We were very satisfied. The rooms were extra large and the breakfast bar was very well stocked and clean.

Just looking for a nice, clean place to stay while in town so it was perfect for us. Very nice breakfast and the employees were all very friendly and helpful.

This was a nice clean hotel close to all the ammenities of downtown Naperville. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had great options! Much better value than downtown Chicago!

Very nice staff, newly refurbished rooms. Very clean. Beds are comfortable! If I need to come back to Naperville, I will definately stay here again!

The hotel room appeared to have just recently been painted, so appeared very fresh. Very slight paint odor, but turning on fan cleared up. Overall good one night room, well priced!

Overall, our stay was good. Bed was not very comfortable and the wireless internet was spotty and didn't work well. But the room was clean, food was good and the hottub worked great.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything in the room worked properly. The staff was friendly. The workout room was small (one cross-trainer, two treadmills), but would have been sufficient for my short stay, had the cross-trainer been functioning correctly. This is a very minor issue. Too much chlorine in the hot tub made it difficult to […] stay in as long as I would have liked. Also a very minor issue... The breakfast provided had good variety and everything I had was fresh. I can't even express how extremely nice the desk staff is here!! So friendly and always offering to help. A BIG thanks to them!! The hotel was very clean & the neighborhood is very nice & safe. The breakfast was great - included hot items. I almost didn't want to leave! Only downside is that if you're wanting to go into Chicago, it's a 45min-1hr drive. […] There are lots of great (& diverse) restaurants in this area, however, so dinner is not a problem. The hotel staff was friendly, and facilities were clean and well maintained. The only issue I ran into was because the hotel was to capacity, my room wasn't serviced/cleaned until after 5:30pm! If they know they'll be busy, get more housekeepers.

Maintenance was being performed next door, and maintenance guys wanted to get into our room to look at something. No IDs made us a little nervous

too small, and uncomfotable, the curtains were very see threw, when the sun came up so were we, no darker curtains to pull back , I wanted to leave for just that reason, the employees were very friendly, the carpet in the hallways need to be replaced they were very worn.. the rooms were spotless which is a big plus for me!!

Not a pleasant stay when you get stuck in the elevator. Then it did not work the rest of the time there. Had to walk 3 flights of stairs w/ luggage. Walls very thin. Breakfast was OK, but had the manager watching every move people made. I will NEVER stay here again.

A basic hotel room at a reasonable price. Decent continental breakfast. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water in the shower.

This was the perfect spot to stay as it was conveniently located rin a safe area right off my route as I was driving into Chicago but arriving very late at night. This was much less expensive than a stay in the city, and made for an easy drive into the loop the next morning. The clerk was helpful, the breakfast was tasty,and the bed linens and pillows […] and mattress were more comforable than any I have slept on in even the finest of hotels. If I hadn't had a big day in Chicago planned I would have been tempted to just stay in bed for hours! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Mehr

Simply amazing. A superb value for the money!!! The Delux breakfast that includes everything from fresh made waffles to cold cereals, fresh fruit and more. This was an unexpected pleasure, should be mentioned in the Hotels.com ad. The service was very friendly, and front desk attendant provided great information. I liked the small cozy lobby area, with a computer available for use by guests. The pool was very near the lobby and elevator, making it convenient for families. A large, sunny, breakfast room right off the lobby. Excellent coffee and many choices for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel was great. We checked in and out quickly, and they even let us check in a little early. They kept the pool open for about 15-20 minutes longer because they said they noticed we got in later. Had interaction with a few front desk people and a few of the cleaning staff. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very convenient to downtown Naperville but tucked away enough that it was very quiet. We had gotten two rooms and were pleasantly surprised to be able to get ajoining rooms which were beyond convenient. We will definitly stay here again.

Staff was very freindly, and helpful. I decided at the last minute to get a roll-away bed for my grandaughter...figured there would be a charge..but they brought it right up and didn't charge me. I thought that was very nice. I will definately stay there again.
