10 people total) into two suites. Comfortable beds, accomodating staff brought a crib for baby and allowed early checkin, 4yo enjoyed the pool. Happy Hour in lounge looked great. Easy access to Galleria, West U neighborhood, IHOP across the street.

I was recommended to the hotel by one of my friends. We enjoyed staying. Like the small kitchen and spacious room. Will recommend to friends.

Nice to have two rooms, each with a TV. Good breakfast buffet included. Hotel is on busy SW Freeway, but rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet.

We loved this hotel because it was clean, comfortable, check in was a breeze and the breakfast buffet was good. The bar area was very good too and very clean. But it is right next to a very busy highway. So depending on which room you get (facing the hwy...), there is lot of road noise.

i made a reservation for the super deluxe suite for family of 8, i was told that breakfast included but the reception girl told us its only for two and i have to pay for the rest ,now this should be told before we arrived also i made 2 local calls becouse my cell signal was weak ,they charge .75 cent a call , if i was in truck stop it would,ve been […] a free its not the cost its just cheep , i will never stay in it again i check in hotels at least twice a month never again in that cheep place Mehr

I enjoy staying at the Crowne. The rooms are a great deal for the price. It is always my first preference and the complimentary full breakfast is wonderful.

This is a suites hotel, so every room is a suite and opens onto a central courtyard. Ours also had a balcony to the outside. It's near a busy, noisy highway which can't be quieted with the balcony door being shut. It's too noisy to enjoy the balcony. The Hotel suffers from an old, cheap remodel. The colors are old and tired looking. The carpets need […] to be replaced. The remodel to the bathroom included a new shower head which isn't a french type. The old shower pipe remained exposed from the ceiling. The vent has been painted over many times. Repairs to the ceiling in the bedroom left badly patched dry wall. The bed linens weren't of the caliber they should have been. I'm glad to say that the maid for our room did a good job, but it still has a tired, worn out feeling about it. Too bad. We're lucky we didn't pay the normal price for it or we would be very upset. As it is, we felt we paid too much for what we got. Mehr

This hotel is very nice. We arrived later in the evening and there was a lot of activity going on in the lobby, which is nice. Our room was outstanding, very roomy. There is lots of room to move around which is great when you are traveling for long hours. The beds are in one room and there is a separate living room with another tv. The doors are french […] doors that lead out to the hallway, makes it feel real homey. I loved this hotel and will definately stay again! The staff was great as well. Mehr

Perfect Hotel way better than average. Very big comfortable clean rooms, great service, shuttle was never available.

While the front desk was friendly and helpful the hotel condition was unacceptable. The first room we were given had a slimy looking hand print on the head board above the bed and the other head board had white splatter marks all over it. The next room we were given had a strong smell of mildew/mold the second we walked in, the air conditioner was broken […] and making a knocking noise, the post construction plastic sound barrier placed over the sliding balcony door due to the noisy highway fell off in the morning, and last but not least the shower drain did not work at all. Also the gift shop staff was horrible, trying to insist that once an item is rung up, but not paid for, it cannot be removed and was quite rude, raising her voice several times after we insisted that we did not want to buy one item. Extremely please with the room and professionalism of the hotel staff. I will be visiting Houston again shorly and intend to stay again at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay...I didn't want to leave...I will be back. The only complaint I have is there is no free breakfast!!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint that I have was with the room service. The phone line was busy after calling three times. I had to call the front desk and then they had to have room service call my room for me to place an order.

Our stay was great. Everything was perfect.

The good: The hotel was nice. It was decorated tastefully, and the service was good. Now the bad: The key to my door did not work, had to go back down and get another. You must get a voucher for the included breakfast, but even though I booked the room for me and my two kids, they only give 2 vouchers per room. So, if your kids are above 5 then you […] have to pay. Any time a hotel in Houston has free parking I'll consider a stay there. This hotel had free parking and I was fortunate enough to actually score close spots each time. Had I been unable to park close I don't think it would have been to inconvenient but I can't speak from experience. The room itself was very nice. I stayed in a king suit so the bedroom […] and living room were seperate. I loved the set up of the sink area which I was able to make look like a mini bar with all the libations. The staff was very nice and courteous. The only nose turning moment I had was when I went to the restroom in the middle of the night and was greeted by a roach (the big ones). The room was visually clean and neat but they should definitely call terminex or something. I killed it, went back to sleep, and left the next day. A restaurant in the middle of the hotel may be the culprit to the bugs. I would only stay here again as a last resort. The TV couldn't handle HD resolution either. It was a pleasant stay but next time, I'll stay elsewhere. The freeway exit is dangerous so take the one before or end up having to drive out of the way to get back to the hotel. Mehr

Overall great value for the price. Bed was a little too firm for me but everything else was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also to my liking for just a small cost.

This hotel was built as an Embassy Suites. It was quiet and restful. The Wi-Fi was less than stellar but that isn't unusual. The restaurant was awful and I do not recommend it at all. Nice people there, ok service, just awful food. Eat elsewhere.

I thought the hotel and staff were great. I just did not like the location. We ended up changing our reservation and leaving after the first night to be closer to more shopping and dining. They were wonderful about making the changes and even refunded our non-refundable price.

These suites were great! Room was very roomy, nice, and clean. Customer service was awesome, including the free shuttle service they provided to the Arena. Thank you!

Its alright with an amazing price and wonderful amenities!

Nice Hotel, Big room but needs some chairs and table to sit and enjoy it!

Its Bedroom is a suite so its quite big n comfortable. However its bathroom is small. Breakfast is boring n not tasty at all. Also check-in staffs were not very friendly.

For the freeway adjacent location the Crowne was very classy inside and the beds and rooms top notch
