Service is not good. Internet is not working in the room. When I called the help desk about the internet problem they did not answer to me properly. No respect for the customers. I hate the days inn. I never recommend days inn to others

Cute little hotel, but a creepy area (and a little "white trash"). No one bothered us though. Fairly close to attractions if you have a rental car. The major thing I didn't like about this hotel was how thin the walls are. Thankfully, the extremely loud fan in the bathroom was able to muffle out the sound of children and/or drunk people. The continental […] breakfast was great, it just lacked fruit, which we grabbed at a nearby store anyway. The swimming pool is good for a dip. And the room was clean. Obviously an awesome price for what you get - I would stay there again if I needed to. Mehr

We requested a NON-SMOKING room. We got a room that smelled of cigerette smoke. Not only was the smell in the room it was in the bedding and walls. It smelled as though someone had stayed/lived there and smoked a lot on a daily basis. There was soap scum left on the soap dish in the shower. The bed had 3 slates that stuck out from under the bed about […] 2.5 inches. This we didn't notice until the next morning. It is a good thing we didn't get out of bed during the night, it could have been very dangerous. This was a huge motel complex and we were stuck in the back away from the office and facilities. There were several trailers (18 wheeler) just parked in the parking lot. The foot traffic was less than desirable. I guess we got what we paid for. But after staying at another Days Inn earlier this was just flat out disgusting and scary. My son booked this room for us but I will have to think long and hard before I book another room with a discount travel site. Mehr

Our stay at this Days Inn hotel was very disappointing. We thought that it was going to be a great place to stay since it had the Days Inn name on it. However, there are many things we were dissatisfied with, up to and including, but not limited to: poor guest services (the staff was not helpful and would roll their eyes when we had an issue or question), […] maintenance was not good, the condition of the hotel was bad, etc. Some specific examples are: We had problems with our keys not working since we checked in and they were not quick to help us fix the issue. We were set up to be out and about in the city throughout the couple of days we stayed there, but we couldn't count on being able to get into our room ever. FINALLY they had maintenance come up and change the lock and doorknob on our door since the mechanism was broken. The maintenance man took forever to get to our room to change it out, and when he DID get there, he was smoking (these are NON-SMOKING rooms, by the way), and when he got the door open, he was blowing smoke into our room. One of us staying in the room is allergic to cigarette smoke and got sick after that. Also, housekeepers stood right outside of the rooms and smoked and talked. When they should have been cleaning rooms during the day, they were constantly texting on their cell phones and/or smoking. They never came to clean our room while we were there, so we went down to get new towels one night for the next day, and the lady at the desk said she wasn't sure if they had any. She came back with 2 bathmats and said that they were "extra big" and that we could use them as towels. They were NOT extra big, they were just barely bigger than a handtowel. I'm not sure how they ran out of towels, but that was ridiculous. They also had run out of soap to put in rooms. Also, there was a dead bird by the enterance to the outdoor pool that laid there for quite a while without being cleaned up. There was a lightbulb missing from one of the lamps in our roo Mehr

Not a great neighborhood, room was pretty dirty & old.

We enjoyed our stay, we had two kids the room was a little small...but we were not there during the day so it wasn't bad..the workers were polite and the breakfast was ok...little skimpy. the pool was clean and heated that was nice...the price was great. I would recommend staying, but not to expect anything fancy...it was clean.

very thing was fine. except it's not close to any restaurants or grocery or shopping.

The door to the room was tricky to open as it clearly had been kicked at the base and the door plate was severely damaged. Reserving the room for maintenance instead of guests would have been the correct thing to do. Both sides of the bed had unidentifiable hairs on the pillows. We found the location to be excellent with quick access to all of Colorado Springs. The room was spacious and kept clean. An older motel it was just fine. Desk staff was always helpful and friendly. We appreciated the pet friendly status as did our dog. Nice heated pool though we didn't use it as it rained much of the time.

Very nice place to stay, well done remodeled bathroom, nice people, reasonable rates. The free breakfast, very slim.

My row was dirty, there was something on the carpets that felt like sand or something dried in them. The beds had people dents and were uncomfortable. I don't think there was a fitted sheet on the bed, it was just a sheet tucked over the mattress. The a/c did not work well. The toilet kept backing up for no reason. A sweaty angry maintenance guy came […] up and proceeded to stab the toilet with a huge metal snake then drug it across the floor covered in dirty toilet water. The tiny muffins that were served for breakfast may not have been old but the seemed like it, there were hard chances of blueberries you had to spit out because you could not chew through them. The night before I stayed for the same price in denver at the double tree, and I loved that room other than it being next to the elevator. Mehr

We took our girls for a little vacation for doing so well in school. The location of the hotel is kind of out of the way but in a very nice neighorhood with a very large park that was nice..The room itself was clean the only issue we had was no cold water it was always hot, when its hot outside you want cold water to drink i think you get where I am […] going with this. One last thing the website says you can check in after 1pm we got there about 2pm and the lady rudely says check in is at 3pm if that is the case change the website for future guests. Oh my girls want me to add that the pool either was very dirty or to much chemicals had been added you could not see the bottom of the pool NOT GOOD!!!!! :( Mehr

Carpets were "sticky" - and original room we were put in had fans blowing on carpet - moved us. I am handicapped - so this was a problem. Also - I book rooms SPECIFICALLY that have wireless access. They claim it on their website - but upon check in - access in rooms is non-existent, and there is only a computer in lobby a LONG WAY from my room. I work […] when my child sleeps - leaving the room is NOT an option. NO offer for room discount either. The pool? Well.....warm, yes - visibility - NONE. 3 feet away can't see others under water. Gross and dangerous..... Will never stay here again. I saw better options as I visited city and will look for those next time. Mehr

Nothing really outstanding about this hotel, nothing really bad either. Staff was very polite, the afternoon front desk lady was especially sweet. Room was clean, breakfast was nice. ROOM HAD TWO ROACHES, but bedding seemed clean and room was well-kept, not sure where they came from. I'm sorry, though, even if you're the Taj Mahal, you're not getting […] five stars if I see roaches. For that much per night, no roaches would be nice. :-) Mehr

Front desk was really friendly and helpful. It went downhill from there. I would not stay there again. Gross, unsafe, and broken down.

Room was not ready upon check in, cleaners cart in front of my room but no cleaners in the room. Rude and prying managers. Just caught them on a bad day, most likely.

the place was OK, but not preferred. I am not a hotel snob, but there are better/CLEANER hotels out there. the breakfast was 2 types of cereal, and a dirty milk container, muffins, "coffee bar" free WIFI was a plus. location was decent, just an older motel, muggy, if you get a good deal.. take it, but if there was a comperable hotel, DEF go with that. pool […] was not working at the time, the other hotel guests seemed like they lived there b/c they could not afford renting their own place.. (i am not trying to be mean, just descriptive) i was traveling on buisness and perferred like ppl there. front desk ppl were nice Mehr

I have stayed at this property in the past and have always been pleased. This last stay in room 167 was disgusting. Soiled carpets had stains that appeared this room was had been used for the storage of a leaky car. This room should be condemned until they replace floor covering. Its difficult to get a good nights rest knowing the filth that lies around […] you. Mehr

Stayed here since we were attending a show at the concert hall next door (stargazer's amphitheater). Very convenient, Maggy Mae's has excellent food. Not the greatest neighborhood, but for what I needed it for it was excellent. They have been doing some renovations to the room so they look fairly upgraded.

Checking in was pretty easy. The room however- still being worked on. Could have told us that when we reserved our room. The sheets, towels and pillows wreaked of stale cig smoke. I showered in the morning and honestly felt cleaner before I showered. Got out to dry off and the first towel had hair all over it.GROSS the second towel had stains on it. […] The breakfast was stale as well... you get what u pay for but this was ridiculous Mehr

open and exposed wires from a outlet inside the shower. Would never pass safety code. The room had an awful musty odor. People from the bar next door where outside in the parking lot very late at night, playing loud music. Didn't feel safe walking from my car to my room. Also, the door was too small for it's frame. I could see outside from under the […] door- not a good idea for cold Colorado nights. Mehr

We stayed here on our way to Denver from Texas, and was so delighted with the area, that we decided to stay here again, when we headed home to Texas. Convenient to everything to see! AND the beds are the best! We will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location, not noisy at all. Pool was wonderful, breakfast consisted mostly of pastries and cereal. Beds must have been recently changed, because they were wonderful. Convenient to everything, a great place to stay!

The hotel was a great price for Colorado during the summer. The breakfast was cereal, muffins, juice and toast. Minimal but good. The hotel was clean and maintained. It was easy to get to, but not on the main path. Yes, we would stay there again.

Ultimately, even though it was a smoking room, it could have smelled better. It smelled like a stale cigarette. I've stayed at other hotels in the smoking rooms, and they didnt smell like that. The bathroom sink looks awful and dirty even tho it wasnt, it could use replaced. The fact that there was a microwave and fridge in the room was a nice touch. […] The shower also needs replaced, it looked dirty even tho I dont think it was. When we were leaving there were some shady characters in the parking lot, just sitting in their car, and a guy on a bike talking to them, as if they were conducting some sort of "business transaction". I would not recommend this hotel, but I would not discourage anyone either. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean. The breakfast was a liitle disappointing and I felt the location was somewhat isolated.

This hotel was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for. The neighborhood was not the greatest and there were lots of questionable people hanging around all the time.

The ice bucket was dirty and there was hair on it. The tub looked like it wasn't cleaned with bleach. There was a died bug on the back of the bathroom door. We also had no TV for the 2 nights that we stayed there. There were other families from the baseball team that got a cheaper rate for the Hilton and was much more satisfied.

The chairs in the room we stayed in were BADLY stained and dated. One had a cigarette burn hole in the cushion. The tub had a few questionable stains in it... and it took us a good five minutes to find the bathroom lights. The powercord that was used for the tv, fridge, microwave... and probably a few other things appeared to be levitating off the ground […] because of how everything was plugged in... you heard everything that was going on outside... i do not recommend. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a a woman staying by yourself. My husband and I didn't feel very safe the first night - so I didn't stay by myself the second night. The chairs were stained, the shower was nasty and so was the bathroom sink. We didn't pay very much and now I know why.

"Had stayed here about 1 1/2 yrs. ago- this time room was dirty-especially floor & curtians. It was non-smoking but really thought they just took out the ash trays right before we got there. The staff was very good, it is just a shame Days Inn won't keep up the room better. I guess you get what you pay for-

The room was picked up but not clean, Continental Breakfast was very limited, pastries that we had one day, were there the second day, not impressive. The bathroom was just ok, the tub was pealing and did not give you the impression of being clean. Microwave in the room did not have the turntable plate, and Furniture was badly stained.

Decent, clean room, no frills, but there's coffee. Nothing fancy, but quality for the price.

hotel is good if you stay one or two nights. after that everything just starts getting on your nerves. our bed wasn't made, wifi didn't work all that great in my room. nothing was cleaned just picked up.

Our bed was hard and uncomfortable, the bedspread had a blood stain on it and the bathroom and shower was in need of cosmetic repair, even though it worked.

The hotel was ok for the amount i paid.

You get what you pay for. This hotel wasn't kept well. The Bathroom was dirty and the overall theme of room felt unclean. The only positive is that it was close to my destination. Despite that I would not recommend this hotel until they drastically upgrade the rooms.

Room was simple yet comfortable. Met our needs.
