Schönes Mittelklasse Hotel in idealer Lage zur Knotts Berry Farm und Disneyland (Schuttlebus vom Hotel). Zimmer geräumig und sauber, allerdings ein bißchen dunkel. 2 Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Couch und Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Schöne Gartenanlage mit kleinem Pool. Frühstückssaal war allerdings sehr ungemütlich da laut und dunkel. Frühstück ,so lala ! Zumindest […] gab es die Möglichkeit die Eier wie gewünscht zu ordern. Eingangshalle mit Rezeption schön gemacht mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Internet (auch im Zimmer kostenlos über WLan) sowie einem Shop. Kostenlose Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. super Hotel, die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und und ausgestattet. Betten können die härtegrade stufenlos eingestellt werden. Frühstück ist eine Geschmacksache aber im großem und ganzen auch sehr reichhaltig. Würden das Hotel auf Grund des Preis Leistungsverhältis wieder buchen. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Disneyland. Es wird ein Shuttlebus mehrfach am Tag kostenlos vom Hotel angeboten. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war gut, die eine oder andere Abnutzung im Zimmer war zu sehen, aber nicht tragisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht im Reisepreis eingeschlossen […] und ist teuer im Vergleich zur Leistung. Der Pool ist mit den Palmen sehr schön und sauber und vor allem für Kinder ein Highlight. The reception area is clean and nice, but the minute you walk in to the elevator, and get off on the 4 th floor as we did, you will start to notice a bad smell. The room smelled so moldy and moist so my son and I got breathing difficulties. We had pre paid for four nights but had to check out after just one. Angela at the front desk handled our case […] like a pro, thank you! We saw the hotel staff holding the doors of other rooms open with chairs so they wouldnt smell so bad for the arriving guests. Nice, fresh, clean sheets. Beautiful pool area, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Fresh towels at the pool area is allso nice. Free drinks and snacks in the afternoon, hot popcorn, cold white wine and cold beer, very nice. Breakfast is ok, warm omelette with toppings at your choice was very good. I dont recomend this hotel if you or your company have astma or allergies or other breathing difficulties. Else, go for it! Mehr

Very nice hotel the service was good the breakfast was great the hotel staff was friendly and assisted in all my needs and answered any questions I had. And the area was good and it was walking distance towards knotts berry farm which was nice.

Excellant staff! Courteous and clean. It is our favorite Hotel when ever we go to Buena Park. Excellant Breakfast! 5:30 Snack. Clean room.

Room was all that I expected. Service folks were very pleasant and helpful. The lagoon pool and hottub were great - a tropical paradise. However, it must have been spring break there last week, cause the pool was just swarming with teens each evening. Made it difficult to enjoy with my two younger daughters. The breakfast facility was nice and large, […] but the food was not good. The custom made omelets were edible but that's the best I can say. Again, room was awesome. First floor - loved walking out right in front of pool. Suite contains two rooms and kitchenette - very useful. Lights mostly controlled with motion sensors which the idea I like but made it awkward to control. Door to bathroom is frosted glass and is in bedroom area, so at night when someone uses the bathroom, it lights up whole room which isn't nice for those trying to sleep. Area around hotel? Buena park is simply a tourist town, and not all that nice of one...but if your going to do all the local attractions, then this place works well. Mehr

Our main concern was the lack of choice for breakfast-only 2 choices for cereal We were there on the weekend with breakfast being very busy and they ran out of various items that we had to wait for

Great stay, just wasn't long enough. Walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm, Starbucks and food. Wonderful pool, spa and friendly staff. Thank you for making the begining of our vacation Great!

Pleasantly surprised! Great place for our family to stay. We usually stay closer to Disney but liked our stay here. Location is wonderful...lots of restuarants close by, walking distance to knotts berry. Love the hotels shuttle to Disney and Knotts, saved on parking fees. Breakfast was good..made to order omelettes! We will be back.

The room was amazing, very quiet and comfortable. There was free alcohol at the bar Mon-Thurs, and made to order omelets for breakfast. I have never been so happy with a hotel @ this much of an affordable price.

The personnel at the hotel were VERY pleasant and accomodating. I had to sleep on the hide-a-bed and it wasn't very comfortable but it was okay.

front desk. . . not helpful and a little rude room. . . STANK of an overpowering floral spray restaurant service. . . TERRIBLE! (especially because it was 5:00 and we were the only table on a tuesday) restaurant food. . . OVERPRICED!!!! and took a long time restaurant bathroom. . . when i say disgusting, i mean DISGUSTING! room. . .ok, coffee maker […] did not work. price. . . pretty good, but PARKING is an additional 23 dollars a night! Although my husband and I didn't visit Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm, it is conveniently located to both, as well as right off the freeway, and near dozens, if not hundreds of interesting restaurants, shops, activities. We are a family of 5 and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in a poolside suite. The location of this place couldn't get much better. The breakfast buffet was my favorite meal of the day! The pool area had a nice tropical feel and was always kept clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Even though the weather was cool it was nice to enjoy their heated pool. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. It was not simple and boring as complimentary breakfasts usually are. Overall, very satisfied and we'll definitely return.

On my recent stay, while dumping the trash from my car, I set my laptop on top of a hotel garbage can..and forgot it. The next morning I realized that it was missing. I called the front desk and an employee had turned the computer in. Thank goodness for honest employees. I thought the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. I was not crazy about […] the sleep number beds, but I am sure some people love them. Some reviews said the breakfast was not very good, but I thought it was quite good-especially for a free breakfast. Really good omlets with lots of filling choices. Did miss my morning pastry though! Our vacation was to the Disneyland Parks and we stayed here because of the price and amenities. It was an easy, 15 min. drive to the park. Even a better location if you are going to Knotts! Mehr

As my caption read, you can see I was very unhappy to arrive early and find out that instead of the King bed that I had reserved through Hotels.com, they give people that book direct their preference first. The woman checking us in said they had not had Kings for two weeks, even though I had booked over 3 weeks prior...then she said that I had booked […] through Expedia (Hotels.com) and that the bed just was not guaranteed. We got two doubles...I said, "two Full size beds??" she said no two doubles...we newsflash, that IS a Full size bed! Not cool at all! Then as far as their complimentary shuttle goes...you have to make sure you book it going to disneyland and back just about the day you check in for whenever you are going to need it. I had made reservations to a restaurant for a brunch, went to the front desk to reserve the shuttle the night before and found out that they were all booked..grrr, was told that because the demand was so high for that time they would probably schedule another bus, but I would have to call at 7am to see if it was going to be 8am or 9am...called at 7am and was told that they were not going to even have another one, she acted like it was the first that she had heard of this crazy idea!..I had to cancel my reservations, so I was alot less than thrilled. One evening that we had scheduled a 9:15 pick up, while we got on, they had to leave a young couple with a child there because the bus was too full...made me wonder if everyone had reserved their spot, why was there not enough room?? I might mention that we pulled out of Disney at one minute past the pick up time, so Do NOT be late! My point is that they do not go out of their way to accomadate you even though you are staying at a hotel that is pretty far from Disneyland. Will NOT go back there. Now to be fair I will say that the room was kept clean, and the breakfast was doable..though we only ate there 2 of the 4 days we stayed, and honestly some of the best coffee I have ever had. Mehr

Hotel was great. Nice big rooms. All you can eat buffet was awesome. Hasbrowns cooked great plus an omlette bar. I give the entire experience a 10 out of 10.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in February and were overall very pleased with the hotel and the amenities; the heated pool especially since it was a bit chilly during the morning and evenings. We travelled with 2 small children and did not book the king size sleep number bed but opted for double beds and kept the living room as living room which […] worked out fine. The bathroom is small and the internet only worked in the living room and the A/C fan was making some sound but we got used to it. The hotel is big and nice and the breakfast was as good as expected; we had made-to-order omelets every day. If you go to LA for amusement parks like Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and Midieval Times and Pirates Dinner the hotel is very conveniently close. You can walk to Knott's Berry Farm and save parking fees. However if you want to be close to Hollywood and Santa Monica you are about 1 hour away. We hit traffic a couple of times into LA. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling as a famiy; you can't beat the heated outdoor pool. Mehr

The last time I stayed here was over 20 years ago and it was Embassy Suites back then. Great remodel and updated rooms. Absolutely a great deal and very clean.

I'm very satisfied with the time i had in the Radisson Hotel. The set up was very beautiful and elegant. the pool was nice and warm. And there was great room service. The complimentary breakfast was divine, and the beds were very soft and relaxing.

I was very impressed with the rooms, the heated pool and spa, the restaurant- everything was great until- there was a group of young kids (like 50) of them in the pool area for hours- 30 or so in the hot tub alone, I waited for a break to take my 3 year swimming- never happened. I spoke to a VERY rude lady at the front desk that basically told me it […] was my fault for not reporting it - I'm on vacation- not my job to police the hotel pool! So turned off by her attitude, but I spoke to another manager the next morning she was awesome, apologetic and very accommodating! Ramada is lucky to have a representative like her! Overall- I liked this hotel and would totally return- as long as I get a heads up on any large annoying groups! Mehr

Overall, I loved the hotel. Lots of room, decent breakfast, and a nicely heated pool made for a comfortable stay for my kids and me. The main downside was the noise from the floor above and the hallway outside, though it didn't wake me up.

Knotts berry farms is across the street which is great when you don't have to pay for parking.

Loved staying in this hotel as it reminded me a bit of Old California. You do not expect to see the beautiful courtyard and established grounds from outside. The hotel is simply charming! Lots of families when I was there, probably all headed to Knott's or Disneyland. The hotel is well insulated as I am a light sleeper and on this busy avenue did not […] hear a thing. The other treat was that room service was actually very good. Having the refrigerator and microwave was so handy! I did not go in but the families really seemed to love the pool and hot tub. The only downfall was the TV did not have the full cable contingent. Overall I will definately stay here again in the future: pleasant staff and pleasant surroundings. Mehr

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you're going to Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm. It is very comfortable, clean, and nicely landscaped! In fact, it is a wonderful place to stay for any reason you're visiting California! I highly recommend it.

All employees were great! They even over booked the shuttle but offered to pay for a taxi. The shuttle driver on the way back from knotts was great! One thing that i thought was wrong is one of the lobby girls wouldnt help my son when he was asking for some coffee for our coffeemaker...... and another thing.....is the free buffett was horrible. The […] hasbrowns......well i dont know what they were? It was just all terrible. All in all it was a great experience . Just dont eat the free buffett! Mehr

Rooms were OK for the price, but it smelled cigarette even for non-smoking room. Complimentary breakfast needs much improvement. Overall, however, it was good for the price.

Had a good time at the hotel the place is close to evrything is in waqlking distances. All the staff at the lobby were very helpful and friendly .. Only thing do not rent car through them do your personal search prior to booking .

We wanted to move in, our room was so spacious, clean and comfortable! It is very convenient for those going to Knott's Berry Farm, easy walking distance.

A very welcome feeling throughout the entire stay. Clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was the best of the entire vacation.

Heater didn't work. Neither sleep number bed worked. Silverfish ran across hide-a-bed. Breakfast was great.

Very satisfied with our stay. Only thing that needed improvement was the sofabed-not very comfortable

This place was in a great location if traveling to Knotts Berry Farm or Medieval Times. Breakfast accomidations were fantastic and the pool was heated for kids to swim in. Staff was friendly and the shuttle service to the park was convenient! Planning on going back next year.

Always luv this hotel! The continental breakfast alone makes it worth it! No pastries in plastic wrap here! U get omlets, bacon sausage, eggs, oatmeal, pancakes or French toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, ok, hot cocoa & more all Buffett style! Just bring a tip for the omlet guy ;) & the complementary shuttle to knotts & Disneyland area save u parking fees […] too (even tho u really r in walking distance to knotts-about a street block) staff very friendly & we even got late checkout at 2pm free. Wonderful hotel for the prices & the extras make it a no brainer! Mehr
