This is bye far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean; and the staff was great. One clerk even went beyond the call of duty. The beds and breakfast were very good also. Don't look any further book it now.

This hotel is adequate. It's clean enough, decent service, decent breakfast, just decent. If you get a good rate I'd book it. If it gets expensive, well, there are plenty of better places for expensive prices

the room and the breakfast were great. wireless worked. just wish that the UFlorida women's water polo team manager or coach or hotel people would have told the players to keep their dozens of bags out of the breakfast area and definitely not on their backs and shoulders and feet in the breakfast line! come on people, use common sense.

The motel was remarkably well maintained and the staff was extremely courteous. We stayed in their handicap room, and the grab handles around the tub were mis-placed, is the only criticism I have. The hotel is old, things inside are old. The worse part is the carpet which convey a bad odor as soon as you walk into the room. Would be a much better place if the carpet is changed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with biscuits, gravy and eggs as well as bagels and cream cheese. The rooms were very clean and services were excellent. We also appreciated being close to all our activites and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying at this Quality Inn.

this was an excellent hotel were rooms were very clean and services were excellent and staff were very friendly and helpfull, in addition the hotel was near the highway which made the life easy for transportation and moving around. the location was excellent because it was near the mall and other shops including famous restaurants.

Room was pretty good for the price. Clean and everything worked fine. Free breakfast buffet was very good. Eggs, biscuits &gravy, waffles, cereal & several varieties of juices. Even though breakfast ended at 9:30, the staff continued to restock hot items at 9:20. A lot of hotels would be content to just run out the clock, but not this one. Room was decent and clean it was however a "reformed smoking room". It had that stale smoke covered by air freshener smell. Overall though it wasn't terrible and didn't bother us enough to complain. My major gripe was about our pet (6 Lb chihuahua). I checked the policy before booking wich said "pets OK" and when we checked in walked her in on her leash, […] HOWEVER the next morning the person at the desk demanded to know my room number and informed me there was a $15.00 pet charge. When I asked why I was not informed at booking OR check-in he said he didn't know but it didn't matter I still needed to pay it. I payed it but I'm sure a 19% surcharge for a 6 pound dog that sleeps in a crate seemed pretty steep. Tainted an otherwise decent stay. Mehr

My husband and I were in town to attend a convention. In hindsight the hotel was a little far from downtown, which is where we needed to be. The location made city travel inconvenient (that is of no fault of the hotel though). It would've been nice if the hotel shuttled to the train depot, that would've saved us significant time. The room had an unpleasant, moldy odor. The bedspreads seemed dirty and very old, and the carpet was definitely dirty. Hated to walk barefoot on it. Very, very few amenities and very little space in the sink area, which had to accommodate sink, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Not very appetizing.

I liked the staff they were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The room worked out very nicely for me...my needs were: clean room, place to rest & shower, area I could feel safe. The hotel staff was excellent as was the location. The only annoyance was that the room I stayed in was low on wall sockets. I had to sit at the desk to work on my laptop at night; however, that is minor.

The room was nice, clean, a bit small, but actually fit my needs just fine! The bed was very comfortable, and I didn't have to re-make it before getting in like I so often do at hotels. The wi-fi signal was steady and strong even though we were at the back of the building. There were only 2 towels in the room, even though my reservation was for 2 people […] for 2 days. We stayed here once before for my wife's greencard interview. The office is very near to this hotel, it's actually on the next street over, just through the woods. The room was clean, everything worked fine (ac, tv, sink/shower, etc.) It is a a quiet area. There is a movie theater as well as some other stores (Petsmart, sewing store, etc.) just across […] the street that you turn off of to get onto the hotel's street. The staff was very friendly this time as well as the last time we stayed. The stores we wanted to visit were all within 5-10 miles of the hotel as well (mostly Asian markets and wholesale stores). We thought this was an OK hotel for the price. The air in the room couldn't keep up with the weather outside so the room stayed very warm. Our room was cleaned well every day and the breakfast was very good, Most all the staff was friendly and helpful. I would probably stay again if I was in the Atlanta area. I would like to see them do more general […] maintenance on some of the little things, many screws were coming out of the railings going up to the second floor, our toilet paper holder kept opening and dropping the roll of toilet paper on the floor if you didn't hold onto it. The filters to the laundry room under the second floor on the walkway to the front desk, were showing and really were dirty. Just little things but things that could be fixed with little or no cost. the place is very close to the mall, uscis and other places. the reception and dining area is small so don't expect much. the room is not fancy but clean. i hope they will serve more variety of food. i was expecting to eat bacon that morning but there was none. the boiled egg is hard and cold, too. but bottomline is, i would still recommend this place […] to everyone.
